Theyre trying their best to handle the virus. But a lot of the games seemed closed for no reason.

All the staff was very friendly and the food was great. I strongly recommend the triple bacon burger. It was delicious.

Fun get together. They did really really well at social distancing and making sure that people were 6 ft apart. I saw staff members cleaning the machines after people use them. The wait staff was a little slow, which is weird since there was not that many people there.

Not entirely their fault but really not worth the money and time. You show up, wait in line for at least 20 mins just to get in and play. Half the games are out ofOrder due to COVID. We average at least 100 bucks between dinner and games...a lot of money for average food, long lines and half the selection of games.

You would think a company that is fighting for its very life, would take a real sense of urgency in guest service and courtesy. Every restaurant company is dealing with covid restrictions. Polite, friendly, helpful are still perfectly acceptable. The staff at this particular store obviously were not to displaced by the shutdown. Urgency to help make business better is absent. Wish I could give 0 stars.

We absolutely love Dave and Busters. My grandkids are always excited to get to go play games and the new virtual reality rides are amazing. The Store we go to just recently reopened due to being closed to Covid restrictions and we are going to go this weekend and support our favorite gaming place! Excited to see and play again.

Great for gaming, limited menu. Foods somewhat expensive, but solemn fun. Not like Fat City or Boondocks.

Had a good time, some of the games are pretty fun (4 person Halo!) and the food is pretty good as well.

Glad to see Dave and Busters reopened! We have always liked stopping in for a drink and play a few games when we are out for a Sunday. Everything was back to normal except we were confused and a little frustrated that all the drink deals that were being advertised on the tv in the bar and on the mobile menu were not being served.Totally understand that the current situation has put limits on what can be served/done but please update your mobile menu/app and especially dont show advertisements on the tv in the DB bar that cant be ordered.

Warning .. do not waste your time or your hard earned money right now. What a huge disappointment. We came to the D&B off Colorado Blvd to meet family for dinner and play and the whole experienece from walking in the door to walking out was horrible.The hosteses in the entrance area dressed alike but more disturbing was that appeared to have forgot they were xoming to work and not to quick run to the corner store. that would have been over looked but they were not friendly at all. We stood around for over 5 minutes because they only had 5 tables availble in the sports bar area. But no one around to tell us what to do or where to go. They finally seated us in another area than a female manager started voicing her displeasure within earshot of where we were placed by the server. The game room was a joke, no drinks allowed because they didnt want customers sneaking alcoholoc drinks into the gaming area in disposable cups. The game area is policed by a manager at the entrance so it would be very easy to have the server accompany the drinks to the entrance before coming in. We recently went to the D&B in Westminster and the experience was exceptional. you would never know they were affiliated. The only explaination by a disgruntle serve was what a horrible person Hickenlooper is because of imposted rules. All i can say is this is about politics tou should really get better attorneys because at this rate your not going to make out the other side with out closing.

My husband and I had a fun outing here today. The games were fun, and the service for our food was great.

We had our brothers in town, but it kept raining on all our plans. We decided to try Dave & Busters for the first time. It was Father’s Day, and it was a little busy, but really we didn’t mind. There are a lot of games to play!! Love the classic games, like skee ball and basketball, plus tons of new games too. The Rock em Sock em Robots really need some work-one side didn’t have any buttons, so it was impossible to score, but that’s the only minor suggestion.We didn’t have high expectations for the food, considering I feel like most come for the entertainment, but it was delicious food, with huge portions, and a good price. Not to mention, Stephen, our server was amazing. Our whole party couldn’t stop talking about how friendly and helpful he was-he made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We got the bacon burger, the Philly sandwich, wings, and nachos, and everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a great time! Went there for a birthday party and it was enjoyable for the kids and both young and old adults!I personally don’t like large crowds with lots of people, but I did have to expect it on a weekend. But even with that, I still had tons of fun with my family!We were a big crowd ourselves and the waitress who was serving us did great! Everyone there was helpful and kind!

Our waiter Scott S. was the best waiter I’ve ever had anywhere. He made my family feel at home, and was absolutely delightful to spend the evening around. He had everyone laughing at the table, and thanked us with hugs and handshakes after our meal was over. 10/10 would recommend going just based on our experience with him. You’re awesome, Scott!

