We go to this Club Bar every week because of the service and how great we feel every time we are here. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff who just make a rounded experience. Plus the actual setting of the venue was made to make you wowed. We enjoyed the evening, and I will come back again.

Place is full of energy. Wish there was a bit more space. But ultimately, staff and other patrons were nice and a great place to go with very talented folks.

Went on a Thursday night - make sure to take advantage of their drink specials and know what they are before you get there. We paid a cover to enter and werent offered the VIP band opportunity to take advantage of ladies night - half the reason we were there. Only after asking about specials were we told about the wristbands. It might have been an honest mistake but it rubbed us the wrong way. Just dont forget to ask!That aside, the band was great and the vibe is nice. Watching the three musicians cycle through piano, drums, and vocals was impressive, and their song catalogue was astounding. They sounded great, transitioned smoothly, and played around 75% of our song requests. Im sure if you stay all night, theyd get around to most of them. The pours were heavy, and the bartenders were great. Buckets are always a blast, and they do them well. A few sizes to choose from, and the fun straws are as important as the drink itself.Overall, recommend for a fun night out with a few friends, just know their deals and prices before you walk in.

Good time, Thursday night free well drink for the ladies and 1$ for the men.The musician were really great and took all our request. The bar was not over crowded which was surprising but still a lot of fun.

This is the first bar that we went to after moving Downtown. Compared to other bars and restaurants, the drinks here were delicious and not as pricey as elsewhere. They also have some delicious jello shots on the dance floor.Overall the experience was great. I wish it was more of a DJ bar, but apart from that it was really fun!

Had a great time. Atmosphere is awesome. Loved the entertainment. Staff was friendly and attentive. One patron did get out of hand but their security was on the ball and handled it swiftly and discreetly. Highly impressed and will be back.

Never ever been to a bar that allows you to get an 84oz party bowl to yourself . Then will have the bouncers watch you like a hawk after you buy the 40 dollar drink. Bar should have its liquor license pulled. Every employee that kicked my friend out was calling completely arrogant and wouldnt answer a question just swore at every guest in our party that was booked at howl at the moon intoxicated or not. Will never book a party with these con artists again . Been to 5 howl at the moon parties prior, not a hate message just want to warn the public about their recently inherited policy on their free parties. Get you in hammered kick you out and make their fee.

I recently visited Howl at the Moon located downtown Denver. The location was clean and large enough for the customers inside. The music was live and very enjoyable. I would recommend!

Honestly great music the performers really knew a whole variety of different songs. And really kept the crowd entertained for a very long time. Also some of the cheaper Denver drink prices out there

When we first heard of howl at the Moon we had won some tickets to have a party so we were all excited we received the email only to get another email back that said we didnt win so when we call to asked why we had won but then it was taken back we were immediately given a open date and a very very sincere apology which we appreciate it we ended up booking another night for a party for my sister-in-law and my wife we are an African American family so when we walked up to howl at the Moon we were a bit surprised. first off to all my listeners my followers let me just tell you ...go to howl at the Moon I had the most fun Ive had in a very long time the music was great the atmosphere is great the people inside are great and most of all the bartender make some of the Bafdest drnks Ive had in a long time shout out to the bartenders they even let me keep my light up ice cubes and my giant cups Id like to give you six stars out of five tremendous job tremendous staff tremendous accountability tremendous fun

Amazing musicians, great drinks and an awesome place to have your next birthday party! The service is really good too, everyone was super nice. Not just a dueling piano bar - these musicians also play drum set, sing (of course) and a cool little piano-guitar thing Ive never seen before. Would definitely recommend this place to locals & people passing through Denver. They have a small menu of fancy bar food but the night I went there was a FREE buffet with delicious food! Surely having another birthday party here sometime.

The atmosphere here is nice most nights. But I feel like overtime the place has become a little less fun. I understand the entertainers work for their tips but most of the music played is just not for the scene. But lets talk about those buckets drinks. I love that they have mini buckets now. But if your going with a group its worth the big bucket but the small one are a little pricey for how much juice/sprite is in it compared to the alcohol you pay for. But its always worth a try!

Ive been going here for a couple of years now. The environment is very high energy, fun and the drinks are pretty freaking good. The music they play suits everybody and they play it well!

