We did Prison break and made it with 30 seconds. The puzzles were invigorating and exiting. We felt a buzz of adrenaline afterwards! Our game master was great at explaining everything and keeping us on track throughout! My whole party had so much fun we are tempted to go back a second time during our visit in Duluth!

We are avid escape room junkies, doing them in cities across the country. Zero hour was among the top. The gentleman who was our game master was very nice, and the best part....if and when clues were needed...he did a great job at working the clues into the story of the room and not giving away any answers. We did the serial box room and it was incredibly well done. The puzzles were cohesive, well thought out and challenging. Def worthy of a 5 star rating.

Our family of 5 (kids are 9,10, and 12 yrs) LOVED this escape room! We’ve done some previously in the Twin Cities, where we live, and this is by FAR our favorite!The clues were clear and yet the puzzles were still challenging. We loved moving through several rooms in prison break- and we got a kick out of Rick’s acting chops!!;)DEFINITELY recommend- “Prison Break” was perfect skill level for our family and the kids are already asking to go again!

This was my boyfriend and Is second time going to Zero Hour. We did the wheelhouse. It was super fun. The staff is phenomenal. They are always super friendly and professional. The rooms are fun and challenging and the hints are very helpful. Definitely a great bonding experience for couples. Would highly recommend.

The Enchanted Forest room was beautifully decorated and had a great flow. All of the components of the room (clues, props, decor) worked together seamlessly. There’s a very cool contraption that takes you from the forest to the other part of the room, which was awesome. Haven’t seen that at any other room.The Serial Box room was clever and flowed well also. This one was a staff effort, which could have been very mediocre and hodgepodge-ish but they did a great job putting it together.EMILY was our game host and she gave great clues.

This place is so worth it. Its was so fun and yet frustrating in a good way. We were laughing the whole time. We did the jail break escape room and i 100% recommend it. We went for a birthday party and if youre thinking its not worth your money, it totally is. Thank you so much zero hour escape rooms i will be coming back!!

So for starters this was my first time doing an escape room. The employees were ridiculously nice and helpful, but not forced nice it was 100% genuine. We also wound up doing to hardest room! Even though it was extremely difficult it was an absolute blast! I would definitely recommend and I can tell you right now, we are totally doing it again!!!!

We tried Enchanted Forest. It was really fun! We had kids around 8 years old and adults who were early 20s and late 30s. Everyone found a way to help and we finished in time. Great place!

The enchanted forest was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly. The building’s owner does not use the A/C, making the building and rooms very hot (80 degrees and sometimes worse!). I feel bad for the staff, and encourage the building’s owner to reconsider the comfort of those renting his space.

Went with the family for my dad’s birthday. From the moment we arrived the game masters were friendly, hilarious, and made you feel very comfortable. They explained everything in a clear manner and were patient with my crazy, loud family - joking right along with us. You could tell that they enjoy their jobs immensely! One game master was getting off-shift and said his goodbyes before we went in the room, and ended up staying because he enjoyed watching us fumble through the puzzles but ultimately escape. Afterward he showed us a tour of the other rooms. (Which I cannot wait to try....all look equally awesome.) We escaped from the enchanted forest - a dark, “spooky,” hazy room lined with trees that included relics from our favorite childhood stories and puzzles that were just the right amount of difficulty to be fun. (but not too difficult to get stuck on too long with the help of the game master dropping us some hints here and there) The game is sixty minutes long and we escaped with only 1.09 minutes left, but your adrenaline is pumping so fast and you’re having so much fun it feels like you’re only in there about 20 minutes. It was so down to the wire that we were sweating by the end of it! The whole experience brought us all closer together as a family by us instantly being forced to achieve a common goal together right from the start. I really want to take my employees here as a team-building activity. For this lover of mysteries and puzzles, Zero:Hour Escape Rooms is by far the most entertaining and fun activity in Duluth. Well worth the 29.99 and I can’t wait to go back!

Had a lot of fun doing the prison break escape room with my friends.

This was a lot of fun. Each room has a different theme. We did the prison break room. It was challenging, and we finished with just 1:34 seconds to spare. I will definitely be back to try the enchanted forest room.

We had a large group and so we split up to do hangover room and the Enchanted forrest. It was a very fast and exciting hour! We all loved it and would all do another one again. The staff was very professional and we were able to escape both rooms with just the right amount of clues. The hangover room had 1 min and 23 seconds left over and the Enchanted forest had 28 seconds left!! Very entertaining with good value for the money.