This place is fun and the food was okay. I got a steak and I blame myself. I should have got some type of bar food. The food my kids ate was tasty but you come here for the games not the food.My wife and I had a couple of drink while the kids went crazy and it was tons of fun. Eat and play combo is a good deal. This place is huge and set up well. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I definitely have to give this Dave & Busters a 5 star due to the large selection of games, tables, size, and music, plus a live DJ on the weekends. They have the top and latest games. They have cops to make sure things stay in control and safe. Like all Dave & Busters the food service is slow, but you dont come here for food alone. The atmosphere is great and you will have lots of fun.

I threw my sons Birthday party and everything exceeded our expectations! My son and his friends had an epic time. This facility was very clean and well kept. Our servers stayed on top of things and never let our drinks get low. If your looking for a place to have a party, look no further than Dave and busters! You wont be disappointed!

Well, they served a larger group of people very well. WELL, TIM!! DID.. Cause the other waiters didnt want to help us, but TIM DID!! I want to repeat his name and make sure he gets acknowledgement cause the rest of his crew sucked and if they work together they can probably be more productive. Anywho.. The food was amazing and came in a reasonable amount of time, cause it was a Saturday. The children and myself, enjoyed the drinks that light up, glow drinks. Highly recommend the wings, but try a combo meal so you can get a taste of a few things. Kiddo loved the cheese steak.. Having food and entertainment in one place is great. Plus, a bar in case you need a calmer, cause kiddos are going to be everywhere. I love my extra large coffee cup and this place. ENJOY..

This is bigger than many Dave and Busters I have been to earlier. The restaurants also very huge with many many seatings. This is less crowded as well. I like this place very much. Only con I see is the gift shop is small when compared to other places I have been.

Service was good and the food was good. Nothing to write home about, but met expectations and was a fun time! We had the Lazy Fondue, Nachos, and I ate the chicken and waffle sliders as an entree. Ultimately, its the price that keeps it out of five star territory. Its essentially bar food at restaurant prices. The experience is always fun, I mean, who doesnt love an arcade?

Before covid I loved this place but I just went with my family and NO ONE was inforcing the mask wearing rule in the arcade area. At least half the people there didnt have masks on or werent wearing them properly. Stay away until theres a cure for covid.

We definitely had some fun but I give 3 stars because we were given so much mis information when we arrived. The employees knew very little about the app, electric power card and the rewards. The referred me to call customer service to get help with issues regarding the rewards program. We spent well over $200 but the rewards system only rewarded points on $41 of our total but the employees had no idea. Not to mention it took 30 min to check in because the employees sent us back and forth several times.

Endless wings and games for $20???? Im in!!!! Just like every other Dave and Busters though, so if youve been to one you know what its like. If you havent, definitely go give it a shot. Even had a silent auction in the main entrance.

Always a fun place to visit, weekdays are much better. Parking is a joke though, some 1 hour limit or something? Being afraid you will be towed makes for an unpleasant experience. Weekdays have the specials anyways, bring the hand santizer!

A spacious arcade area separate from the main dining experience, with bar and lounge inside the arcade section for those who want that. Massive amounts of games that expand often. I myself am drawn to the arcade and especially rhythm games such as Beat Saber and Dance Dance Revolution Ace. Would definitely recommend a visit if in the area.

One of the biggest arcades Ive ever been to. Super fun and a great way to spend some time. I just wish they had the punching machine where it tells you your score. Great place and super fun.

The chicken tenders are great! We came here at a peak time so there was a lot of competition for games. Still fun. The chicken tenders were surprisingly tasty. The beer is a little expensive but the service was great.

Food and drinks were great and arrived in a timely fashion. Game options were great and good deals. Only things that we disliked were kids hung around the games without playing and needing cash for the virtual simulation was inconvenient when you already paid to load a card.

I absolutely loved this place, it was my first time going to a dave and busters. It was a little confusing at first, but once we found the dinning room our server Jess was extremely helpful, polite, and very informed on her job, the good was amazing and the price wasnt too terrible either, however if youre looking for health food this probably isnt the best place. We later went to the arcade there are tons of games to win tickets and great prices. I will definitely be coming back soon.

