Like most parks in El Monte, its ready for a facelift. It has a field large enough for soccer or football a some courts for basketball. An activities center for the summer and a young staff thats there to help. Bathrooms are fine and come in handy. It would be nice if the money from the towers went directly to the park.

Its nice park to be at when no one asks you if you have a joint or drugs.

This park is good to hangout chill just a great place to have time go by.

Would be better if there were soccer goals

Its the closest park to me but it could use some repairs. I was able to put by baby in the baby swing only once before it was broken off. It would be nice if the city could install some cameras to catch and hold accountable the people who destroy our playgrounds. Theres also people smoking at the park sometimes. More police presence would be beneficial. At least 3 drive throughs a day, Im certain would lower vandalism.

I love Zamora park be cause there are many different events that are free and also u can sign up ur kids in on many different sports just go to the head office like me I go to cheer there

This park is pretty cool during the day or in the mornings but it feels a little shady (unsafe) as it gets darker. There is not much to do and when it rains the playground which is surrounded by sand becomes flooded up to the sidewalk. There is a basketball court. There is also some kind of church right in the front of the park. It has 3 pokestops and 1 Pokemon Gym.

I was there when I was 7 now I live in Mexico I miss so much those guy that work there I went to six flags I went camping it was so much fun my name is sayuri

Its a small park that is mostly aimed for children but I think its a nice place to spend an evening at. Theres lots of games for children to play in. Theres also lots of tables and seats for people. There are enough trees to provide shade for people. Besides that, theres not much else to do at this park.

I use to take my son here and he loved it seems like just yesterday.

The only thing I dislike about the park is they close the bathroom so early. The kids have soccer practice and families come out in the evening to enjoy but we have to leave right away due to the bathroom being closed before 5pm

Extremely clean

Quiet, clean and usually uncrowded. Could use a few more shade-trees though.

This park has always been a hotspot for gangs and drug dealers. As far back as I can recall! The later in the day it gets the more dangerous it becomes to be there! Unless you live around there I suppose and know everyone that hangs out there and you dont mind the crime that goes on around there. EMPD is constantly trying to bust someone on the Pen Mar side of the park, near the basketball courts. Thats where most of the activity goes on it seems! Dont get me started on the restrooms! Anyways, all in all, this park could use more police vigilance and it might be ok..

Should have more gym equipment and I saw a modelo

I was here for a city event. Pretty much what Im looking for in a city park...large open spaces, place to sit down, place to run around, place to play with the kids.

Park is starting to improve now but I dont feel very safe there.

I would only go again ,with a big croud of people , I wouldnt go by myself or just another person .

Nice in the morning great atmosphere people doing yoga, walking their dogs, or just going for a stroll.

Love this park i have alot of memories when i was in cheer and its really great to take pictures for any events

Pretty big park. Has two play grounds my kids loved it. Just dont take your eyes off your kids at all. There is cars constantly passing by. Also have a couple of homeless people minding their own business.. but still an ok park.

Needs new playgrounds. The one on Maxson and Deanna is broken up since that last incident.

Nice little park however at night keep kids away from playgrounds.

Needs improvement. Probably short on maintenance workers, as there was plenty of evident garbage. Not in the best area of town, and there were lots of shady people just loitering about. So, user beware!

Abandoned needs cleaning up and gardening

Early afternoon is quite and there are only a few people here, enjoying the tables and the jungle gym.

At morning its okay, but at night tweekers and wannabe cholos start coming around.

This place is excellent for exercise in the mornings and its safe and super clean even though is small but is nice.

There are youth programs promoted, after school programs, lunch programs etc.... Its just sad to see the young homies get drawn in to what has been a struggle for the older Gz. I pray the this beautiful city gets more support for the youth and the masses.

Zamora is an okay & well known. Ive gone there plenty of times to go to hang out with friends or to go to the little center here for holiday events.

My husband and I love coming here to play Bocce ball, grass has died off in places, but it is expected with the drought. An enjoyable place for the family, and there are restrooms.

Park feels unsafe. Too many shady characters in or parked there. People you know dont belong there.

Too much cholos around plus a mass of intoxicated people doing their show infront of kids.

I really want to give it 1 and a half stars... it’s dirty, not well kept and doesn’t look nice but there’s a lot of people,

Two playgrounds but one of them has been broken for some time now, they hold nice holiday activities for Easter and Christmas but I would not recommend it as first choice for everyday play for little ones
