I used the Oaks Picnic Area for my works summer party. We needed a location that would be somewhat central to people from all over the Bay Area and Sacramento and this worked out great. The area is secluded from the main part of the recreation area and has plenty of dedicated parking, but the parking is about a 0.25 mile walk to the picnic site. It also has its own restrooms, BBQ pits, horseshoe pit, volleyball net, and plenty of tables/benches. This was the first time we used this location and everyone thought it was the perfect venue for our picnic because it was private, had great views, and offered both sunny and shady areas.

Beautiful picturesque park. Im thinking about having a Family Reunion there. Loved it! Yes! 5 stars.
