Absolutely love this VR experience. The co-owner, Clayton, was extremely helpful and made our time very enjoyable. He gave us advice with games, fixed our gear when needed, and even let my fiancé and I trial two player. I had a great time and will certainly be coming back again soon.

This place is great. I went here with my kids to show them what VR is all about and it was a blast. Highly recommended. They have a wide variety of games as well as a great group of people working here who help you get setup and really enjoy the experience. The entire experience is high end and the price is absolutely right.

Clean place to enjoy a VR experience. The only thing I can say is that they need more variety in the games they have and more of them.

This is a great concept and the space is nice. They need to be better staffed for bigger parties and to support the clients in using the equipment. My party wasted a lot of time trying to get games loaded and trying to learn how to work within the games. We eventually were able to get one of the staff to help walk us through setting up so that our party could vs each other but they definitely needed more staff support than what was given. All in all we would go back just not as a large party.

Good for the kids. An hour was good enough for me. It took them a few minutes to get the game started but I dont think they started the clock until after. It was the kids first time, so we needed some assistance. The workers were very patient

Not only were the employees very helpful when there was a question, but they were always available to make this the best experience possible!!!Of all the activities we did during the week, they both agreed, this was the best! This place was super fun! They have a wide selection of games, and even have some snacks that they sell! You can play multiplayer games with friends or family. Or you can just have your self some fun. This place would be great for a party.

Took my son and a group of kids for his 11th Birthday and had a phenomenal experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive to questions and helped the kids navigate to different games. Small sitting area in the back perfect for pizza and cake after the games. I would absolutely recommend for a fun time.

This is the only VR place I went to and I gotta say it wasnt bad and the receptionist told me how to start the vive since I was a quest user and we were stuck he would tell us what to do.

The place was a lot of fun, the staff frank and friendly. My one complaint would be the bugginess of the software. Some games would bug out, sometimes the integration software would need to be reset.

Not really worth the money. Vr is really amazing. but 1HR $30 each? theres only 1 headset so someone is paying money just to sit there. $18 for a hour is a bit more understandable, change the pricing.

Had a blast. Hubby and I spent an hour here enjoying the games. It is a work out so be prepared. The staff is young however they are very attentive.

My son celebrated his 13th birthday party on Sunday. We rented the venue for the party and had the best time! Our hosts Tariq and Matt were amazing, attentive, helpful, and kind! They were not at all intimidated by the number of anxious teenagers taking over the facility. The games were fun and entertaining for all ages. Every person of my group had a blast. I strongly recommend iSimu VR for a great outing! The only thing that may help in the future would be a separate room for parties so that there is a designated space for eating and drinking. But even without, we had a designated space to set up our party treats that worked just as fine. Thank you for a great day!

Went here for my daughters 14th birthday party. Nice and courteous staff, the kids really enjoyed it! You have to bring your own food but they provided the space, overall great experience. I will come back with just adults next time..

We took our son here for his 13th birthday. He and his friends had the time of their lives! The 2 gentlemen that were working there today made the experience even better with their knowledge of the systems and educating the kids, their extremely positive and friendly attitudes, and their patience and courteousness. I had an amazing experience at iSimu VR. I made a reservation online and when I got there I was welcomed by 2 men who asked if Ive ever experienced it before. They gave us a tutorial on how to play and a quick overview of the different games in their catalog. We played one of the zombie games which has a storyline and It was so realistic .My boyfriend and I played together but in separate booths. Whenever we had difficulty , we called out and they came over promptly. Im writing this review but in reality I want this place to be my little secret. I really enjoyed myself and plan on returning frequently.

We held our Top Floors Carpet One Floor and Home Christmas Party here and everyone had a blast! Tristan and Elijah were both awesome and made our whole event go smoothly. They checked on all our guests several times to help. Booking was easy. Party supplies were provided. I highly recommend this experience/venue.

Hosted my childs birthday here. The staff was incredibly helpful and very professional with the kids, all of whom were 1st timers. They made hosting a party a breeze. The kids had a fantastic time!

