Everything was 5 stars tonight. From the $1 parking in the garage to the service. They did an exceptional job with making us feel safe during this unprecedented time. Everyone was properly distanced and the servers had masks on the whole time. The drinks and food were incredible. The service made our experience the best! From the quick check in to the amazing waiters/waitresses in the theatre, we could not be happier! We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for making our first night back in the theaters so special!

I really enjoyed my first experience at the IPIC in Delray. It was easy to get to and easy to see at night because the building kept changing colors. The free public parking was very convenient. They also have a valet if you wish to use it. As you walk in there is a nice looking bar and the front desk near the escalators. The interior had a subtle industrial feel with modern elements. The theater itself was really nice. I loved the private pod seating which had comfortable recliners, cup holders on each side and a functional table that can change positions. The service and the food was also good. The servers were attentive and tried to keep discreet during the film. While the bathrooms looked good and were designed very well, they were only located on the 2nd floor, which could be a big problem for some. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at IPIC Delray. I will definitely come here again for the full movie-going experience!

Such a delightful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The service was great and the food was really delicious. It was so much fun and comfortable for my family and me that we might have trouble going back to a regular movie theater again.

This is definitely a must-go-to theater for date night. At the time of posting, the theater just re-opened from the pandemic, and their service is impeccable. I had assumed that the service would be slow as other businesses need time to get back into the swing of things, but this business was on point.For those who have never been, let me describe it. You walk into the theater and are greeted with a full bar on one side and a very nice interior decoration style I can only equate to a five star hotel. You then get into the theater (after purchasing your ticket) and take your seat, which is a two-person pod with a table, reclining seat, and cup holders on the exterior walls. During the pandemic, you unfortunately do not have access to the complimentary blanket and pillow. You are able to get a blanket for 15$ to take home with you. If you are reading this after the pandemic, the blanket and pillow will be complimentary. During the previews and film you will have a ninja (server) available to provide you with drinks (alcoholic are available) and a full menu of food. Popcorn is also available. If you need something during the film, there is also a convenient button on the table to push to call a ninja to assist you.Please do remember that the parking garage is not free, but the theater will validate your parking. This needs to be done before you return to your car, as otherwise it will cost you much more than validated parking.I hope this helps you make your decision. It can be a lot pricier than normal theaters, but in my opinion this is far superior than normal theaters.Good luck!

If youre wondering if its safe to go back and see a movie... It seems like the answer is YES! While part of that IS the lack of crowds, the theaters are taking it very seriously.

By far best experience in cinema ever! So comfy, nice bar, food, they had little walls between every 2 seatings in theater halls, so you can have extra privacy! Blankets clean and warm! All recommendations!

I am very cautious in this was my first trip back to the theater. I chose Ipic not only because I am a member but also for their limited attendance generally, within two person pods, which made the difference for me. There were reasonable new modifications i.e. bring your own pillow and blanket (or buy one there), but all were rational toward the end of giving us a great movie experienced while at the same time being a safe movie experience! Lay back with a crated drink, and enjoy some chicken Wienerschnitzel sliders for Oktoberfest, and enjoy your favorite movie while helping to restore our (remaining!) theaters.

Im highly disappointed with my recent Ipic experience; I suppose because times have changed since Ive last been to one (over 2 yrs ago). When I lived in Florida full-time I used to go to the Ipic in Boca all the time & with premium plus seating I was given a complimentary blanket and free popcorn so I was surprised with my recent visit (Delray location) and that wasnt the case. The food was extremely overpriced; $16 for a Beyond burger & a small portion of fries! I can go to Costco and get four 2-packs Beyond Burgers for $14. Like, come on now. Just because we are in SF doesnt mean that the menu prices should be overpriced. Just saying.

The food and drinks are amazing and just add to the unique experience of their spacious seating arrangements

I just got turned on to iPic theaters. What a cool place! What a great design. Other than the shared sink area outside the bathrooms feeling strange, I thought the place was spectacular. Service was excellent and it was over all super comfortable and very friendly. The food and drinks were very good too!!!If my review helped you please give me a like!!

Beautiful movie theater. The outside entrance & lobby are artistic and unique. The theaters themselves are top notch with large screens, great imaging, hi quality sound & comfortable seating. The seats recline and are stocked with a pillow & blanket. Service is solid and the food is excellent. I had the Spicy Tuna over Crispy Rice. The tuna & ginger were fresh. The whole experience was superb.