I really enjoyed the variety of escape rooms they offered. My group escaped from the hangover room. It was a fun story line, clues were challenging and relevant, and they incorporated a few Duluth hot spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I didnt live in San Antonio I would go back to try out the other rooms!

Their rooms are fun and varied. The Enchanted Forest in particular is a fun change of pace for people who have done a lot of other rooms. For first timers or people looking for a more traditional experience, Id recommend the Prison Break room.

Enchanted Forest Room was a blast. The staff was super friendly and just the right amount of help with clues! We worked hard to get out in time! We only had 1:23 left, but we made it! It was a great experience with my family. We will definitely be back. We have done other escape rooms and this one was definitely the best so far!

I just got finished with the Wheelhouse puzzle and it was an amazing experience, the staff there was awesome and made the experience memorable. I can’t remember the guys name but he likes dad jokes so bring as many of those as possible. Thanks again.

We did the Enchanted Forest room.Apparently, there is a 40-45% success rate to it and our group was one with experience and with none so we didnt hold much hope of completing it.But we did The girl we dealt with was super nice and helped when we needed it.I would definitely recommend these guys.Lots and lots of fun

A freaking hoot. The hosts were delightful. The game itself was difficult but enjoyable. Our family was in Duluth for a reunion and this was a perfect bonding arena. Other than being a little warm in the room, We had a great time and want to do this again.

I have never had so much fun doing something in my life. My family and I did the prison break room and it was so incredibly fun! It was neat to see how each memeber of my family brought a different skill to the table. I would recommend this to anyone of any age! Our host was so great!

We had a pretty good time here, we had a group of 3 and got paired up with an additional 7 for the room we were in, and it worked out pretty well. The clues and hints provided made the room solvable in the time expected for our group.I felt like they could be better organized before our time started, we got there early, and the people at the front desk seemed to be disorganized, and the desk is around the corner and people seemed confused on where they should go to check in, so I ended up telling multiple groups of people where the front desk was.

This was a great experience! We had a lot of fun in the Enchanted Forest. Our host was warm and welcoming. There was much better decor in the Enchanted Forest room than I’ve seen in other escape rooms I’ve done which really made the experience more fun and enchanting. We escaped with 13 seconds left!

I took my staff here for a fun activity and it was AWESOME. The staff was so much fun and made sure we had a good time. I would highly recommend this location for team-building and work related gatherings. We cannot wait to play the rest of the games! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Staff was so awesome, they give you hints and your moneys worth. Bring you family here its worth every dollar. Be careful on the street, I saw a drug deal going on and sketchy people on this street.

Honestly, I admit I wasnt initially that excited when our group decided to go to an escape room--something I had never done before, but after arriving and getting it, this was one of THE most fun group activities I have been a part of in a very long while! We talked about it for hours afterward. Amazingly intense on one hand and deliriously fun at the same time. I highly recommend if you visit Duluth you take a group outing to this extremely well designed and fun experience. It can be around an hour to do and debrief, and well worth it.

We took on the Hangover: Duluth room. It was the right amount of difficult for our group. Our guide was extremely helpful and funny and did a great job setting up our scenario. Our group was made up of people used to escape rooms and people who were new to the experience and everyone had an awesome time!

Did the Wheel house with 3 adults and 5 kids age 10-15. Clues logical but challenging enough to still be fun. Not so hard that escape was impossible! Would definitely do another room!

A group of five of us completed the Wheelhouse room. My goodness what a great experience! The building itself is well kept, the staff is absolutely great, and we loved the escape room itself!They clearly lay out all the rules and theres truly an essence of hey, we need to work together as team to complete this... or well, we dont make it out!If youre looking for a fun family outing, adventure with friends, or perhaps a team-building exercise with fellow coworkers (like we did) then definitely consider an escape room!!

We did Prison Break as a group of seven ranging in ages from 8 to 32 and had the best time! It was challenging, fun, and very well done! The staff was great and made the experience so enjoyable! We did this as a family event and will definitely do it again, as family and with friends and coworkers. I havent done something this fun and entertaining in a long time, HIGHLY recommend!!

REALLY well done and so much fun. everyone in my group enjoyed themselves. cant wait to go back and try the different rooms. our host/guide Dominic was lovely. my only criticism would be is that it is a bit spendy for 1 hour, but they obviously put a lot of time and effort into what they do so its understandable that they charge what they do.

