The staff there were probably the sweetest most professional people we’ve dealt with at a rental place. We rented a pontoon from them for our recent family vacation 2 days in a row! We had a great time this past weekend. We booked online for the pontoon. When we arrived, the staff was nice and educated us on how to operate the boat. We went out to crab island and our family really enjoyed. For families, I would definitely advise an early boat ride if you’re going to crab island. It starts to get crowded after about noon. Morning is perfect.

Weve used Dockside adventures for pontoon rentals for the last two years. They are always so professional and helpful! The pontoons are always clean and run smoothly! We will definitely be using them again when we come back to Destin!

Seriously had a blast with our Pontoon Rental from Dockside Watersports! The crew and staff were awesome, great pricing, and very clean boat for us to cruise Crab Island in! So my first time in Destin, Florida and we went to Dockside for our PLANTOON BOAT and we absolutely love the boat, the crew was funny and informative! SEAN was super cool and helpful. Dockside is our family go-to for pontoon rentals to explore Crab Island. Weve used them repeatedly while vacationing in Destin and are always more than satisfied with their service. From the people checking us in to the deckhands that give helpful tips along the way everyone is beyond welcoming and makes our rental experience that much better. We had a family of 8 and got the 90hp pontoon and it was perfect. If a faster one was available, we would have gotten that. But in all honesty with the littles on board the 90 was great! The guys got us on early, explained it all to us and we were on our way a few minutes early. Which is great since you have a long no wake zone to get thru. However, we returned early as well! There was no further extra charges when we got back - we unloaded and left! It was the perfect trip for us. Go use Dockside!

Great staff and a nice boat. The boat had a few dangerous issues the staff failed to warn us about that resulted in my father smashing his finger in a broken sharp part of the boat. Also, the well cover kept falling off due to being broken, resulting in it falling on my niece. Nice experience just check the boat really well before departure.

We had an amazing time at the lake and the Jetskis are brand new and awesome. The staffs are really helpful from Ruben to DD and everyone there. Even the folks at the Restaurant next door is really nice. We are definitely coming back soon. As soon as there are Jetski or boats available.

We looked around for a pontoon at different companies and they where the 3rd ones that could accommodate our time schedule. Threre price was about $20 more but when I seen there competition equipment I was glad we chose them, looked to be better equipment.Staff was extremely nice perfesional and informative about where to go to see dolphins and different places to dock and swim.Will definitely use again on our next visit.Good job Dockside.

This place is amazing! Its in the heart of the happening area in Destin! The staff were all super friendly and made it such a smooth and process. We were on the water in less than 15 min. 10/10 experience.

Dockside Watersports is a first class organization and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in renting a boat. Booked a 12 seater pontoon about a week before we got to Destin. I booked bc their online booking process was superrrrr easy compared to other places. I hate having to call to book something. The check-in process was super easy, didn’t take long. The boat was also in great shape! Definitely going to rent from Dockside again when we come back to Destin!

I also liked that at the end of our rental, there was no “check out” process. We were able to just grab our things and go. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Dockside Watersports is a great place to rent a boat for the afternoon. Being from out of state, they were extremely helpful to help us understand the waterways and stay safe. If we come back to Destin we will definitely come back here. Their prices are very competitive, and they have a good selection of watercraft. The staff is incredibly friendly and such a pleasure to work with; they dont stop short of excellent service.

They have very great staff , great pontoon boats and jet skis,but more then anything great prices! Not to mention I misplaced my ray ban glasses at there place . And I live all the way in Texas, they were nice enough to mail them out to me! I definitely recommend Dockside Motorsports.

Nothing but a great entertainment service. My experience was good. Easy access location. They have a ramp down to the docks for heavy coolers or large loads and a hut for filling out paperwork.

After googling and reading reviews for pontoon boat rentals I chose this place and am glad I did. We rented the 21 foot pontoon with a 90hp for a family of 4. It went fast and we had no problems with our boat, #8. The check in and waivers were a breeze. We had originally scheduled a 4 hour rental but soon realized the kids would want to stay out all day at Crab Island. Called and they had no problem upgrading us to a full days rental since school is back in sessions and they werent booked up. This will be the place I rent from next time we are in town. Dockside did a wonderful job of helping us rent a boat. Reserving a boat was easy as was their instruction for how to drive it (none of us had experience driving a boat before). They also did a great job showing us areas to go and giving us basic rules of the waterway. Their rates are reasonable and I would recommend them. If you can, book your boat in advance to make sure you get the day and time you want.

4.7 Stars! (Price$$$) Easy rental, provided a detailed explanation of everything, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! The young men helped us with loading and unloading our items to/from the pontoon. The pontoon was in good condition the double slides were a blast.Suggestion would be a loyalty program that offers discounts for each rental.

My wife, I and my friends had an amazing time. The only issue was we rented the pontoon for 4hr but only used 1 1/2hr. Considering how much time we didnt use. They charged an extra $190 for being for bringing the boat back 15mins late after the worker that gave us the boat said it was ok.

We had an amazing day renting a pontoon for 8 hours. It was very easy and affordable. The kids loved the inflatables, fishing from the pontoon, and the beaches. We would do this again and recommend highly!

We were delayed in taking off due to a storm and they charged us an extra $50 for being ten minutes late. If you like petty people, rent here.

What an experience! The deck hand Justin and the gentleman who helped us when we showed up were so nice and helpful, and made me feel more than welcome. The boat was in the exact condition we expected, and we really enjoyed our time on it.

Very Very Professional in every sense of the word. Reservations for our party of 12 for a pontoon boat were handled with ease.... and the communications never stopped coming for reminders. There was a weather system that had Destin practically shut down, but all through that time, we were kept informed. Thankfully, the storms subsided and we were able to keep our reservation (they did not permit any boats to leave during the inclement weather) and able to catch the fireworks show over the harbor. The staff was excellent, the boat immaculate............. hey... WE HAD A GREAT TIME. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Rented the double slide boat for crab island. Organized but would have liked to be told the people limit per boat ahead of time. Needed a last min water taxi for 1 person.

Rented a pontoon boat to go to crab island and cruise around the bay. We enjoyed it and saw lots of dolphins. We caught little crabs in crab island. The only issue we has was they had clogged toilets the day we went.