They make excellent drinks to enjoy at their lobby area bar while waiting for your movie. This theater has large reclining seating that is very private. I cant see going back to a regular cramped theater after experiencing this place. Service if drinks and food directly to your seat while you watch the movie.

Hard to believe a high end theater with a giant building near downtown Delray, could be a hidden gem. And yet the IPIC Delray seems to be somewhat unknown.And thank god for that. That is just selfishness talking of course. When I finally got a chance to watch a movie there today, I was amazed how classy it was, and also surprised how few guests there were.Compared to the other locations that are often sold out days before, I was able to pick a great seat close to when the movie started. The hosts in the front, They were the new employees I think. Myself and another person were trying to get tickets and they spent a lot of time snickering to each other.Once I got the tickets I had my seats and 2 different people were helping get a drink and the complimentary popcorn. Both were served up in quick order. The drink tasted great, and the popcorn was lightly salted to perfection.As with all Ipics, the seats were great. I had my blanket and beverage and a decent movie; things couldnt have been better.Im quite happy not everyone knows about this location yet. And if you find out about it too, count yourself lucky.

Could have been 5 stars but no one wants to clean the bathroom on the third floor. Why is it all the way up there? And I would have appreciated the “server” not being so commentie about the number of drunk me and my friend were having. Three drinks at 3pm - is that really that crazy? Good food and drinks but extremely pricey.

I had a business meeting here and we were sitting in the comfy chairs. No one came over to us. We had to find some one. After that the waiter was awesome. I think his name was Shane. Cool dude, and the food was on point too.

Went here with my bf and watched a new movie. The seats were comfortable. The staff was good, but kind of disruptive during the movie. The food was great! Came out hot and quick. Overall, we had a great time and we will return.

This was our first time to IPIC. Wow! I am certainly spoiled now. Waiter service was prompt and polite. Seats, sound, screen all first class. The overall feel of the theater is inviting and classy. Be sure to get you parking ticket validated. Parking is on $1! Great bargain.We will be back for sure.

It was very nice here. I had to refund one of the tickets but they were very helpful with this and also with changing the seats to another location. Love the swing chairs too. The parking garage is not free which I find odd seeing as there is valet and self park specifically for the ipic there. Most places validate your parking and here they do validate but you still pay... The server we had was very nice and helpful in the lobby. I look forward to seeing what they do to the upstairs.

Its always a great experience when coming here. I went last night to see queen and slim. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Im a country girl but that banana pudding is insanely amazing!!!! Its beyond and above in taste and looks vs any pudding Ive ever had!

Im a long time Boca and North Miami Ipic fan, but weve been making treks to the new Delray location because..the food is made so much better. Portions are bigger (somehow),food quality itself seems better and itnjust hs more TLC than the other 2 ipics. The drinks are also different. Takt the Norma Jean for example. This Ipic uses a mix that has alcohol on it, creating a unique texture and flavor than the other 2 locations . So although menus are almost identical , the differences in quality is easy to see.My ONLY complaint about this Ipic is the parking. What a headache. Ive no idea why a Platinum Elite member has to go through this small headache. In fact, as a perk, they should consider giving Platinum members a card thst cna be swiped , and get in and out much easier. Or, perhaps give Platinum members free valet.

Since iPic was introduced to me when it opened in Mizner Park, I turned snobby on my movie theaters. I’m not a snobby person, just saying iPic changed the way I go to movies today.Word first broke about an iPic coming to Delray five years ago and this place just finally opened this month. My excitement for this place was pretty high, because Mizner was a whole new introduction to this little mini lux feeling; while viewing a movie. My inner child wanted to see this place, tried to do brunch but the restaurant is still in the works for the building. So it’s only the food that the theatre offers which is substantial.I went to the first showing on a Monday morning. In my younger years, my friends and I always would go first showing on Friday mornings. I find it fun somedays to first thing see a movie then have the whole day and night. This particular morning, seats were booked but I ended up being the only person there. I loved it.I stuck with the seat I originally picked. I believe it was Sean or Jon that took care of me, the ninja server was on point. Helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Granted it was only 10am I ordered a Jack rocks and got some warm cheddar cheese biscuits with maldon sea salt & served with maple butter. Ate it all up and would get again. The bucket seats were cool but I felt they’re smaller than what I am used to at the Mizner location. I like that the recliner buttons are moved to a higher location, as my leg in Mizner sometimes would move my seat. The center table is larger, swivels and has the server call button. They also don’t leave out the blankets currently, but available upon request. The blanket is softer material and more silky than the ones in Boca as well.Ipic in Delray is still in it the works, I am giving it full rank because I know it’s potential, I like the style it brings, decor and service. Looking forward to what restaurant they bring. Presently bathrooms are on a separate floor from the movies. That will sting a lot of you but I feel it’s a minor issue to whine about when I’m sure in time they will resolve it.

