Awesome bar in a great location. Right in the heart of new downtown Dublin. Super friendly staff. Great games. Can get very busy on weekends so make sure you call ahead for bowling. Drinks are good and they have a massive draft list. Definitely a must go for people looking for a fun spot in the area

Very cool place to go with friends or family. Pins has a vast majority of arcade games when you walk in that are all completely free to play. The only games that aren’t free are the pin ball machines but the arcade games are still lot of fun. The place offers alcoholic beverages and water. It is a much newer bar style and is catered to the new generation of adults. Pins also has a bowling pins lane and it’s also free. There is bonfires outside this place and there is jumbo jenga. Cup pong that’s huge and it’s a big bar. Outside there are food trucks and other food items. Overall this place is absolutely amazing and it’s full of fun. You can sit and chill by watching a movie, play games or just talking with other people. The experience is great here and it’s a lot of fun. People under 21 are allowed in until 8. After 8pm it’s a bar for 21+. This place is extremely clean and the people are very nice and friendly. Amazing experience and highly recommend!!!

Great place to hang out in the area. Pins itself is fun to play, a lot like bowling but it’s all about spares. Lots of video games next door and the outdoor spaces in front and back are great. No food to order inside but food trucks are often outside, rotating nightly.

Wonderful gaming bar in a more upscale area. The place was very clean and extremely well staffed. Plenty of fun pinball (if you have quarters to spare) and a bowling spin off game that I found to be incredibly fun to play.

Love this place for some bocchi ball, duck bowling, full bar and a ton of old school video games for free. In CBus this is a great place to chill with the crew.

First trip here-duckpin bowling is easier than regular bowling and the small, light balls make it easier for a wider range of ages and skill levels. After 8pm, its for 21 and older. You will probably have to kill time waiting for a lane but there are several other (free) things to do while you wait and plenty of tables. Lots of interesting beers and cocktails. No kitchen, but there are scheduled food trucks there, so check their calendar online. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Unique place to entertain guests.

This place is pretty cool... Theres probably about 50 80s arcade games theyre all free.... You can miniature bowl its 6 bucks a person per game.. cocktails are about 10 bucks a piece... Pinballs $0.50 a game... Its a really good time kid friendly up until 8:00... The staff is really on it they make sure youre taken care of... Good job Pins mechanical

My boyfriend and I go here on a weekly basis. The staff is attentive and are doing a great job to keep the environment clean and safe. Out of the over 50+ visits weve only had one issue. The manager, Danny, was responsive and completely took care of us. He has a great presence in the building - even though the place is huge - and is bouncing from place to place to ensure the entire operation runs smoothly. Our favorite server is Luka, he is fast and observant. We never have to flag him down or wait for service. Love this place! The food trucks are also great on the weekends!

Some friends and I were out for a GNO and a group of men kept interrupting our night to try and talk to us and buy us drinks. While it was flattering, it crossed a line eventually. The staff at Pins were absolutely AMAZING at making us feel protected and safe. Not only did they notice their inappropriate behavior without us having to say anything, they also were constantly checking in on us and apologizing for their behavior (eventually throwing them out of the bar). Absolutely above and beyond service and overall just good people. Thank you Pins staff!! ️

Greeting was nice. Me and my husband went for a date night. Once we sat down is when the problems started. He went to check on the wait for bowling. The bar workers kept staring and talking. Not sure about what but it was clearly about us because they kept staring. When he came back, we got up and walked towards the back with our masks on. We never been here before so of course we’re walking around looking around. A waitress came up to us when we got to the back and was very rude stating we couldn’t walk around without masks (mind you we had them on). My husband stated he wanted to order drinks and the waitress stated that was fine, she would get them but we had to sit down. At that time, me and my husband felt very profiled and disrespected so we left. As we were leaving, some big guy escorted us out which made us feel even more profiled. I will never spend my BLACK money here. They made us feel extremely profiled and all we were trying to do was spend time and have fun.

Great place, super friendly staff and they are very responsive. If you have an empty glass they will be along to fill it. Prices are a little steep, so it wouldnt be an every day thing, but definitely good for a night out.

We were separated into two groups which is fine. Once seated you can take your mask off but one customer was yelled at for standing up and taking her hand bag off. The manager or whatever was acting more like a bouncer than a welcoming host.Finally we were scolded for talking to the other table while seated at our designated tables.So come in for a 10 dollar cocktail but you better sit down and shut up.

I love this place it is so much fun and better than the Pins in downtown Columbus due to their partnership with 16 bit. Lots of fun, it can be rather noisy due to the hard surface floors; well to be honest the hard surface everything so it can be quite noisy. Also they allow kids up to 8 or 9pm. To be honest I wouldnt mind if they kicked the kids out a little earlier, other than that the place is fantastic.