We go to Dave and Busters every year with my whole family to celebrate my dads birthday. There are a wide range of games to play and it is so fun. There is something for everyone. The sliders are my favorite thing on their menu and I get them every time because they are so good!

Lively and busy weekend night when a fight was airing. Friendly staff. Not a long wait for a table in the dining room. Food was better than we expected. Quick, attentive service from our waiter. Game redemption area was very busy, but was taking care of gamers quickly.

My son and I went to Dave and Busters after the Broncos game. After sitting unacknowledged for a bit, Marcus came over to take our order. We tried to order the all you can wings and all you can play video games that was advertised on a menu on our table. Marcus simply told me no, I couldnt get it. I informed him he couldnt simply tell me no when its something the business is advertising. He proceeded to tell me it was a mistake and the promo was no longer available. We canceled our drink order and left. Horrible service.Update: I called and left a message with Dave and Busters corporate office. After relaying my experience to the representative, she explained to me why the special was on hold, which made perfect business sense. I explained to her that was all the staff at the Denver location had to tell me. The initial experience was one star; after speaking with corporate, I will give them four stars.

We had a group of 25 people and they had no problem accomadating our entire party. The food was fabulous looking and delicious tasting. Everyone enjoyed the enormous game rooms. We were even able to have pictures taken to share our memories. Deserving of 5 stars Great place for a celebration!

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. I show up at 2pm on Sunday for a small get together for my nephews birthday, walked in to a girl playing on her phone ignoring us. I asked her where she would like us to sit- she replied ‘it’s open seating’ and went back to playing her games. My party walked to an area that we thought was open because of ‘open seating’ and sat down waiting to place an order for drinks. Nobody came for 15 mins, they just kept walking by not saying a word. I figure ok, they are busy, no problem, I’ll go ask if we can get someone to help. The waitress I found said we were in the wrong section and the next dining area is ‘open seating’. This happened 3 times of being told where to sit because ‘open seating’ wasn’t really open and you had to be put on a list to sit down. After speaking with the manager, he sat us down and got a server to take care of us. Great right? You figure after speaking with the manager about the organization in the restaurant, they would get their ducks in order, but no. Sadly he brought over the WORST server possible. We initially thought the hiccup at the beginning was just bad luck, timing, whatever you call it, but things kept getting worse. He took our drink order and told us he had been serving for years but that it was his 2nd day at D&B and he would be right back. This guy was picking his ears at the server station, walking around with a drink in his hand for him and totally forgot about our drink order or that he even stopped by our table. We sat there for another 30 mins waiting for our simple drink order so instead of flipping out (he said it was his second day, Ive been there and so I was patient- plus I didnt want my food to be tampered with) I went up to him and asked if we could get our drinks and he acted like he never saw us before and didn’t remember any of the interaction we had 30 mins prior when he initially took our order. This server was high on some kind of drugs so finally after sitting around waiting for over an hour I had enough. I normally would have left at the first sign of trouble but it was a birthday party for my nephew and I had family in town that I told this was a great place to take him, so we tried to make it work. We ended up speaking with another manager about the problem and they offered no solution or took any responsibility, he even said the server we had had been there for a few months and that he was in fact not a new employee. He acted like I was throwing a fit for nothing. This place needs some serious staff changes and better training with competent servers and management.

We love going to D&B before we catch a movie at the Regal, such a convenient location and tons of games. Drinks are good and so is the food. It can be a little understaffed at times, especially when transitioning from day to night shift.

This was our first visit to Dave and Busters, and I gotta say, Oooowee...This was fun!This was my kiddos birthday celebration.We started with dinner in the sports lounge, where we got to watch some UFC on the big screens. Because it was my kiddos birthday the server brought us a birthday brownie with a tea candle. That was very nice!I purchased the $100 credit package for the game room. It was a good time. I believe there were close to 200 games, was the claim.One of favorite parts of the evening was the resident DJ. I didnt catch his name, but he was a master remix king! Non-stop remixing all night, and the patrons may not have had the intentions of dancing, but couldnt stop themselves from dancing. Go DJ! Go DJ!Although it not part of, it is adjoined with the AMC Theater. So if you want, you can catch a movie or two while you are there.The parking garage is free, which is right across from both. Its easy to see where the vacant parking space via red (occupied) and green (vacant) ceiling lights.This was a great experience. Thank you to the servers, game room attendants, waitresses and BIG SHOUT OUT to the DJ!

