Its one of the best kept secrets on the seacoast. Beautiful hiking (most trails are kid friendly, but watch out for those spots that arent and are narrow/steep/drop off/or have poison ivy) gorgeous rocks lift the land up out of the bay and cover the beaches, plus theres a canoe/kayak launch. We took a baby in a carrier, a couple of 6 year olds, Grammy (shes young), and all has a great time until a root tripped a little one and we had to cut our hike short to go back to the car for a little cut clean up.

Very pleasant and quiet overgrown fields. With excellent views of great bay.. had my 3 year old and he loved it.. also had my visually impaired girlfriend with me and other than a few spots it was a simple walk.

You know, this visit was really nice and uncrowded. I think we encountered 2 other walkers, while we hiked around the water. Lots of places to get down to the water to explore the shore, and lots of lovely views. The poison ivy is not a big deal if you know how to recognize it...Its abundant, but only off the edges of the trail (more of a concern for dogs than walkers).

It is a quiet and remote place that is easily walkable. Ocean air from the bay, wish I brought a canoe or kayak so I could check out more.

A good half tide boat ramp. You can launch/recover at the ramp itself or over the shore. I havent been here at the lower half of the tide so cant speak to what those conditions are like. About 10 parking spots. No bathroom!

Great place to start or end a kayak ride. Plenty of parking on environmentally friendly pavers. Views to die for and even a couple of picnic tables. Water is shallow so plan your trip accordingly, otherwise you will be stuck on a clam flat. Some boat traffic, but generally on other side of bay. Paddle to here from Exeter for a delightful 10.6 miles trip.

Great little walk suitable for young kids. Trail passing right next to water and in a forest. There are a few benches to sit and enjoy the view. Took us almost two hours walking very slowly and playing with every stick and puddle along the way. Could be slippery and icy in the winter, so proper snow boots are needed.

Enjoyable place to go walking or even a picnic but be aware some of the paths in the fields are over growing with poison ivy!

Might want to bring some bug spray. The bugs arent terrible but a bit of a nuisance on a otherwise enjoyable little hike.

This place is a wildlife conservatory so its all outside there are walking trails and you can walk down right by the water and enjoy the view, you will also find a bunch of horseshoe crabs in the water and you can pick them up and check them out you can spend a little while here or the whole day and if you look hard enough youll understand why its called Adams Point

Nice kayak put-in, regardless of tides - but check tide tables... so you can choose to go with tides (for easier ride, or against for a bit more workout!)

Beautiful hiking trails that go along wetlands and the Great Bay. Scenic views - great for photography. Good place for a 20-30 minute walk. No public bathrooms. It can get pretty muddy in the winter and spring or after rain.
