Have lived in their community for 5 plus years. Yearly rent increases, zero upgrades, crumbling playground, burned out street lights, and a struggle to get them to maintain their properties. They pass the buck of responsibility to the next man on the totem pole until you finally gv up. Do not waste your money trying to reside in their communities. You will absolutely hate it here.

Former Property Manager...this company is HORRIBLE to work for! The owner Andy Strine doesnt want to spend any money fixing up the parks, the office supervisor Susan Hairgrove is a racist, & the HR Manager is inadequate when it comes to her role! If you are a minority working for this company you will NOT be compensated as the rest.

They are unaware of delaware state law and charging a double security deposit and blaming covid 19 AVOID at all costs if you want a legal document

Lived in St. Jones Landing for 3 years and couldnt have asked for a better experience! Friendly and knowledgeable, their staff was great, their prices affordable and they were most importantly, a wonderfully fair company to deal with! Couldnt recommend them higher!

Not good management at all. They will make things difficult for tenants who try to sell their homes. They will retaliate against you and will discriminate you. They will hold your home if you own it over your head and will refuse lot rent payment 3 months then they will file eviction and they will not tell the court 16 that they refused payment. They do not have you served with court papers and the park management will call you to tell you the court date. They will also have someone sit at your home to sign for your stuff and you wont get any paper work from the courts. Court 16 will refuse your right to a trial and will only rule in the park managements favor. So i would not recommend anyone to buy or rent from this park management. You will be screwed out of your home even if you own it. They will claim you abandoned your home when they are the ones who threaten to call the cops on you if you enter your own property. They will tell you that you will never your home back or belongings you have. They will take your property and either sell it or give it away to people.

Horrible people! Stole 10k from my family. Then tried to take our home. Do not waste your money.
