For everything thats OUT of their control (traffic, weather conditions, influx of customers ready for travel, and immogration), they make my trips from the San Ysidro border to Ontario enjoyable enough that Ive not dreaded travel time since the days O used to drive myself. Awesome!!

No A/C and Seats on the old bus were super uncomfortable.

My aunt confirmed a ticket the night before to leave out of Ontario at 6:30am but the guy in the office didn’t bother to book her at the right time. My aunt waited for the bus in Ontario since 6:15 am which never came. The next bus was scheduled at 8:45. She waited there alone, in a bad neighborhood.There’s no bus stop where the bus picks up passengers, they are picking up passengers illegally. The pick up location is a gas station and they have put up signs prohibiting parking for anyone other than gas station customers.Bad customer service and not reliable.Servicio al cliente no es confiable.This 8:45 bus didn’t arrive till 9:05

The Executive lines associates are not well informer nor professional...the Bus that took my mom was 2 hours late and they just gave me information without proper research. Im gonna find out who tp call to report them. This is a persons life were talking about becareful people your family members could disapear and tgese people would not know what happened or would be able to give proper information.

Good place to travel to Las Vegas

Good prices but the wait is ridiculous!!!!! Trip was suppose to be out at 1pm its now 2pm and bus still doesnt arrive what kind of service is this!!!!!!

I wouldnt trust this place! There was some type of mix up/ confusion with some passengers. They had a scheduled paid bus trip to Zacatecas, MX. Their bus was scheduled to leave 7am. They bsd them till 10am only to tell them that bus trip was cancelled. These poor people were stuck there till the next trip 9pm. This makes me not want to let me family use this bus line to través to T.J.B.C.

The tickets prices are competitive but they have an opportunity with the level of service they offer. They should empathize with customers and their issues and or concerns.

All of you crybabies need to shut up. No one offered you great service, you guys expect everything to be perfect. Plus no one cares about your feeling so, go kick rocks somehwere else.

This is my favorite transportation from California to Texas they are comfortable clean do not smell plus you get to watch a movie, plus they have less stops than Greyhound

Worst customer service ever. Sold my senior citizen mom And 13 yr old son tickets to a non existing traveling bus. The bus she was supposed to get on was broken for 4 days and they still sold her the tickets. She waited 2 hours until another bus driver told her. They are lucky nothing happened to them or they didnt get sick. And its not the first time the lady does that... Ignorant workers....

No customer service at all. The attendant is very rude and has no proper manners. I was waiting for my bus that was supposed to arrive at 7pm, and the rude attendant asked us to wait outside at 6:40pm when in fact the station bus depot doesnt close until 7pm. She was so rude that I didnt want to ask her any questions when I was in the office waiting for my bus. I hade the worst customer service there. I hope that she gets fired because she has no right treating people like the way she does. If you ever use this service at El Monte, you will be treated in a very discriminating way. The rude attendant needs to understand that she has a job thanks to us and she needs to offer a better customer service or even better, YOU NEED TO GET FIRED!