This was the first time visiting Howl at the Moon in Denver. It was a great atmosphere, our waitress was attentive. Piano players had great chemistry, and kept the crowd on their feet. Will definitely comeback again.

We always have a great time here and this trip was no different. Fun entertainment and a lively crowd are the norm. Its even nicer that theres a groupon to help with the food and drinks.

Reserved 2 tables for me and my friends. We were enjoying ourselves. Got sick in the bathroom and came out to 2 security guards waiting to escort me to my table to close out my tab and leave. At the table more security showed up to escort me and my party. The waitress tried talking to security stating that she had no problems with us. Security guy was like no its our policy she has to go. The stayed at table until tab was closed out and all 4 or 5 of security walked my party of 7 out! I spent over $400 and you treated all of us like we started a fight and that was far from the truth. The drinks were good, waitress was great, and we had a good time dancing. None of us will go back due to the overdramatic and rude security. I will definitely tell everyone not to come here.

I like the vibe, its a lot of fun. The musicians are incredibly talented. However, the waitresses dont come around nearly enough which is annoying. I HATE that the drink menu doesnt have prices on it.

Hosted a nonprofit fundraising event at Howl at the Moon Denver and was blown away. Staff was attentive and professional, venue is gorgeous - everything went smoothly and Sam was so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend.

Everything is great here except the alcohol. Cocktails and margaritas don’t taste very good. The bucket ones are so sweet and doesn’t taste like alcohol at all (maybe because they don’t have enough alcohol in them?)

I love Howl at the Moon! Ive been on nights that its packed and nights that you almost have the place to yourself. Regardless of the crowd, the musicians are just as energetic. Great drinks, great atmosphere! If you dont have a good time here, its your own fault.

I have been to Howl at the Moon many times and I love this place. It is a consistently great experience. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.Their musicians are amazing. My words here are not adequate to do them justice, you just have to go see them. Probably anyone experiencing their performance could appreciate how awesome they are, but if you have ever tried to learn to sing or play an instrument you will be completely blown away.They all do vocals, keyboards, and drums, and rotate among the different instruments throughout the night. Sometimes one of them will pick up the saxophone or the bass guitar. Even some of the bouncers there can rap and play bass!The whole show is songs picked from what customers request, so you can imagine the versatility the musicians have to have for that. Between them they probably know thousands of songs and have to learn new stuff all the time. And they do great with everything they play. Some of their performances will completely wow you!Appreciating what is demanded of them and how consistently outstanding their performances are there is no doubt in my mind the Howl musicians are among the best I have ever seen performing any kind of music anywhere.In addition to their excellence on vocals and instruments the musicians are also great entertainers, in the sense of the way they interact with the crowd and create a fun experience for everyone.Probably for this reason, Howl also draws an awesome crowd of cool people having fun. Fairly often I will meet someone new there when I am not even trying to, which does not usually happen to me in bars. The fun crowd of happy people is another reason why I come out there.Howl also does great keeping the premises clean, safe, and attractive, and projecting a favorable and fun brand image, additional details helping to make it a nice place to go or to have a party at. Whoever does their branding and promotional work is a marketing genius!I have also been to the Howl at the Moons in Chicago and Hollywood and the experience is consistently awesome across different cities.I highly recommend.

Its a place for talent, entertainment and a roaring good time. If you dont like crowds, this may not be your spot. I recommend making a reservation but you can walk in and still dance in front of the stage.

***CORPORATE EVENT @ Howl at the Moon Denver WAS A HIT!***I held a corporate event at Howl at the Moon Denver and it was a huge hit! The staff at Howl are all outstanding, especially Samantha Parker, the sales and events manager. She made the planning process fun and easy and always responded promptly to my emails. Our attendees wanted to do some line dancing and karaoke during the event, and Sam/the entire staff at Howl graciously accommodated. The event entertainment ran smoothly, the food was delicious, everyone had a blast! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for corporate events.

The musicians were mostly great and a lot of fun. When it comes to the drinks, though, you either remember to order premium liquor (and pay a pretty hefty tab) or you get the worst, bargain basement hooch they could stock.

Went on 80s night. Had a BLAST !!!! The music was non stop and drinks were flowing good !!I cant wait to go back !!!

