Nice course, greens were great, facility is awesome. Marshall was a jerk (told me that singles like me playing through groups back up the whole course and that I should go on to next box, which I was trying to do. True Im sure, but not necessary to say to a paying customer) all other staff were awesome.

This is a nice course, don’t get me wrong, a very nice course actually. But it really wasn’t the most exciting. I enjoyed the round, but there is still 2 other courses in town that I would rather play. The pace of play is solid. The sand is probably the best sand I’ve ever played out of. The range is awesome, but squeezed tight for some reason. If this course was 50 bucks I’d call it a 9/10, but for 100, I’d say it’s more like a 7/10.

Greens are professional course quality 12 on the stimp. Very difficult though and punishing. Course knowledge a must. Nice staff.

Immaculate golf course! Very fair challenge and fast greens.The staff was phenomenal and was very attentive to everyone including both guests and members.I’d definitely play here again, even if it isn’t the nicest $150 round of golf I’ve played due to the conditions and scenery on holes 3&4.

A very beautiful course to play. Pro shop, clubhouse and grounds are immaculate. The practice facilities are outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and engaging. You can tell they work hard to provide a premier experience for the membership and for guests. The course had generous tee landing areas - but were always well guarded by beautiful sand bunkers and strategic water locations. Greens rolled very fast and true. Hard to swallow the +$150 greens fee, but if you are visiting on vacation, why not?

Outstanding Fred Couples designed track in excellent condition and served by courteous, cheerful professional staff. Food is great too... (try the Mahi Almondine!) 1st class experience for middle of the road cost. Doesnt get netter than this in Destin!

Amazing golf course! Greens were rolling 12 and smooth as glass. Staff on the course and pro shop. Very cordial. Servants heart. Had a great time will be back. Need a little more practice . Shes a tough one boys so come with your A game

First rate golf course. In great shape, fairways were plush, greens rolled true, and staff was pleasant.

Extorting local businesses by charging $45 to come do any work on the property is just ridiculous. Funny thing is they dont charge the big box stores for access, but if you are going to run a quick service call once or twice a year the HOA wants that money.

I have played many famous and beautiful courses. This course is right up there! From the time you get out of your car until you get back in, you will experience the most friendly and helpful staff of any golf course you will ever play. It makes your round more fun when the staff is nice to you when you arrive. It is a terrific design and conditions were ideal. Some of the traps could be fluffier, but that is about the only negative I saw. Well worth the money. 5 STAR

Kelly plantation is one of those places where both average and advanced golfer will find plenty of challenging traditional golf. Wonderfully designed with spacious fairways will let the big hitters load up and let it fly, but placement for approaches will be key to scoring. Greens are good size and always in great shape and offer some interesting and challenging putting. Highly recommended. (6.2 handicap index).

Course was in immaculate shape. Somewhat difficult due to the narrowness of several holes. The holes on the bayside are beautiful.

An old fashioned course designed by Fred Couples with fast greens with lots of contours. The clubhouse is nice as well.

Kelly Plantation is a great course and has really friendly staff but at $145 its just a little pricey compared to some other courses that are a bit further away. Definitely worth the play if you can get a decent price on GolfNow, but I personally wouldnt pay over $100 to play here.

The course is in superb shape the greens are quick and true. They are always working on the course and keeping it Tip Top. The clubhouse is nice and a good restaurant is with it

Kelly Plantation is a well-organized golf resort. They treat you well from the moment you pull up to drop your golf bag until the moment you load your clubs back into the car. The entire staff was very friendly and ready to help. Overall, the course is in great condition. It does show evidence of a lot of rounds played throughout the year. The greens are fast but true. The fairways have grown out nicely and are ready for the summer. I highly recommend Kelly Plantation if you are in the area

The course didnt play up to expectations. The amenities at the club were top notch, but course conditions were municipal at best. Very old cups, flags, and pins were not set that day...or yesterday! All flagsticks were at a 45 degree angle. I played well though otherwise.Ps. Apples were awesome!

Bay Golf Course is beautiful and because it has Freddie Couples name connected to it you know it will be a great experience however being that I am somewhat handicapped they do not have the service that a handicap golfer requires. You are still not allowed to get any closer to the tea boxes and the greens than any other golfer therefore it is difficult for a man of 70 years age to get around the golf course

What an amazing golf course. The course was perfect and the greens ran true. Well worth the greens fees. The staff were helpful and on the spot from the moment we arrived until we left after our round. The service was impeccable. Had a lot of fun playing this course. Don’t forget to try an iced apple when you make the turn.

Great Golf Course not for the average Duffer because there are some difficult holes and very long course but it is beautiful and worth checking out!

Absolutely loved the course! The greens were the best in town from what we experienced. The layout is challenging yet fair. We played everyday but one day during or 7 days and ended up playing Kellys Plantation three times. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Howard the starter is the Dude. My son and I are looking forward to playing it again next year.

This course was in immaculate shape and the staff was very friendly. I’m not a country club type of golfer and the staff here was not snooty or rude at all. Very nice and helpful, there control of pace of play was exceptional as well. I look forward to coming back!

Nice course and in good shape for the fall. Open fairways. Big greens, but tough enough to test your game. You need to hit your approach to the right quadrant to score. Staff is always gracious and accommodating.

Beautiful golf course, I have worked for Robert Trent Jones trail for a while and had high expectations. The service and course conditions were perfect, greens were extremely fast.

The course is in phenomenal shape. The staff is great, the carts are great. You get what you pay for. Some of the holes are a bit dense with housing lining them, but for the most part they did a good job creating separation between the course and the housing.

I mean it’s a nice course and all, but pricing is a bit high. I’d rather play the Raven honestly.

Staff was great. Everyone seemed so happy to have us play. Starter was very helpful and even introduced us to the cart girl. Course has some great holes and is in excellent shape. Will play again next time we are here.

Played October, 2016. Course was challenging but very fair-wide fairways-true greens and was in top shape. And the course and facilities are excellent with beautiful views. Club house and service also excellent with a very service oriented staff. We golfed six different courses during our two week stay on Miramar Beach but played Kelly three rounds-yes it was that enjoyable. Needless to say, highly recommend course to all levels of players.

Kelly is the best course in Destin/Sandestin area. I have played numerous courses there for years and it continues to impress. The conditions last week were excellent, especially their new style greens that were installed a couple of years back. They roll fast and true. From customer service to the course...Kelly is a must play.

Kelly Plantation is the best course the Emerald Coast has to offer. Beautiful greens & fairways and a top notch professional staff. The clubhouse is spectacular and the grounds are extraordinary. Sand traps & Bayviews will keep you challenged & inspired.