We were given a 100.00 gift card to IPIC and when we called about tickets were quite surprised at the prices. Wow!! Wanted to see Dark Waters but decided to wait for when only two of us go, not three. 87.00 for 3 movie tickets seems crazy. We would get no benefit other than tickets. We’ll try again another time when there’s something exciting we want to see.

Love this Ipic. One issue is the damned parking, which is annoying. The machine required you to put CC Upside down otherwise it wont swipe(hopefully that saves you 6 minutes if frustration as thw machine is mislabeled).

Very cool place with great staff. Went recently and invited some friends for lunch and we realized that the property still doesnt have its own Tuck Room space, but you can sit in the lobby or bar area and eat/drink. The bartender who helped us was incredible and we ate and had different cocktails.Some differences include the lack of pitchers for $60, but only the in between size for $29 , which pours 3.5 drinks more or less. Now, the quality was good and the food was more of a positive suprise. Compared to the Boca and North Miami locations, the food was popping ! Seriously ,the quality and the presentation of dishes weve had at the other locations here was night and day compared to the others. I dont want to disparage, but try it yourself. In the end, I cant WAIT for the legaloties of the planned Tuck room here to get sorted out so I can make this Ipic my #1 destination.

I love this place but Im disappointed they no longer serve the BBQ pizza. That was my go to. However I did try the beyond burger and it was delicious. The service is always great

I went today with my husband to watch Lion King. First of all let me say this place is absolutely overpriced for the quality and service you get.To start, when paying the ticket they never mentioned you are entitled to unlimited popcorn, then when you find this out, it takes forever to get it. We had to push the button three times to remind them of our pop corn. Also, even though the seats look comfortable, they are not! The head rest is too high, and you can definitely feel they are not ergonomically well designed. The place looks pretty nice but the whole design is terrible. Just to give you an idea, if you need to go to the bathroom, the restrooms are all in the second floor - very inconvenient if you have to go in the middle of the movie. Then the restrooms are extremely dark which makes you feel not safe.We don’t recommend this movie theaters at all. Never again IPIC!

The movie theater was beautiful! The staff was awsome and the seating was super comfortable. The food wasnt bad at all but Ive had better. The reason Im giving then 3 starts is because it was so cold in the theater that I couldnt enjoy the movie or really enjoy my food. I had 2 blankets on and I was still cold. My finger tips were white and I felt like frosty the snow man! It was like a freezer box. It had to be like 45 degrees inside the theater. No exaggeration. And ther tickets were almost $60 for 2 people... pretty pricey.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MOVIE THEATER. I have been to this theater twice, something went wrong both times. The first time I went they started playing the wrong movie, some chick flick was playing instead of John Wick. The second time I went (June 1 2019 at 10:45 showing of Godzilla) they messed up my order and lost /stole my visa debit card I used to pay for our meal. The waiter took the card to the back to be charged and never brought it back; a second waitress came to ask me for a card to charge and thats when I noticed that they didnt know where my card was. Instead of coming to me and letting me know my card was missing, they just gave me the bill fold with the receipt to sign without the card in it. The further insult was that both managers pretended like the issue was new to them, even though they have been trying to contact the waiter since he went off shift to find out what he did with the card. As if I was supposed to just sign the receipt, forget that my card is missing and go home. The managers solution to this was to offer more free tickets to come back to this horrible I lost my debit card to, while Im struggling with 4 kids and no access to my bank account. I waited until 4 pm the next day with none of the promised call back and had to called in to speak with the manager. Was promised another call back by end of day and waited in vain. I shouldve called the police when it happened.....I wanted to give zero star, if that was possible.

I mean wow. Just outrageously cool movie experience. Seats are like a cocoon of comfort. Servers serve u right at your seat in theater. Menu top notch. I was very surprised it was not packed vcd with people. Expensive for good reason...but worth every dollar spent.

