This place has a lot of people and as you expect if you live there you will have to get to know your neighbors since if something happens your neighbors are youre best best bet to tell you

Very disappointed at this place. I was looking forward to see a mobile home they have available. I called the property on 08/07/20 the manager answered my call and i requested an appointment for Monday (08/10/20) the manager told me she had available at 11am we agree on date and time. To be honest her tone and the way she answered me was rude not polite at all but we all had bad days I dont know her reasons but i decided to move forward with the appointment. I arrive at Denton Falls 30 min prior to my appointment (office opens at 9:00 am) and knock on the door no one open. I decided to wait in my vehicle just in case maybe she was with another customer or busy I dont know the reason and due to COVID I know there is no many restrictions so I waited until 11 and I went back I knock on the door several time for a few minutes and no one answer the door. I can hear someone was talking kept on knocking and no one open the door. This really upsets me because i had to get off work to meet with this person that is the whole point on making appointments and she (manager) didnt have the courtesy to cancel the appointment. If the mobile home wasnt available any more you couldve at least open the door and let me know had some manners. If this is the way you treat your residents and future residents thank you for the favor because i dont want to be live in a place where the manager dont have any manners or respect. Nice little community just bad management.

It looks like a decent place to live. It seemed pretty quiet here. As far as trailer parks go, Im not sure how to give a review since I dont live here. But it was pretty clean and most of the homes looked pretty new and nice. Id recommend this place if you wanted an affordable home option. I didnt see anything here that would keep me from wanting to live here.

Nice and so quite here!!! Everyone that works for Denton North Apartments are very kind and helpful with so many things.. I am disabled and grateful for this community. Its just a nice lovely place to call home.

The place is very nice, well kept, manicured, doesnt look junky. However, there are so many little dogs running around. they snap at you run up and try to bite you when you get out of your car. The landlords need to tell these people to put their dogs away.

High crime, full of illegals, loud mexican music all the time! Trash everywhere, no love from manager, who isnt a nice person. What a dump. Do yourself a favor. Skip it
