Great, modern looking space for plays and other arts. The seats are comfortable, the sound is great. I dont think there is a bad seat in the house. Recently saw 2050. What an awesome production. Dont be fooled by the off Broadway feel. This is as top notch as it gets. Get out and see something!!

Great theater with fantastic seats and saw a wonderful play The Constant Woman. Still relevant and very timely message from a professional cast of actors. Throughly enjoyed our visit and will be back for another entertaining evening.

I love the Buell but I have to say that performance is at the space theater are equal or even better than any touring Broadway show. Every time I see a show there it takes me days to get it out of my head. This is the highest quality theater I have found in Denver so far. Any of these shows could easily be on Broadway.

I always love seeing shows in this theatre! The way the seats surround the stage gives it a very unique and intimate feel. I am always very impressed with how well they prepare their plays to make everyone in the audience feel included.

I love this theater. It’s small and Intimate and really makes you feel like you are part of the show. I’ve been here a couple times and I have yet to find a bad spot. The whistleblower was a great show. The cast was amazing and the set was one of my favorites. I loved how they utilized it! It was funny, there was some good drama, and a bit deep in some parts. The time went by quickly, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you to the cast for a great night and amazing show!

2050 was an amazing play. It was truly a real thought provoker. I recommend this to people who are bilingual and or really care about the rights of all people not just Americans.

Great theatre in the round which allows for intimacy and up close interactions with the actors. Remodeled about 3 years ago, it now seats about 400. Located in the heart of the Denver Performing Arts Complex, just a short walk from restaurants, hotels and shopping.

The Space is a small intimate theater in the round. The DCTC offers both new plays and reinterpretations of classics. This is a true gem in Denvers arts scene.

Its a very small intimate space. You dont get distracted by too many props. We saw the 12th Night here and loved every minute of it

What a great little heater. There is not a bad seat in this whole space. Because its in the round, you do have to tolerate the occasional moments that all of the actors will have their back to you.

Really incredible venue for theatre. Being in the round makes for an unusual theatre experience that you really must try. The sets are necessarily spartan, but the productions Ive seen there have used the format to great effect.

Indecent is a wonderful play. If you can see it before it closes, do it. You wont be sorry.

Great little theater. The layout makes it a different experience then traditional theaters with the stage in the front. You feel like you a are part of the play.

The Denver Center theatre company always do a great job. We especially like the flexibility of the space theater. It looks like an empty space theater in the round. And than a boat rises from the middle of the floor.

Serious live professional theatre is alive and well in Denver! If the Broadway series is not always your cup of tea and youd like to see live theatre in a much smaller venue, try attending the Denver Center Theatre Companys season. Same place as the Broadway series plays, but in the smaller theatres in the complex. Often, their plays are by new playwrights. Todays playwrights are the most talented ever! Really good work being done at DCTC.

I have never been in that kind of atmosphere before where the stage surrounded the actors. I didnt know what to think or what to expect. My wife and I went and saw the whistle blowers. I dont mean this without any hesitation... That was the best play/movie/tv series/any creative directing I have seen in my life. I hope this gets back to the director. I was absolutely blown away. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. There were so many aspects of life that were hit in an hour and a half. The actors were great. I am very happy my wife brought me to see this show tonight!!

First professional theater experience ive been too. It blew me away. Loved this theater, i plan to attend as many more shows there that i can.

Round theaters are so cool! The Space Theater is small which is great because it means you can see everything on the stage. Seats were comfortable but there wasnt a lot of leg room. However, they do let in drinks and even have cup holders. Heck yes! The theater is set up with the stage in the middle and the audience surrounding on all sides. The show I went to did not have microphones/sound system but the actors were loud enough I didnt have a problem hearing anything.

The theater is so intimate and beautiful. The staff was so amazing.

Great venue for any play. All the seats are so close to the stage. You are almost part of tge production. It makes for a very intimate setting. Constant Wife, the play we saw, was witty and great fun!

Another excellent production by Denver Center. Intimate in the round theater, great minimalist sets, keeping the focus on the ensemble.

Wonderful stage (in the round) following the renovation of 2016/17. Would be nice to have a bit more leg room for taller folks, but great for a variety of productions. We just saw Native Gardens which was funny, profound, and entertaining.

What is this place I saw The whistleblower and it was an outstanding performance. The theater was spotless and the staff were extremely inviting!

I went to see The Whistle Blower, decent play but when I went to the bathroom one of the ushers was on the phone and got into a fight with her friend, I only know this because of how loud her conversation was. She was so occupied with her conversation that she would not let me back in.

Wonderful Play Twenty Fifty

Its a beautiful theater, lovely and intimate. But the seats and leg room are very uncomfortable-- worse than economy class airplane accommodations. Im an average sized guy (5 11 & 180 lbs), and I barely made it through a 90 minute show.

This was our first time visiting the space theater for a performance. I came here once on a tour, but had never been to an actual show. It is so immersive. The actors come in from all around, there is something very special about theatre-in-the-round. The performance that we saw, Macbeth, was excellent although a little unorthodox. I would definitely recommend this theater.