Love the place. Just couldn’t understand that I bought gift card and they couldn’t accept at the theater. They said call corporate. But corporate has no number. There is some automated line on back of card that is a machine offering no customer service. So I’m stuck with $100 gift card I bought and no recourse

Very comfortable seats. Excellent View. Tickets a little bit on the pricey side. Food is very very pricey and overpriced...but Delicious especially the Lobster Roll. You do get Free Unlimited Popcorn and Water. Easy to park for $5 in me safeguard garage makes it very accessible to get into the theater. suggest not going there very hungry so you save money on food and enjoy the theater for a reasonably expensive price.

Cozy seats, delicious truffle fries. The service was a good my fries came out a little cold the first time and the second time they came out 45 mins later. The ladies & Gents restroom share a sink- I think that’s awkward. Good place for date night though.

We paid $60 for our tickets for the experience. When we ordered our food it never came. All of the seats around us ate and got dessert. When I spoke to management they only offered to void off the pretzels we managed to get. And I was quickly dismissed. Very disappointed in the service and my experience here.

They only get two stars because they reached out to me: 30$ for a ticket. There is other theaters to give you better experience audio visual wise. I went here for the the drink food experience. Drinks were fine but food... terrible. One star terrible. I had the Mac and cheese fries. Basically Mac and cheese in breading. Awful. They offered to comp it. But I would not been able to write a fair review. It was just awful. 2 stars only because they tried to comp me. Don’t waste your money here. If they can’t get a low item menu item right. Then don’t spend your money on a high food item. Won’t be back.

It was my first time there... the Place is very nice.. trendy... seats are comfy but my service inside the room sucked.Everyone was enjoying their drinks and popcorn I was seating at my seat... empty handed... for all the previews.. with my light call button ON.Right before the movie started a ninja came in to check what I needed.... but started saying... Im not your server but let me see what I can do for you... let me see.. I paid 60 bucks for tickets at least... I should have drinks and popcorn immediately as I walk/seat in...thats what I get in any other mediocre movie theater...30 min in movie our so called ninja showed up to ask for a credit card for the sodas I ordered... still NO POPCORN.... seriously, This was a 10 am movie....how hard it is to get your ninja skills together.They finally delivered my popcorn.... I had zero soda left... again with my lights on for a good amount of time and no soda left.... our ninja finally came back to ask me what I needed.. soda and popcorn please.... she came fast this last time bringing the bill... so, after all the presentation the lady at check in gave me and the service I received I was very disappointed since nothing what the front lady said really happened on a timely fashion.Another thing is... the bathroom is so far away on the floor above...and its almost a quest to identify what is what while up there...But it is a great place. seats are great. Private and you can enjoy a movie cozied up with a blanket and your loved one!Menu items looked nice and drinks too.. maybe the best thing to do os preorder anything you want to have ahead of time to avoid longer wait time.

This place is beautiful, intimate and great for date night or just needing some alone time! Parking is 1$ in the garage if you park P4 or higher. The staff was great and drinks and food was delish! It’s s really cute quaint place to watch your next movie!

Just saw the 11:15am showing of Lion King with wife. While the seats and and service were good, the sound in the movie theater was incredibly lack luster and really affected the movie experience. The movie is advertised as Dolby digital, but you might as well watch it with a sound bar because this theater had zero surround sound. After the movie was over, I brought this up to an employee, but she blamed it on Disney studio, never heard of such a thing. I saw Aladdin at this theater about two weeks ago and the sound was great. I use to like IPIC, but I think I’m gonna try a new movie theater next time. Go see Lion King else where.

This is definitively the best movie theatre that I have ever been to. Everything is great. The seating is comfortable, the food is better than that of most sit down restaurants and the experience is one that you just cant get anywhere else around here. The only downside is the price.

The service at this new IPIC theater was outstanding. We found the energy and enthusiasm for this venue to be great. Everyone we encountered right from the valet service attendants to all of the staff inside the theater were upbeat and excited about working here. This is not where you see if a movie if you are looking for discount night, its the top end of the market with food, beverage, luxury reclining lounge seats with pillows and even blankets available should you desire them. You can bring food and beverages with you to watch your movie or have the Ninjas bring them and serve you going almost un-noticed because of their training to be quiet and discreet. The interior of the theater has attractive artwork and the space feels very comfortable.Its a fun experience and if the movie you are going to see. The acoustics and design are excellent and you can see how well the movie has been constructed. Try something different and be prepared for movie tickets from $20-$26 per ticket plus the cost of your food and beverages.