The best place so socialize with friends & meet new people in Dublin. Pins Mechanical has ping pong tables, bowling, arcade games, foosball and many more games; there’s definitely something for anyone to enjoy. Many of the arcade games are free and drinks are reasonably priced. Pins is definitely the best to spend some time with friends, or to have a date.

My five groomsmen and I came here (16-Bit and Pins) for my bachelor party, and we had a blast! The games (both digital and physical) were a lot of fun, especially our intense game of giant-sized Jenga, and the drinks were delicious! The Carrie Fisher, Hulk Hogan, and Game Over were all excellent. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere and environment were very light, welcoming, and laid back. Theres no question, Ill be back!

COVID-19 2020:Drinks and atmosphere were great and staff were aggressive in a good way about keeping things orderly and clean.Party members were required to be seated at a table together, but waiters brought drinks quickly so it never felt isolating.

Always so much fun here. Great beer, great cocktails, fun games for everyone. Just wish we could stay a little past 8:00. No kiddos after 8:00.

Always a fun time. This spacious place to hang out can be a bit noisy, but for me today just adds to the experience! Reasonably priced drinks and BYO-food: have pizza delivered, or stop at one of the many Bridge Park restaurants for takeout and take it with you. For larger events, my company caters there a lot as well and the staff is on top of it!!

Drinks are expensive but they always have the best beer on draft and the games are free at 16 Bit so you can still have fun, and not have to worry about spending to much.

This is a fun place to spend a night. The bar staff was friendly and fast. Drinks are a bit pricy but if you want a drink you pay what the price is. The bowling is fun and the arcade is nostalgic for anyone who grew up in the 80s. Overall a very cool place to hang out and spend an evening. If you are looking for something other than the normal night out give it a try.

Pins is amazing!!! We went here after our wedding with a big bridal party and the manager Danny was sooooo WONDERFUL! He welcomed us in and even gave my bride and I champagne on the house! It is very spacious and there are so many things to do you will never be bored! We love Pins and would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

I suspect there are a lot of people who would rather this higher than 3 stars. Having been to 16-bit in downtown Columbus, I was expecting something similar. It is not. It is definitely a place to go if you are looking for a lively nightlife experience, as there were literally several hundred people there in a Saturday around 6pm. It was loud, bar service was slow... pretty much what youd expect at a large establishment on a weekend with hundreds of people. Several of there games were broken, others had large groups who kept paying the same game again and again. One positive - a wide range of beers on tap, around 36 varieties. But again, overall just not what I was expecting.

Nice place to hangout. Arcades and other games are free. Its like an adult playground where you got arcades and drinks . Almost dnb but a bit more casual and minimal in comparison. Ambience and overall feeling is pretty modern. Game over cocktail is like long island but better

What a cool place. Love the bowling, but wish you could play a few more games if you only have 2 people. Lots of other cool games too play and things to experience. What an amazing selection of about 40 to 50 beers on tap. It was super filled if people but it didnt feel packed. I was happy with the service and the people walking around taking orders. The pos system was great and made paying easier. The food trucks outside were so good and the ability to order food and deliver it to inside the facility is one of the coolest things ever. Thanks for a great time!

Neat concept; came here on a Sunday afternoon expecting it to not be crowded and was proven very wrong. Drinks were good and service was quick, but getting a bowling lane proved impossible (at 3pm) and we even had to wait for skee-ball.Definitely check this place out, but be prepared for a crowd regardless of when you go.

This place is so cool. Free arcade games, free Super Nintendo, free lawn games. You’re permitted to bring in outside food. Fantastic bar. Only pay for drinks, bowling, or bocceball. I thought the pins would be like the duck pins in Maryland, but they’re a little more odd—they’re actually attached to strings so the return mechanism is different. Probably more reliable. It’s got an 80s old school vibe and you’ll be hard pressed if you’re my age not to feel serious nostalgia for your childhood with games like the original Mortal Kombat, Ms. PAC Man, QBert, etc. Its adults 21+ after 8pm and they do nicely go around to remind folks with kids about half an hour before. We got unlimited lemonade refills which was delicious. Will come again and again.

Wow! So much fun! Kids can go during the day but its a bar after 8pm. They have pinball machines, huge jenga, trashcan beer pong/ping pong, and mini bowling aka duck pin bowling. Its connected to 16 Bit so there are arcade games just around the corner too. They have a great beer selection too. FYI they dont serve food but have food trucks or you can have food delivered. We are definitely coming back.

My friends and I love coming here for a chill night! Theres plenty of parking and space to hang out at the bar. Theres also surrounding businesses you could walk to. Our favorite to get here is the Patio Punch pitcher. You can share this with a few friends.We love playing games here and sitting by the fire! The music is always fun and theres usually always a crowd on the weekends. This Pins is huge compared to the one downtown, but its really nice!