Came here for my birthday. Prepaid online for VIP but still ended up waiting for 15 minutes because the entry staff were running around confused. ( I think someone must have called in sick). The music was pretty good. Its amazing to see the talent that they have. I did tip $20 to hear a duet song and was disappointed that only the female vocalist performed (Marvin Gaye). I also didnt like how to use the bathroom they make you feel like you have to tip the guy because he hands you a paper towel. I can get my own towel.

This place is a blast, cool piano bar and a highly unusual free appetizer situation with cover. Cover can often be free if you fill out a little slip of paper

Great musicians there, but the tipping wont get your song played. Service was slow. We showed up before the rush, and they were asking for suggestions. We decided to throw in a couple, and with a cash tip. We were the only ones to do this at the time. Those songs were never played, and we were there for hours. Now if Id requested cannibal corpse or something absurd, Id get it. We threw them softballs that a piano bar might play anyway. Huey Lewis in the news - hip to be square, and misunderstanding by Genesis. Every other piano bar Ive been to prioritizes tipped requests. Not only were they not, but they were ignored.

Drinks were great, music and food can be improved. Popcorn chicken tasted like it was purchased from Walmart freezer section, and nachos tasted like they were from a high school concession stand. Service was great, but expected more when it came to quality of food.

What a blast!! Musicians, our server, and the people at the door all were great! Loved our visit!

Im not a big person in social gatherings, but this was my very first experience at a bar. The music and atmosphere was amazing. The musicians are all very funny and talented. Drinks arent badly priced and the easiest checked up on me pretty often. I did leave once it got too crowded, but I would come back for the great atmosphere.

We had our company holiday party at Howl at the Moon and it was out of this world fun! Sam took care of all of the details making this the easiest party to plan. The food was scrumptious, the entertainment was lively and amazing, and photo booth was a hit. I recommend the chocolate fountain! We will definitely visit again!

I came here on Friday to celebrate my Birthday. Yes we were a young group of 3 people but the server was RUDE. Her whole attitude was as if she didnt want to wait on us. She gave us the tab BEFORE we asked and with just a drink left of my husbands beer she handed it to him and said you sure you dont want to finish that? I know its expensive for you.. We just paid and left..

Was decent. I usually try to be sympathetic with these places. I honestly thought this place was going to be fun. First time Ive been here and I heard good things about it, but the place is Too small for the customers. They definitely need a second floor or something. However, Gorgeously decorated and service seems pretty on point. Band singing was moderate, but could use a lot more practice. Sometimes it sounded like bad karaoke. Music was too loud and you couldnt really hear the singers. The buffet they they had was gross. Everything was WAY over cooked... needless to say we stayed for a little while, but left early 9ish.

This bar / eatery is a great night time destination with its talented, dueling dual-piano, drum and guitar players. They do a great job of keeping a crowd involved. Our visit was a work-related function so a closed-off audience that evening.The food was not the best Ive had for this type of function but it sufficed for the events purpose.The servers were quite nice but it seemed like all they were doing during your drink order is finding a way to upgrade you to the next level of alcohol. A fun time nonetheless.

I went out on a saturday night with a few of my friends. It was a pretty fun night, but the crowd was a little strange. I do just think piano bars are a lot of fun, so it was still a night I enjoyed, but sometimes the songs didnt seem to match the mood of the place. Oh well, still fun.

Id highly recommend Howl at the Moon for literally being the only bar in downtown worth paying a cover for. The quality of musicians at this location was absolutely memorable. Plus, its a good change from listening to the same songs over and over, but instead, listening to the same songs covered by these talented musicians.

They refused my party entry because of the petty bouncers. No way will I ever go back here, they said my girlfriend didn’t look like her ID because she used to weigh more and now she’s skinny. Discrimination in its finest

Truly disappointing. No more DUELING pianos...just a bunch of kids playing piano poorly, singing horribly. And the dance floor madness was unreal! No crowd control for sure. Its not what I remembered, and I loved going to HOWL AT THE MOON SALOONs in Florida many years ago. This themed place has lost its charm for sure. It was really boring! I remember the fun dueling piano players making fun of so many songs and folks in the crowd too. This was the CHARM of this place. Downtown location should be the BEST, so many opportunities in this great city, but this place is dead!
