TERRIBLE INTERNET here . They leave that out that your limited to satellite internet . You would think in 2020 i would have high speed internet access instead im paying more im locked into a contract with internet. That buffers and has a data cap on it . Netflix is about the only thing i can watch without constant buffering . If you like online gaming and youtube this isnt the place for you . GIVE US BETTER INTERNET OPTIONS !!!!!

Cool grounds but the trailers are so close together, theres a group of kids who go around and follow Amazon trucks and steal the packages and bang on windows etc. Looks like a decent community of neighbors though.

Not impressed with this place at all. We live in a unit that is uninhabitable and while they did attempt to rectify the issue initially, the problem is far from resolved. My son’s doctor told us to contact the health dept and that may be where we are headed. Neighbors are extremely disrespectful and noisy. People come flying through here completely in disregard of posted speed limit. Kids walk all over your property with no regard for privacy. I have Denton County Sheriff on speed dial and they are here regularly to deal with issues. You drive into the property and immediately you see this big, beautiful white mansion of a house that contains the office. It gives the typical person the notion that this may be an elite place to live, when in reality it is the opposite. It’s sad, especially when you pay $1200 a month for rent. We won’t be renewing our lease. I think with proper management and enforcement of rules and regulations, this place may have a shot of being an adequate place to reside. If that should ever occur, it won’t come fast enough to make a difference for us.

Soithfork looks like a very nice place to settle down

Nice efficiencies -- pool, playgrounds, laundry room, large ponds for fishing, etc. I have had a lot of friends who lived/live out there.

This is a very pleasant place to get a start for young families with children, affordable and the children can actually go out side and play and get fresh air without being told they cant play outside. My daughter lives here, she a nice place and is looking to buy a place here now. The children like it and they many friends from their school that live in this community. Looks like they have events here too and they had a blast on Halloween trick or treating and were safe. I give them five stars. Some area look like they could use a spruce up but with a little elbow grease and volunteers those who cant get out to do their yard could be handled. My grandson is going to ask people how he can help.

Residents and their visitors drive too fast through the community even though there are children playing. Police department is always being called out to the community for one reason or another. My childrens friends have found drugs and drug paraphernalia at the community park.

If your renting dont expect maintenance to come running when you need them but Bobbie is really great when you need

Parents let their children roam the streets alone. Locking your things isnt good enough either my belongings have been stolen off of my porch while I was at work. Overall I feel unsafe and violated.

Really people this place is not bad at all the neighbors in my area are all very nice and the staff is very friendly,especially Bobby the maintenance provider. Pool can be crowded in the summer but it is always maintained and fun.

Terrible! If i could give Yes Community Management no stars I would. They never answer their phones! The district manager and field manager are the worst. All you get is a message that they are in a meeting 24/7. They do not care about their residents. Corporate only cares about sales. Once you purchase or rent a home its all bad service. They do not send notices with enough time. They just add on things to your rent and they tell you they cannot and will not do anything to help you and if you dont pay it they will evict you! They do not tell you that there is no good TV or internet service! The only option for internet is dial up or satellite and they are both terrible and expensive. Do your research before moving here.

Looks like a decent place to live.

We love our home but hate the community. Children are left running around unsupervised, the place is swarming with stray animals, which has created the worst flea problem I have ever experienced in my life. The women in the leasing office are rude and very unprofessional. The roads are tiny and packed with cars. They never answer the phone, but will leave you 6 voicemails in one day of you dont answer them. If you like slamming on your breaks to avoid hitting a 2 year old child, like having stray cats fight outside your door, like having chewed ankles, and wish to have unpleasant conversations with the employees, this is the place for you!!

Full of nice people, and depending on the mobile home you visit, some really really nice homes.

The flea infestation in our trailer is one that Ive never experienced in my entire life! And we do not even own pets, our neighbor has 2 dogs and 1 cat who are always in our yard scratching and itching. We have fumigated and sprayed the tiny yard only to be infested with even MORE fleas. We have fleas crawling all over our bodies at all times here. We are moving next month because of it.

Its humble place to live at but there no room to park ur cars or if u park in the grass they will road ur car even tho ur paying for the lot u live smh !!

We are expecting a little one in a couple of weeks and moved into a 3 bed 2 bath home of theirs. We were super excited and they were super helpful during the whole process, but that ALL changed after we moved in. Weve been here a matter of ONE week and have encountered the NASTIEST cockroach infestation. When we talked to them about it they said that it was OUR fault. That we brought them into the house. But this place is HORRID! We have found FIVE nests and one of them is taking over our A.C. unit! The probelm is so bad that we know there is NO WAY that they didnt know about it before we moved in.Their version of fixing it was to call out a guy whos company has ZERO reviews/trace on the internet and sets out traps that you can buy at Wal-Mart. We tried fumigating the place but it basically pissed off the bugs and now theyre worse than ever... Weve been taking pictures and documenting the whole process and have given them until Saturday to fix it or else we are taking legal action. If youre looking to move in here, dont. Just save yourself the trouble!

Pool and basketball courts as well as places to fish in the property for the family. Overall good place for children