Zero Hour Escape Rooms is awesome! We just took our boss there for his birthday on our lunch hour and it was so much fun. From the gear you get to wear, to the set up and clues.. it keeps you guessing and wanting more. I cant wait until they open the other rooms so I can visit again. This would be perfect for a date night, game night, or family get together. You must go!

Im normally someone who dislikes everything I do. I was excited to try this but assumed it was kind of for kids and wasnt going to be that great. Ive NEVER had more fun doing something in my life. It was insane how much fun I had. They had photo shoots and costumes and everything. The rooms are very fun but hard enough that youll need hints but still will have fun. If your considering doing this but your on the fence about it I PROMISE youll love it. I didnt want to leave but sadly good things must end and for me once it ended I drove home and got car sick. I assume I was just home sick for my beloved escape rooms. So until we meet again I LOVE YOU ZERO HOUR:)

We just did the Hangover room and finished with just 22 seconds to go! The clues we received were helpful but did not give it away. We enjoyed the feedback afterward that was shared about our performance. Especially some of the quotes that were given by our team during our time there. Was very fun and would recommend for any group. Mikel was a very good host. Will ask for him again.

The people running this escape room are incredible. My girlfriend and I love puzzles like these. After I called them, they helped me plan the perfect surprise and make the final clue have an engagement ring. They were elated at the idea, and, thanks to the good people at Zero Hour, my girlfriend is now my fiancé.I would and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Just got out of the prison break with only a couple minutes on the clock. I have done several escape rooms and this was one of the best. Its very clever and inventive. We just finished with the Prison Break. I DID NOT want to go. I was kind of forced by my wife. Two things are important when I think about any experience. The people, and the place. First of all, Mikhael (Sorry for the misspelling if it is), the manager, is an amazing guy. Greets you with enthusiasm, explains the process with enthusiasm, and sends you on your way with enthusiasm. Softened me up like a Mike Tyson body shot. I wont go into the details about the room, because YOU NEED to do it. But it was awesome. They do it right. FUN, FUN, FUN!!!! They are a class business with amazing employees. Thank you. Im so glad I went. Cant wait for the next one.

This place was amazing! It was only me and my fiance, we did the wheelhouse. It was quite the challenge but who doesnt want that from an escape room. The service was very good, no need to break the ice they did it for you, hilarious people and it was great time! Never forgetting it.

My family of 5 did the jail break and it was so much fun. We have never done anything like this before but we will definitely go again to try the other rooms. Its not easy but also not so hard that you cant figure it out. If you are looking to try something new I would highly recommend this!

Mad Tea Party Room: a super fun experience! We were a group of four (two teens and two adult relatives) that paired up with two more adults to make a group of six. We managed to escape--but not by much! Great fun working out the puzzles and every individual really had a chance to contribute to the solution. This was our first live escape room but it wont be our last. The charismatic staff were great to work with and heightened our groups anticipation.

Fun night out. We did the sinking ship. Two rooms to escape from but ppl from the night before broke some of the clues.

My dad and two brothers were in town for the weekend, so the four of us were looking for something fun to do after lunch. None of us had ever tried an escape room before. We decided to try out the Prison Break room. We were impressed and had a lot of fun. The level of creativity and strategy put into designing these rooms is excellent. The staff is friendly and engaging too!

We did an escape with eight people. It was definitely an enjoyable team-building experience. While there was a time limit, it was reasonable enough that we didnt feel overly-pressured The production value was much higher than I expected.

Zero Hour Escape Rooms was a great time for my friends and I. I had heard about this room from other friends and it sounded like a great time for our group of 4, two couples. My expectations were met and exceeded! The orientation area was comfortable and welcoming, the location was easy to find and the staff were friendly and good at their jobs.The best part, of course, was the room. It really challenged your brain and way of thinking. Each room had a panic button if there was someone who was overwhelmed and needed to leave and the employees were watching all of the time in case someone needed to leave as well. They also provided hints to assist when things became too difficult to figure out or we needed a push in the right direction. At the end, one employee would give you a summary of your job, how much teamwork was used, best and hardest parts for folks and best quote of the round.All in all, the experience was a blast, I would recommend this for families (the room would be appropriate for younger folks as well), a group of friends, family members or even business associates for team building.