Pins is surprisingly quite a bit of fun. This was my first time duck pin bowling and I really enjoyed it. Not as serious as regular bowling but just as much fun. The drinks were reasonably priced and the beer selection was excellent.

This Pins is 10x bigger than the one downtown with a nice arcade selection. It was busy but not in the sense that is was overwhelming. Ill go back

They sellout all their lanes to corporate sponsors (who schedule early so they sit empty for hours)so you can never get a lane. Told us 4+ hours so they wouldn’t even let us have a chance to play. All tables are reserved so you can’t get a table. Don’t bother stopping by this place cause you’ll be very disappointed.

Cool place to go after work with the team. There is a lot of space and many ways to stay entertained. They could have used another bartender when we were there and the parking situation sucks.

Always have a good time here, played string bowling and giant jenga then just sat outside by the fire for a while. There are several food trucks parked outside and many other food options within walking distance, great for any size group.

Has less pinball machines then some of the other Pins locations and we also had an issue with the bowling while we were there, the sensor kept triggering incorrectly. Overall a cool place to check out. Seems like it would be better during the warmer months because it gets crowded extremely quickly.

Pretty fun place. Very crowded on Saturdays but the crowd was good company. The service was excellent and the servers really try their best to get around to everyone.

Came here with my sister while visiting from Maryland, it was an awesome time! I love duck pin as I grew up playing as a kid. The beer selection was great, service was quick and the alcohol slushees were so yummy! They have a great variety of games to play.

The last time I was here I spent over 10 minutes waiting for one of the bar staff to notice me standing at the bar. It wasnt even crowded, it was a Tuesday evening. Shouldnt be that hard to get a drink - no other bar Ive been to lately seems to have as much trouble.The time before that (a Saturday evening) the whole place was closed off for a private party. So if youre looking for a place thats actually open during the hours on its website, and where you can actually get a drink in a reasonable amount of time, go to Level One. Or Dave & Busters. Basically anywhere else.

Pins Mechanical is obviously more interested in their corporate profit than our health as evidenced by their joining the lawsuit against the City. Lets let these businesses join in and fun d the emergency health services and hospitals that are overwhelmed in part because they cant control their own clientele!

This is a fun atmosphere with many games of all varieties, and quirky fun cocktails. The only drawback was the lack of food as an option. The decor is both functional and entertaining!

Very busy. Very good beer. Awesome place. However the bartender was extremely confused and over served our drinks so I picked up the tab for a few others who I didnt order for.

Really a fun place to hang out, have a beer (they have an excellent beer selection), and play a game or two. This Pins location is airier and more family oriented than their place downtown. The downtown location has a bar with a lot of games feel whereas this Dublin location feels more like a games place with a bar.

Great time and great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful to explain how everything ran. Would definately consider for a team building experience in the near future. Tons of pinball games and video games. The pin bowling was fun.

It is a fun and clean place to hang out. Mini bowling lanes with grapefruit sized bowling balls. You get three tries per round at $5 per person per game. I took a star off for mandatory tipping just for booking the lane. Drinks and such are fine but of you need to charge more for a service than do it. Otherwise, fun experience with table side service and close to the bar.

Like bowling but easier. Smaller balls, shorter lanes, no need for shoe rental, and next door is an even cooler arcade place with more expensive tasty drinks. Fun will be had by all!!!

I was here for a users group social event and had a great time. My first time here and definitely not my last. This place is cool! They have all kinds of games; bowling, bachet ball (lawn bowling), ping pong, pinball machines. I love pinball, grew up playing them. Did not eat but tried one of their craft beers, the milk stout, very good. Will try the vanilla porter next time. Look forward to going back; this is where I want to go for our next sons-n-dad outing.

We had our work party there this past weekend and the staff was awesome! The Server Leah Judith was super attentive, she was on point the entire time! Carson was great, the reservation process was super simple and easy. She checked in on us throughout the night as well as did Emilio LOL Our group had a great time! The crowd is not manageable. Doesnt quite make the atmosphere admirable. Also, the Carrie Fisher drink had too much sour mix in it and was gross. Otherwise, was amazing!

Fun and decently priced... the only thing I dont like is the food truck set up and no option for food inside. Its winter in north east ohio, nobody wants to stand in the cold to get a bite to eat. Although a few minutes in the cold might sober you up after having a few drinks. Staff is friendly and social, very clean, and plenty of space for groups.

