Trailers falling down and in rough shape. Roads have pot holes that are huge and deep.

They have definitely cleaned this place up and got rid of the riff raff. Its pretty quiet except for the air force base next door.

Dirty, disorganized, run down. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Need upgrading. But for the most part they try to keep a well manage place.

I dont live there but visit good friends regularly

The park needs 2b cleaned up n alot of old trailers either needs updating or replaced n the roads need 2b redone, lot of holes that could mess someones car up.
