Great customer service. Had a vehicle malfunction coming into Destin on our tow vehicle and needed to rent a vehicle (and didn’t know for how long). We called Destin Jeep Rental on Saturday afternoon to reserve a Jeep for Monday am (and didn’t know for how long). Jen was more than understanding and said she would reserve for us til Friday and to let her know ASAP if we did not need it that long. We ended up needing it a day earlier, she was very accommodating and had a very clean lifted blue Jeep delivered to us very quickly. We really enjoyed the Jeep, it felt practically brand new and was in excellent condition. They were so easy to deal with on delivery, drop off and the entire time. Highly recommend them, and would definitely rent again even if we didn’t have a break down!

I got 2018 Jeep Wrangler (amazing Mojito color) delivered to my hotel (for FREE(!))! This Jeep made this vacation unforgettable! I drove everywhere, I visit state park, I enjoyed this part of my vacation for two days! And after all I spent for this awesome days less then you can rent SUV or full size sedan somewhere else! Destin Jeep rentals customer service was amazing!!!! Our Jeep was waiting for us at the airport and we were able to leave it there with our departure. Cruising around with the top down made our vacation extra special and cant wait to do it again!!!!

We were living the glamourous life in Paradise and hated leaving her behind. The customer service is phenomenal! They aim to please and to make you feel like it’s your own! I had to write about them again because the owners made a special point to come out to our condo and remove the doors for us so we could ride to Cape San Blas Beach for horseback riding on the beach doorless! Absolutely amazing experience. After I called to make a reservation we communicated through texting and it was so easy. No problems arranging pick up and drop off at the airport. I appreciate that they don’t have an extra coat for people under 25, one of the reasons I chose them. Prices were very reasonable, I would of paid more to drive a small car from a regular rental company. The Jeep was a dream to drive, it was in excellent condition. I am most impressed for the customer service, they were quick to respond to messages and so kind. 100% will rent from them the next time I’m in the area!

We rented a Jeep Wrangler for our trip to Destin and we absolutely cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was! Nick and Jen offer the most personalized rental experience, providing not just a fun ride, but EVERYTHING you’d need for a beach vacation. Beach toys, chairs, cooler, paddle board... anything you can think of! They work hard to make sure you don’t! This was perfect for our family with small children... They even provided the car seat! We will absolutely use Destin Jeep Rentals every time we’re in town.

Our Lifted 2018 Jeep JL was everything we hoped it to be. The jeep arrived at the airport right on time, it was clean, and the top is easily removable. It made for the perfect Florida experience cruising around Santa Rosa Beach . We couldnt be any happier with our rental.

We are Jeep lovers and have a Wrangler at home in Ohio. We were looking to rent a Jeep while on vacation and most car rental places do not have Jeeps or give you something else when you show up. What an amazing experience and unbelievable customer service! Jen and Nick and their family are remarkable and go above and beyond. I originally reserved a vehicle from another car rental agency, months ago, when I showed up to pick up my car, it was nothing like what I was promised. So the next day I called Destin Jeep Rentals, Jen answered the phone extremely nice and professional, after talking with her for a little while, she didnt have their Yukon XL available at that time, but went above and beyond and helped me with 2 Jeeps until their Yukon XL was available. Jen, Nick and their daughter drove 2 of their Jeeps over to my place in Pensacola from Destin! Delivery was prompt and wonderful and I couldnt believe that they drove them over to me. Once the Yukon XL was available, they delivered it over to me and picked up the Jeeps. I cant tell everyone enough of how amazing they all are! Thank you Jen, Nick and your family. Last weekend, at the last minute, I called Destin Jeep Rentals and they had one Jeep left and at an acceptable price. They are family owned and so easy to work with. They dropped everything to clean the Jeep and make it presentable for me. I had it for two days, dropped the top and cruised the coastline. My family and I traveled from Texas to Florida for vacation. Our second day in Florida our started went out on our car. There werent any cars available to rent within a 2 hour radius. Vacation not looking good at this point! Just my luck I called Destin Jeep Rentals. They didnt have any jeeps available but actually at a dealership finishing up a purchase of a new jeep to add to their fleet. Jennifer brought me a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler with 10 miles on it! Yes she drove from the dealership to the Sun Destin condos and delivered the jeep! I rented the jeep for 3 days but Hyundai fixed our car in two. Jennifer credited our account for the third day since we did not need the jeep and came and picked it up. Destin Jeep Rentals saved our vacation! Five star company!

We needed to rent a vehicle for a short period on very short notice. We really cant say enough about Destin Jeep Rentals. From the first call throughout the entire booking, pickup and return experience, these guys had it all down. Great use of technology (able to do everything in advance online) and wonderful people. Pickup and return were slick and hassle free. Prices are more than fair and vehicles are clean and well maintained. We have always driven to the Emerald Coast on vacation to avoid the hassle and expense of renting a vehicle but these guys have probably changed our mind going forward. Well done!

Destin Jeep a rentals made our vacation perfect with a brand new 2016 jeep with 200 miles on it! They provided us paddle boards too with our rental and we went to the coastal lakes with the doors and top off. Nick and Jennifer were more than helpful with e writhing. Seriously the BEST car rental experience we have ever had! They really know how to treat ya! We recommend them to everyone and will use them again on our next trip to the panhandle.