Love this place! Except the prices of the food. Little concerned today though, as i watched a woman in a dominatrix harness drag a man around by a leash wearing a tail. Feel really bad for parents that now have to explain that to their young kids.

Great place to go on the weekdays! Theres barely anybody there so you get all the games to yourself. I went on a Saturday once, there were so much people that I couldnt play what I wanted or kids spilled their drinks on the games... I mainly play there but the two times I ate there, my friend found hair in her dish, not very pleasant. But my food was good.

Workers here seem a lot more approachable and courteous than the DB in WESTMINSTER. We had a server (Courtney, I think?) she was incredible attentive and nice. Letting us know about specials before we ordered food and drinks.Great selection of games too!

Absolutely enormous place, lots of fun games and delicious food. The arcade was pretty loud, but thats to be expected in a place that D&Bs. We loved the giant games.

Very crowded, I was full of trash, super expensive and the majority of the games dont give you tickets. This was my fist time in this place so I guess I put my expectations very high. the reason of 3 stars, the visual dinosaur thing was GREAT!

The taste of the food and playing experience was great! I felt the waiting staff was understaffed because our waiting while dining. Roughly 1.5 hours for four of us to eat from sitting down to leaving for the arcade. The dining area gets incredibly dirty through the night, Im not sure if waiters bus their own tables or if there are people bussing but it didnt look appealing to sit around.

Its a great place to have family night. Good food and so many fun games to play, but you can also make it an adult night and have a few cocktails and play games. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

The restaurant and arcade space are huge, but there is not a single pool table. What gives? Also, not a huge problem, but a few signs on gaming etiquette might be nice - ran into several adult groups that thought it was appropriate to dominate popular games and only take turns amongst themselves. The kids all seemed to have the concept of sharing down.

About 6 months ago I gave a 2 star rating, they replied asking me to contact them about the details and I explained my experience. After coming back today to redeem my gift card, how helpful Joey was at the front desk and how great the food was I took this time to go back and change my old review to this, 5 s. Not many places care enough to read or reply to these reviews and most that do reply to a bad experience just give generic we try our best, apologies so when one actually reaches out and does something to try fixing the situation, even if it costs them a few bucks, they definitely deserve recognition for that and my business. Thank you, I will definitely be back soon!

Had a great time at Dave and Busters. The games were fun and made me feel like a kid again. The food left a little but to be desired, which is typical for a place like this. The service was great and the beer selection was decent. Would definitely come back again.

A little pricey but lots of fun for my 8 and 10 yr old. Things are set up for you to leave a winner with a few trinkets and some good memories. We overspent a bit (60bucks) but had quite a haul by the end

While the quality of the food has increased significantly since the last time I was there, the experience was ruined by an inattentive server. The food was not even remotely warm by the time it arrived. Fries, sliders, ribs - all cold. The server did not come to the table one time during our meal, she did ask how it was once we had been done for 5-10 minutes though. The games were fun and the food was decent - better service would have warranted 4.5-5 stars.

The service was good,food okay but wasnt expecting the bill to be 160. for 4 people eating salad and appetizers. I dont think sport bar should so expensive.

My brother and I have been going to Dave and Busters for years. Its Chucky cheese for adults. Theres a bar and tons of games like rock em sock em robots, skeeball, basketball hoops, dance dance revolution, shooting games, motorcycle riding and much more!! I love this place, I recommend this place for all adults who are still kids at heart. Enjoy!

