Jordan and his colleague (I didnt get her name) were amazing hosts for our escape room experience. Prior to this location, we were only familiar with 1 room escape type locations that, honestly, were super boring. This one felt like a thrill the entire time, and we absolutely enjoyed the challenge.FYI: We love Star Trek and enjoy escape room video games, so this was bound to be something we at least expected to like. I did not expect this to be as cool as it was though (minus a few technical difficulties). I hope to find more rooms like this in the future.Thank you for the new found hobby!!!

Went with my daughter on weekday so had ‘room’ to ourselves, at 58 minutes and two hints, we escaped. It’s been a few hours and we are still talking about it. We had a great time, complete with squabbling, laughing, and feelings of accomplishment. Game master was awesome, friendly, informative- but not too much. Had a great time and I highly recommend!

Had a blast doing their escape room today! It was challenging, fun and a very cool location! I enjoyed the props and the staff was top notch!! Thank you both for a great time and for all your help.

I played with my fiance and it was wonderful! A bit difficult but the staff is nice and helps whenever you want. They really strive to make sure you have a great time. I loved everything about it! Its a thrilling experience.

I took my husband to the Cypher escape room for his birthday with a couple of friends and it was a great experience. The experience was unique to escape rooms, I really loved how they incorporate digital interactions. It was well done. We did have a glitch when something went out of order but over all a wonderful time! Highly recommend! I look forward to the new experience they are creating.

It was really fun! But it is the type of place that you have to go to with a good friend or group. And I would go several times! Even with the same person or people.

We went as a group of 7 as first timers. This one was space themed. Without giving too much away, I had a lot of fun as a person who likes puzzles. It was a series of 5 rooms and it took us 50 minutes to complete. My only concern is that the noises may be a bit loud but is actually necessary for the effect of the atmosphere. They are preparing a second set of room(s) and I would love to experience this again.

The most important thing an escape room needs to excel at is puzzles and the only room here (at the time of this review), Starship Desolation, is mostly devoid of puzzles. The set design is relatively impressive (but also very sparse in places) but the few puzzles that exist in the room weren’t very fun—some were too easy and some were overly convoluted. The technology in this room is elaborate but its use actually gets in the way more than enhancing the experience. Our game master was very professional and helpful but that didn’t help the bad game design. I likely won’t be returning to their expansion rooms once they open.

I really loved their escape room and cant wait for the second room to be done! The attention to detail was great. Ive done a lot of escape rooms and this is definitely top 3 for me. Staff was super nice and the room had that Wow! factor that only a few places accomplish.

Took a group of 10 tonight. We all had a great time! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Big plus was the 5 interactive rooms with clues in them oppose to one room from the other escape rooms in town. We finished it in 50 mins out of 60 and used 3 clues. Our youngest member was 13 and the oldest was 39. Average age was about 27. I would recommend this place to others! Found this place online and it had a great groupon discount. Enjoy!

I would recommend this experience for someone who is brand new to escape rooms, but no one else.I questioned whether the two people who greeted us were actually employees based on their attire, a gentleman in a rather dirty suit and a woman in an oversized hoodie. We opted to pay cash after the man handed over his personal cell phone for us to enter credit card information. Yes, enter. Not swipe.The puzzles were such a strange mixture of convoluted trial and error and instructions so easy a child could follow them that there was no sense of accomplishment upon completion. One screen was completely broken, which required the Game Master to enter the room and show us what the screen would display on his personal iPhone.The set design was noteworthy but lacked immersion because of broken pieces, paint chipping off of props, lack of attention to detail. We do not plan to return.

Went to this place with four friends, which was the perfect amount to do the desolation escape room. Pretty good escape room for my first time, but the doors were a little confusing, since they all had handles, but some were sliding doors. The video replayed when we removed the tape out from the cartridge, which takes over some of our time. Overall, a good experience and we beat the room. Hopefully they will have newer rooms that will be harder to solve.

This is a great breakout room. Its actually multi room in the game, which is even cooler.

It was fun and the environment was very realistic.

This is one of the best escape rooms in the Atlanta area. The Starship Desolation room was challenging and well thought out with a great storyline.

Awesome experience overall! First time doing one of these escape room and it will not be the last.