It was an amazing experience, with lots of different games. I love that they let you share one station. I thought it was a little expensive for the time slots. If they could make it a little less expensive I could see this being great place to go play games at.

We had a great time. We had one station with myself and my 11 yo son. We reserved 2 hours and was sad when it was done. The Beat Saber game was a blast and the plank game was ridiculous! Im not a video game person personally and had a blast. He is and he had an even better time.It was clean and neat. I saw them cleaning the gear after people would leave. The guys that work there understand what you are seeing and know how to help you when you run into trouble. The are never far away which was awesome.My son wanted to return the next day! Totally will go back.

This place is Great! I took my 12 y/o son and his friend on a Sat at 12pm (opening time) They had a really good time and cant wait to go back. I participated in the fun also. The staff (owners) Peter and another nice young man (didnt get his name) were terrific! They helped the boys play what they wanted to play and helped me find games that were on the easier side since I am quite the amateur. The place was very clean and pleasant to be in. I highly recommend this place to everyone of all ages and skill levels. We will definitely be coming back soon! Thanks

My very first experience with VR and it was amazing! My younger sister and I went and had a blast. So much so that we went back the next day to continue our game. Great price for the time allowed. I’d recommend to anyone interested!

I brought two 11 year old boys and a 13 year old girl for an hour and they all had a great time. My daughter said it was one of the most fun things shes ever done. I also played the walk the plank at the end and was afraid to step off the plank at first because it was so realistic. They have a lot of games for different interests and ages and definitely have non-violent options for kids that are fun and engaging. I highly recommend this experience for kids and adults.

LOVED this place. Went with two friends - all early 40s and lifetime gamers. We played a couple of co-op games - a zombie survival shooter (Arizona Sunshine) and a fantasy hack n slash game. The zombie shooter was extraordinary. We played for 2 hours straight. Staff were fantastic - friendly, accommodating, helpful. Great night, great place, great people. Went on a Friday night, and there were plenty of open booths.

I enjoy bringing my nephews here as its entertaining and easy for them to do, the ability for them to talk to each other in the headsets is a great feature. Would be nice to add the ability to buy snacks and drinks with a card. Instead of just cash, for anyone else visiting make sure bring some money lol.

Weve been going here for about a year now and always have a great time. The games are fun and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I play, my kids play, my Mom plays, everyone in the family enjoys it. Even if youre not into gaming or youve never tried VR before, you will find something fun to do at iSimu. The staff can help you pick a game and show you how to play it. The place is clean and nice and user friendly. We recommend iSimu VR to everyone.

Took my husband here for his birthday and he is STILL raving about it. It was so much fun. Only thing I can say is if you are a glasses wearer, wear contacts! The goggles will press into your nose over time. Other than that it was a great experience. The guys there were really helpful. I can’t wait for them to get more games. Completely recommend!

I took my 12 yr old son with a few friends and we all enjoyed it. I was entertained just watching and listening to them talk to one another. Elijah was especially gracious and attentive to guiding boys as needed. They all enjoyed it.

Great for Birthdays and Group VR. I had my 12yr old B-Day party there and 3 hours was not enough. Guys working were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the group gaming. We brought our own food and deco and everyone had a great time!

We drove three hours from S.C. to experience VR. We couldn’t have found a better venue than ISimu VR! Awesome gaming and experiences using vive headsets. Welcoming atmosphere and best of all, two great representatives, Mat & Tyriq! Thanks for making our trip worth it. Highly recommend this place for a great overall VR experience.

I honestly was very impressed on the quality of technology in this arcade. This was a kinda spontaneous thing my girlfriend and I did and it turned out to be one of the best places we have been to. Peter met us at the front desk and explained how everything worked and set us up and I felt like I kid again. I can tell that he knows exactly what he is doing and made our first time their worth every dollar. We even came back the next day and we were welcomed with same and fantastic customer service by Peter. Definitely cannot wait to come back.

