A very nice place to live.

This is a very nice quiet mobile home park. Set the woods with streams that go through some back yards and lots of birds and other wildlife come around.

Mother had bad experiences with most people affiliated with the association. The people they employ to fix things do shotty half assed work and then blame the homeowner when projects that the community is supposed to be responsible for are not completed. They also have amongst their employ a person whom has received MULTIPLE complaints from residents about his sexually harassing comments and nothing has been done about it. There is also a man with an extensive CRIMINAL record peddling his handyman services. DO NOT HIRE JOSHUA DUPUIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional, and he STOLE $5000 of my mothers money by conning her with no paper contract. HIS mother also covers for him when she can. If you already live there please perform a public service and inform other residents DO NOT HIRE THIS CRIMINAL!