I have one word for Pins Mechanical Company; INCREDIBLE! Came down from Toledo, Ohio to spend the weekend with my nephews, they suggested Pins, arrived @ 9:30 PM, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Pin Bowling, Bocce Ball, Ping Pong, Pinball Machines Shuffleboard, etc... 36 Craft Beers on tap, my favorite; CDC BODHI (made in Ohio) Bronze Medal, American-Style India Pale Ale, Great American Beer Festival 2014and named one of the best IPAs in America.They do not serve food, but allow food to be carried in, there were two food trucks parked out in front. The outdoor patio was phenomenal, with couches, love seats & chairs all situated around two gas fire pits. I was in the Navy and have traveled the world, and the states extensively, this is truly one of the best bars Ive ever been in. A must when traveling to Columbus.

Came in with my family and was told a 4 hour wait and that they could not even take a reservation Bc the wait was to long, I’m giving an average rating Bc I understand it’s winter break and families and friends are all wanting to do what we were wanting to do, but after reading multiple reviews you would think they could do online check-ins or reservations so people don’t have wait around 4 hours when half of your lanes were open and we stood there for 45 minutes and at least 5 lanes continued to stay unused?! So we normally visit the one in Cincinnati and have no issues even on a busy night, so maybe you guys can figure something out to better your wait times since that seems to be the biggest complaint?

First time in Columbus. Grew up playing in the arcade so visiting my sister who is living there she brought me here and it was a flood of nostalgia and fun. SF2 turbo, Mario world, teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a great beer selection at the bar. Hung out by the outside fires to watch the sunset. If they had hotel rooms I would have just stayed there. Impossible not to find fun here.

These ARE your grandparents (or in some cases Great grand parents) toys of the past. A place where you have to listen (screams, loud noises of wood blocks falling, giggling etc..) to the friends you brought or newly met. Skill is somewhat important but knowing how to laugh at yourself for TRYING something new and NOT necessarily doing well is more important . Winning is good but not all that important (I say that after losing two games of ping pong to a young dude with apparently better vision and reflexes or luck).So come on in. Turn off your phone. Forget about getting back to anyone not there playing a game with you. These are the important people. Pins (Dublin) was absolutely delightful! We went early in the evening so it was pretty low key and had no trouble getting a lane. We had tons of fun with the duck pin bowling and then with the giant Jenga.I was a bit disappointed that there seemed to be zero food options since we happened to be there on a night when there was no food truck. As it got a little later it did get to be quite loud between the people and the machinery, but for a place called Pins Mechanical Company, thats expected.

Went here for a work outing on a Wednesday evening... Wasnt crazy busy... The bartender left me standing for more than 10 minutes before getting my first drink at the bar. When she finally did come over, she was less than pleasant. Ive had great experiences at another location. Good atmosphere and very fun otherwise.

The glass is always half full here! Fantastic bar with a great staff. Duck pin bowling was really busy so we tried bocce ball and pin ball instead. Theres a huuuuuge selection of pinball machines. Life-size Jenga was also fun, and they had ping pong which we didnt try. Ive heard it gets super busy on the weekend, but on a Monday night our group had no problems with having plenty of space to hang out.

Wonderful place, in which you can freely play video games (oldfashioned ones) just by drinking something. More over, there are several pinballs (1 dollar for 2 matches), and foosballs (1 quarter of dollar for match), mini bowling and bocce tracks. It not only a nerd paradise, but also a perfect place to stay with friends and enjoy it.

Incredible experience! So many great arcades, friendly staff, delicious drinks, and even giant jenga! Being my first time here, I just have to come back. They even have an old school pong game and skeeball :)

So much to do! I suggest going early. By about 1/2 in the afternoon is starts getting very busy. Staff was very nice.

We planned on going out with a bunch of our friends to this place. They wouldn’t let us in because my sister in law brought her 3 week old baby with her. We walked next door to the 16 bit place and the manager followed us over there and kicked us out too. “Strictly 21 and up” unless you’re a dog. In that case it’s fine.

This was a pleasant surprise. We had heard about this place from friends so wanted to try. We had a blast. Lots of pinball games, giant Jenga, and duck bowling a blast.

Went to this est.with my son & daughter in law a month ago had such a wonderful time the retro arcade games took me back to when I was a kid myself..the beer was cold & staff was friendly.will be taking my date here tomorrow night for a good evening thanks for opening such a cool place for us retro babies lol

This place is great, but good grief is it busy. Theyve got good drinks and games to play while you wait an hour or more to bowl. Theyre attached to 16bit bar too and your tab works in both. Play old school games for free with a drink in hand or throw down some quarters for pinball. Its a fun place if you can get over the wait.

Great fun experience better to go late night it was pack shoulder to shoulder. Drink are a lil expensive but for the great time I had it was worth it.

Just fun! The trick is to not throw this ball like it is a regular bowling ball. The ball that you will be throwing needs to be lightly thrown to take down the pins!
