This place was absolutely awesome and totally worth every penny. The guys that set us up for the ropes course and zipline were awesome. They told me that they were new but they seemed like pros. Very confident in their work and made my kids and I feel safe. Our greeting as we entered was not great. The woman at the front counter didnt have the best attitude and kind of made things a little confusing and also tried to charge the adults the same price as the kids even though parents were only supposed to be $5.99 but she did fix it when we asked and didnt make a big deal out of it. The staff did a great job keeping the place clean and sanitized the whole place several times in our 3 hour stay. Lockers are available for purchase and easy to use. They offer free cups of cold water and I thought that was awesome. Overall, Id say this place is by far worth 5 stars. We went on a week day and there wasnt very many people. I dont know that I would rate it the same if it was at full capacity but when it is slow it is amazing.

Amazing place for everyone to be kid! My daughters 14th birthday party last Saturday was one of the best shes ever had!Our host Kay was outstanding. She was on point, super attentive, answered every question, made sure we had everything we needed, encouraged the kids who were nervous about the zipline, just such a relief to have her there to take some of the pressure off.The facility was nice and clean and spacious. The front desk associates were super friendly and informative.Great birthday package, worth every penny! If I lived a little closer I would definitely get the membership.

Didnt care 4 the close proximity to one another some not wearing masks, but the Manager TK was great!! He made sure everone had a good time!!(5 stars for TK)

Kids loved this place!! The zip line was the highlight. Some of the activities were more fit for kiddos 10 and up. Owners kids checked us in! We will be back!

We had our sons 10th birthday party here. Our son and all of his friends had a FANTASTIC time! We did the party room package for 10 kids for 2 hours. Private room, host, 2 pizzas (pizza was great!!), bottled water, special socks for all participants. The trampoline park and all of the extra things like the zipline was excellent. Staff was readily available, noticed they kept up on disinfecting it was excellent. Our host Kay was fantastic as well. Really great party option, offers a lot of fun activities for kids to burn some energy and have a good time. Highly recommend!

Urban Air Dublin is a blast for all ages! The facility is very clean and the staff members are so friendly, polite, and helpful. My family absolutely loves this place. The kids never want to leave. It’s so much fun! They also serve gluten free pizza, which is a huge plus. We look forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

TK is amazing there. All staff did amazing being shorted staffed. Kids had a blast. Will definitely return.

Staff was up beat and professional. They alternated the closing of each area to sanitize. Definitely going back my 5&8 year old had a great time

Really fun place. I will say not quite as good of time later Sunday afternoon as crowd picked up; a little overwhelming when really busy, and perhaps a little under- monitored. But-- a lot of really fun stuff to do!

The atmosphere was amazing. The employees were super great and was there for your every question and or need. Super awesome place to go. Absolutely nothing but a very positive, wonderful & fun experience.

I was blown away the moment that I walked in. The facility is amazing and is also very clean. The staff takes all of the necessary precautions and they were incredibly friendly and professional while doing so. Will definitely be back!

Awesome staff. The General Manager gave us a personal tour. How cool!! Thanks GM.. They have many precautions in place for COVID 19. All employees were wearing face masks. The thermal camera when you walk in shows your temperature. They are constantly sanitizing and cleaning the entire time we were there. They also ask guests over the speaker to wash or sanitize hands every so often. The front desk receptionist were so happy. Two lady’s made us feel very welcome. The place is fun!!! You can bounce, eat, relax, zip line, and much more.

This is the best park ever. We were anxiously awaiting their opening and its here!! Weve gone twice this week and will be members soon. The staff is the kindest and most FUN group ever.

We visited Urban Air today for our sons 10th birthday. We have never been until today and let me just say, that this was hands down the greatest experience ever. The staff, specifically TK and Kayanna, went way out of their way to ensure our experience was one to remember. The facility itself is jam packed with options for the kids. They have so many amusement options, and something different from the standard gaming like options. Our family really enjoyed the zipline, dodgeball areas. Our little one, who tagged along, found endless options for herself to enjoy as well. Visiting anywhere during a pandemic feels kinda scary, but the staff was so efficient and active cleaning every surface, including the floors, they had sanitizing stations at every turn which made us more comfortable. Not only that, but taking a group of kids to any crowded place can be so unnerving, they have one entrance and exit, I felt at ease allowing the kids to roam freely and still have an eye on them. Our son was a little nervous to take the leap on the zipline, the staff all were encouraging him to take the leap, they supported and encouraged him. We have never seen a more awesome group of people. Prior to our arrival today, TK went the extra mile to call us ahead and go over our plan for the day, take our pizza order ahead of time and discuss the agenda. Very honeslty, I have never been somewhere like this and been so impressed with every detail. We will definitely be back and we will absolutely recommend Urban Air to everyone we know. Thank You Kayanna and TK for all of your help, and encouragement to our kids, you guys and your staff made this visit an exceptional experience and we are thankful for a group of people who made this day feel personal. Our son had the best birthday ever and we loved every second of this adventure!