First let me say that the people are absolutely fantastic, just amazing. It’s the design that’s problematic. I’ve been in a lot of comfort type service theaters. The seats are comfortable but no head support. If you rest your head then you’re looking way up high. If you recline the seat and rest your head back, then you’re looking at the ceiling. I’ve been to the theater twice now. Although the staff are very nice, the service has some kinks. The first visit they lost my credit card. It had fallen out of the folder when the server returned my receipt. It took a while for someone to answer the service call button. The second visit we got there early so we could get the food and drinks before the movie started. The food came fairly quick but it took 25 minutes to get our sodas and water and only after I used the service call button. I would hate to be there when it’s crowded or busy. We opted for the high level parking that costs a $1 if you get your ticket validated but in order to leave the upper discount level of the garage we had to wait about 15 minutes because there is only one exit and each person has to stop and pay like at the airport. The lower levels use pay to park machines. And there’s only one bathroom. It’s upstairs. Although there are escalators, if you’re handicapped you have to take the elevators which presents a problem if you have to go and wait for the elevators. There were seven people waiting at the elevator so I had to wait for the next. I’ll go back because the screen and sound are great and the people are great.

The amenities of the movie theatre were wonderful. However, the service was horrendous. We paid $50 for our waiter to say she’ll be right back with our refills and never came back. Once we realized she wasn’t coming back after 30 minutes we decided to page again and by this time we were out of drinks and now popcorn. A guy came back with our refills and informed us the kitchen was closed. If you’re going to offer a late movie ensure you can provide the service to go with it. Would not go back with service like this.

Okay so the restrooms were a bit weird, women’s and men’s sink are like connected so don’t get weirded out when a woman is washing her hands right next to you like you just went to the wrong restroom. Lol. Besides that really enjoyed the vibe in this theater and the bar was dope, not a lot of space to chill by the bar tho which I personally like.

So sorry to do this but very unhappy about my visit to ipic in delray .... will be goin extra few miles to ipic minzer very rude staff

My husband and I had the worse experience at that location. We were given the wrong auditorium info because we purchased our seats online. We were kicked out of the theater at the beginning of the movie because the front desk messed upThat was humiliating plus the manager was very rude.Thank you for replying, If you dont mind please give me a number .An email to reach out to your office as dont want to leave my personal information here. We were mistreated badly because of the staff error they blamed us instead of taking responsibility for what happened. , they insisted that leave so they could put other people on the seats and asked us to come back another time.

I have been a member of IPIC for a very long time, the food is very good but that is pretty much all you get here. A movie is $29 , when it used to be $25! I had to pay for parking which they said they would validate, (they didnt). The food and wine is out of this world expensive and the service at this location and the Boca location has failed especially when you end up spending a good $100. Im sorry but the only reason I gave it two stars is bc the cooks to be the only thing in the right here. I can understand why they filed for bankruptcy.

IPic is the most expensive option you have to go see a movie... But if youre ok with that, then this is the best place to go to the movies. Besides having your waiter, the seats are the best, and very private. You really cannot see the other people in the room. There is one big design flaw... the movies are downstairs and the bathrooms are upstairs. Who thought that would be such a great idea???

I love ipic theaters always a nice experienceExpect the last time I was there with my wife and kids we got there early to watch the avengers movie there was a couple seated in front of us who were behaving inappropriately in public especially with children around,we nicely ask them to stop and even told a employee about it but they continued and no employee every came in the theater we left about 20 minutes in to the movies costing a lot on food plus 6 tickets.

Brand new Delray beach topics movie theater, really well done

Excellent service and reliable company. Called IPIC Delray Beach on a Saturday and they sent an electrician immediately who solved my problem within an hour. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is great!! It’s a first class movie experience. Blankets and pillows, reclining seats, 2 seats per pod. A perfect date night! The food is outstanding as well..very surprising that a movie theater would have such good food. We had the filet sliders and spicy tuna....both very good. I’ll never go to a regular theater again.

Great pod seating, think love seat with both sides reclining & a divider wall tween you & next two seats. Ninja Servers for cocktails, drinks, munchies & Free Popcorn. Yes, seating is pricey - but you typically pay for best.

Beautiful all the way around. The server was forgetful but the other server was extremely helpful

This is a great place for date night. I definitely like this location better than the Boca location.