I appreciate that you reached out for my feedback. I attended my nephews 7th birthday celebration at your location and waited over 35 minutes for traditional hot wings and the order came out incorrect. I ended getting chicken nuggets with sauce on top. The kitchen staff later brought the correct order just to have the order taken to another table that ordered wings way after I did. The bartenders in the arcade area were overwhelmed by the volume. At that point in time there were only 2 bartenders tending to over 15+ ppl. I asked for a glass for my beer and not only did it take several minutes just receive a glass but, the glass had lip prints on it. My personal experience was 3 s worthy. I hope you can change that for me.

Our visit was fun. However, I believe your wait staff was too busy. We waited a long time for our food, and they missed some of our order causing one person in our party to go without food. The staff were super helpful, but it just seemed understaffed.

This D&B offers a standard arcade experience compared to other locations, but the food is awful. My fries came out partially frozen, while my other guest’s food was relatively fine. The silverware was incredibly dirty as well; my guest’s fork had dried food all over it. It was a pretty poor experience for a Valentine’s Day lunch.We’ve never had this problem at the Westminster/Broomfield location. We will not be eating here next time.However, please give a shout-out to our server Lenaya. She was excellent and had prompt service; definitely a hard worker. If only she was supported by a better kitchen!

The service is horrible and the representatives talk to their customers as if the customers are employees. Wait time for food- extensive. Clarification on deals- good luck finding out. Dave and Busters is typically fun, maybe it was an off day. Ill travel some miles to another one.

Husband and I had drinks at the bar when we first got there. Lovely bar tender made very good drinks. Continued our fun with the arcade. Played and won tickets for appetizers. Sat and had appetizers we ordered 4 didnt realize how big the portions were and ended taking 3 home. The waitress was very nice about it and boxed the food for us. Thank you

Its an arcade with a lot of TVs. Keeps the kids happy. Even if you end upnpaying $200 over the course of months for enough tickets for a giant stuffed animal. Solid place to watch football. Food is okay. When they stack up events on top of each other, the place really gets out of hand.

Tons of fun! There is quite a variety of games. Hours of fun. I give the 4 stars for the arcade part. The downfall is the point system sucks.Wont recommend eating their. Especially dont recommend eating any chicken there! Its very chewy, dry, hard. The service is very hit or miss. Dinning there would be 1 maybe 2 stars

Its a playground for grown ups and families! Food has recently improved noticeably and of course there are the games! Centrally located and lots of parking in the back. Dont forget the movie theater right next door!

Loved it. Food was great. The Philly sliders and chicken fingers were great. The sauce was great on and off the food. The cider while just angry orchard, was a great combo for the food.Now to the gaming. The free gaming let you play basically all the great games from the arcade times in the past. Lots of shooters and lots of racers. Had fun with both styles.

I didnt know what I was doing, but I kept swiping my debit card and watching my points go up. I did this for hours until it quit going up. By the end, I had like 240,000 points. I thought I was doing good, until I realized that I was at the Purchase Points Here kiosk.I may not be able to make my car payment this month, but at least I have a years worth of gummy worms and chinese finger handcuffs.

Today, I took my grandson, Matthew, to Dave and Busters, to have some fun time, before he goes back to school, starting tomorrow. He loves this place. If youre in to games, of all sorts, this is the place to be. We have been here several times. Wednesday is half price day, for the games. We have eaten here before. Food is pretty good. A little pricey, but good. Good atmosphere. A family fun place. One thing though....the parking situation, at this location, is the pits. And we went, on a Wednesday, during the day. I imagine evenings, and weekend parking, is worse. Overall....a fun place

Super fun place! The prices are pretty high for the games, but its worth the trip. Some of the games glitch and take your money and it can be hard to find someone who can fix it for you. The bar staff is always great and friendly. While we have not eaten there yet, we intend too since the food looks pretty good. This place is great for large parties. Our group had a lot of fun playing all of the games and challenging each other. Team building would be a great addition to anyones outing. I plan on bringing another large group in soon.

Waited 25 minutes at the bar for drinks. Very crowded and smelled sweaty in the arcade areas. Minimum game card purchase is over $25. We had reservations for a large group, and I caught the server muttering curse words under their breath as they walked away. I understand large groups can be very annoying, and I honestly wouldnt blame the server for this rating. It would mainly be the unpleasantly crowded and busy environment, I think they just need more coverage!
