Awesome park and location. Library, restaurants, El Monte Community center, City Hall, Meausum, this park has exercise spot. Its dog friendly also! I enjoy it here i hope you do too.

Grew up in El Monte this park is one of my playground areas as a kid n teen. Love it.

It is a nice cozy park family will enjoy very much.We can enjoy the trees shade with breeze in the afternoon summer time.

The park was awesome especially since they also do things for teenagers young teens and young teens . Like doing activities for them during this crisis the Coronavirus

Stopped there to eat lunch with a friend the tables and playground are still closed so we ate by the car and enjoyed the grass and sun.

This is always been one of my favorite public parks to visit as I was a child I grew up knowing the officer who the name of the park was named after and have a lot of respect for him and a lot of my younger years with my high school sweetheart at that Park and the rest rooms were clean despite the homeless population in the area and I appreciate that although there was no toilet paper at the time they did however have how to spray your hands and soap very important and I appreciate that

I take my kid to the playground. Its pretty small. But they have swings and monkey bars. They have great concerts in the park in the summer. We saw a really good salsa/cumbia band on the 31st of July. The free concerts have a couple of good and drink stands. And ice cream truck parked at the curbs. On Wednesday nights in the summer.

Its a great spot that needs more families to hang out and share good times in the open .

Their is a good man Pastor Richard Garcia and his family have been going there every Sunday and seriously every Sunday for years now to feed the homeless and give the word.

This is a cool park to play Pokemon Go. It is next to El Monte High, the El Monte Aquatics Center, a library and many other useful things. There is also a restroom and BBQ pits. It is frequented by people playing musical instruments and families with kids for the large playground areas they have. There are plenty of trees for shade.

Arceo Park is my neighborhood park and police officers are usually vigilant there. It’s semi clean and by that I mean it looks clean but you may find Some trash in the sand. I haven’t spotted graffiti , which is nice. I give it three stars because the last time I was there one of the swings fell off. They should inspect the park equipment for safety.

Its a nice enough place for the family to relax and play. There are play sets for the kids and a work out section with machines. They have a large stage in the middle and have played host to several events throughout the year. The nearby high school empties out to the park so it does get crowded from time to time.

Arceos has 2 locations in the Springs - both get 5 thumbs up from our Mexican food family of picky eaters. Excellent spot for lunch, very fast service and always friendly. A locals secret for sure. Prices are great as well, and the portions quite large, so much so that you will need a walk after you eat We have tried just about everything on the Menu - all the food is cooked perfectly and tasty. Dont load up on the free chip[s and salsas as the meals are huge. Lots of easy parking at the North store; not so much down south on Nevada Avenue.

Great park, summer has weekly concert and street venders every Wednesday. Parking could be better but for small city park not to bad.

Came here for the Animal Resource Fair and my dog and I had a great time enjoying the park, eating at the picnic tables, and squirrel watching. Will definitely be coming back.

Its got a taco restraunt across the street, the Ice cream van always drives by, its a good place 2 bring your friends, kids and family.

I enjoyed working out and appreciated that there is always someone there taking care of the area.

This park just added an extensive amount of excercise equipment that the public may use soon. There is always improvements being made to this park. Its close to so many other nice places to visit. Its always rather peaceful. Should I mention a good amount of squirrels!! There are restrooms here.

Very friendly place to visit in the middle of the night. The gangsters are very accommodating and will give you a hand, carrying your stuff without you needing to ask them to. Much nice.

Arceo park is named after a police officer who was killed in the line of duty. It is a cultural Hub in El Monte being that it is located amongst the Grace T. Black community center, Aquatics center El Monte High School, County Library, City Museum and La Historia museum. During the summer there will be music in the park on Wednesdays and some other events scheduled throughout the year. This is a well kept park with a playground. It is moderately active and not generally a hang out for vagrants. Parking is difficult to secure on active days.

Many parking spaces. Family Entertainment. Free givaways with information. Plenty of law enforcement ...Safe place to have fun in the Jumpers. Free food and drinks. And free face painting...FREE. And good food to buy.

I want to commend you on the wonderful activities you have for the residents of this fine city. The Childrens Day and Book Fair are extraordinary. Ms. Lisa del Real has done an excellent job in bring these activities to fruition. I hope you value her. Also the mayor is a wonderful example of how a city should be run. I talked to him at the Childrens Day and he actually asked me for my opinions. I did mention to him that the Concerts in the Park leave a lot to be desired. There are fewer and fewer people coming because there are not enough good food vendors and the music is not very good anymore. A lot of people have commented on this and said they would not be back. How about having trios, more Mariachis and more Norteno Music. Also, how about a Farmers Market, since we are all into being healthier. Have you thought of having a Winter Wonderland. I have gone to cities that have them and I noticed the kids enjoy them immensely, especially during the day on Saturday and Sunday. I know that budgets are tight but most state representatives would be glad to fund the. Thank you very muchwhat about a Winter Wonderland in November, since other cities have them on Saturdays or Sundays and the kids love it. I have gone to other cities that have fewer resources and most Representative are willing to fund it.

It use to be a great place to go as a kid but now its where gang memebers and pot heads hang out. It just sucks that the cops are never around when you need them.