An extremely fun experience. They have created an environment where even if you dont know anything about gaming, you will still be able to have fun. The price might seem a little steep, but its well worth the time. 2 hours is great and I was sweating by the end!

The price for an hour is reasonable. The equipment is well-maintained and in good condition.The loyalty program is free and earns you a free hour. If you want to try vr or play regularly for fun, I recommend iSimu, hands down.

My son and I wanted to test this location as his birthday is coming up and this could have been the spot where the party was booked. I was very disappointed in my first VR experience. The first VR bay that I used did not work and therefore I was moved to another bay. I experienced more difficulties in the second bay with the controls not responding; for which I ultimately gave up and stopped my experience. The only reason I rated as two stars is because my son had a great experience; however, mine was not the same and the level of customer service received was sub-par at best. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Horrific pricing. For 10 hours, you can afford your own VR headset. No good group pricing (unless you spend a whopping $120/$240) Save your money and look elsewhere. Look for a VR demo somewhere..... However, this is the only real VR arcade that even exists in Georgia.On a more positive note, they do have a massive selection of VR games and a good atmosphere. If you have money burning a $30/hour hole in your pocket, by all means, go for it.

Great experience with my nephews. The games were awesome and the facility as well as staff were fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was a woman in a VR bay next to us that was yelling and using obscenities that made us uncomfortable and there was no action taken.

What a cool place to go hang out for a couple hours! Great for any age..All the way up to 90 years old. Our party of 4 had a great time and the staff was amazingly helpful and nice. Will for sure come back.

This was my first time doing VR and the team was very helpful. They set us up in different suites and walked us through the process from start to finish & assisted when we got stuck, We played a variety of games against each other and then some solo games. There’s a game for everyone and it’s very beginner friendly.

Awesome experience!! Game play was everything I hoped for. Not great graphics like Xbox or PlayStation but its good. If the graphics were any better I might have not been able to play the flying shooter lol. Overall good price for time and very helpful and friendly staff, but may need additional staff to walk around helping customers in games when it gets really busy. Great experience, Ill definitely be going again!!

Lots of bugs with one of the 4 stations for a birthday party that took time away from playing with friends. Additional time was added but it was frustrating. Staff could be more attentive when the kids are first starting to play because its a bit overwhelming and they need help setting up multiplayer games. Otherwse a fun time and they all left with great stories and smiles on their faces.

Very long wait times, so call and reserve spot before you drive all the way out and that is only if you can get someone on the phone, I called several times and never got a answer so I had to reserve online and pay upfront in full. The games was ok not all that great and glitchy, my husband game stopped before his time was even up so he just gave up on it and came over to where I was at. The environment was cool very kid friendly a long with adults with an diverse crowd.

Great VR experience nothing like the cheesy mall Kiosk. Great for all ages but not small Children age 4 at minimum if they are able to hold a headset and hand equipment. The only downside is you are only allotted 1hr playing time and it takes almost 15-20min to actually learn how to use the equipment. So your actual playtime is cut short. Instead of explaining verbally how to use the Equipment They should hook you up and let you have 15min of a practice demo. Overall I Can’t wait to go back!

I brought my 15 year old and his 4 friends here for my sons birthday and they had a great time. One of his friend wants to do this for his birthday too. I definitely intend to go back with the kids on a regular trip. The staff were friendly, attentive and great. Id recommend this to all ages.

New yet, smart idea. Virtual reality for the public now you can go out in public and experience the top quality virtual reality. Very cool environment and staff was super friendly. They also do private events but youll have to call ahead and ask about it.

Incredibly fun! Staff was very patient and attentive getting us set up. We had a corporate team event at this venue and everyone was already bragging about how they wanted to bring their spouses / friends back later to check it out. Highly recommend.

We held our daughter’s 12th birthday party here and it was great! All the kids loved the games, and there were lots of games to choose from. I tried it myself and I’ve never experienced anything like it. Truly an experience. The staff working were helpful and helped all of the kids whenever they needed it. Would highly recommend!
