Awesome theater! Got to do private watch party, absolutely amazing! Great food and drink brought to us in the theater. Didn’t get to check out bowling alley, definitely would go back for a great night out!!!

This is really amazing place to have fun and friendly staffs , it’s great to hangout with your friends , simply great atmosphere with so many nice bowling lanes, it’s great for family as well, I had a great experience there.

Great atmosphere (very clean), good people, delicious food. They will let you rent out a theater for you and your friends for 3 hours, you can bring and watch any Blu-ray movie. They also provide food service in the theater.Had a great time, and will definitely be going back soon.

My son celebrated his birthday there with a group of his friends today. Everything was fantastic from the start of planning until the minute we left. There was so much food that even a group of teenage boys and girls couldnt finish. Happy kids= VERY happy mama. The staff was amazing and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Franks for any get-together or celebration!

Kids Bowling Party Success! Within 24 hours we were able to book a party for 20 kids. Our 8 year olds had a late lacrosse game, we figured everyone would be hungry after. We arrived at 6:45pm for 7pm party. Kids got their shoes and headed to our lanes. The pizza and drinks came right away as we had specified. The kids were occupied with bowling for the two hours and the parents were able to relax and order food and drinks. Everyone had a great time. Thanks so much CineBowl!

Food is your basic bowling alley food. They have a great happy hour though. Bartenders are always very friendly. Servers on the lanes are helpful. Rachael the manager always recognizes my daughter when we come in and brings her a shirley temple every time she sees us. My daughter always asks to go back to see Miss Rachael and play games. Movie theater needs some renovating but apparently the new company that took the place over will be doing that too. Great service. Going to be booking my daughters birthday party and school fundraiser here. Only giving 4 stars because they always seem to be really short staffed. Hopefully this new company schedules better...

Great place, not enough parking. Very crowded place. The food isn’t that good but it’s a nice and safe atmosphere for kids and teens.

I got a chance to attend the movie last night to watch Sonic however during the movie there was a two to three minutes blackout in the middle of an action scene so we begin to ask was is there anybody on the upstairs booth thats controlling whats being played, we got no answer, so my husband and another customer went outside just to let them know that the movie was not being played now as parents I wanted to leave because I was disappointed but I had three kids with me and they were asking can we please finish the movie I said to myself the experience about going to a movie is you pay for something you get to watch it enjoy the experience .I wanted to speak to management and ask can they please accommodate us for what happened, the interruption of the movie whatever it was whether it was like one ticket refunded or maybe popcorns for next time this man (manager at the time)decided to tell me what you should have done is to get up and leave at the time the interruption happen and maybe they would have refunded you but the fact that I sat there the whole entire movie is wrong for him to give any kind of accommodation. Like I said me as a parent I wanted to leave but I have children they dont understand the circumstance. I live all the way out in West Palm and to come to Delray to enjoy a movie I feel like that was very unfortunate and for that reason Im giving them a 1-star.

Good bowling alley with some awesome appetizers and drinks. During off hours its $32 for 1 hour not bad.

Comfy seats! though havw not upgraded to recliners? The seat solidly rock back. They went old school, just popcorn, nachos, and candy. Very good popcorn

The atmosphere is awesome. Bar and grill are located right next to the bowling alley, there is arcades for kids to play, music playing. Overall the atmosphere would get a five. As far as the food goes it is to be expected , ok but not great. I mean their niche is the games and drinks, the food is secondary. Don’t get me wrong it was good just not drink. One thing we did really enjoy where the sweet potato fries. And the one thing we did not enjoy what’s the hamburger it seemed a little bit tasteless.

Great atmosphere. Good theaters. Needs a little upgrade to reclining seats in IMAX, but other than that very nice.

I liked the atmosphere and I was with a good friend so I always can have a good time, But each theater is so cold you can hang meat in there. They were recently taken over by new management and we are constantly being told they will be putting in recliners. If they can do that and Raise the thermostat then it may be worth the $9 for a senior ticket. For now Im going to keep going to the palace down on 95 with a know how to get it done right.

Awesome place and service, we had trouble with the online reservation but Celeste and Jada helped us out. We appreciated it. Definitely recommend this place only thing Id suggest is turning the music up.

Theater is easy to find. Staff is friendly. Super clean restrooms and cinema floors. Excellent audio sound system and cinema screen viewing. Bottled water is a little pricey at $5.09 for 16.9 oz. Otherwise, great experience. Will definitely return.

Having a reserved seat? PricelessFriendly staff. Very clean. We ordered lunch from the restaurant at the bowling alley. They used to deliver it to your seat in the theater but not anymore. So sad because we were crunched for time. Missed the previews but made it just on time for Frozen 2. Perfect afternoon.

This theater is OK. The staff here is the best part. They are really nice and I love that. Unfortunately, I saw The Irishman here today and did not realize it would be shown in the theater without recliners. I went here because its a 3+ hour film and I have arthritis, so it was not comfortable. Please make it clear on Fandango when the seats are not recliners.

Great theater to see a movie. Came here on Christmas to see Star Wars and it was an awesome experience. Bar drinks can be brought to the theater which is great and popcorn was yummy!

I worked here for 4 years. When i started all the way to end i felt like we all became family i ended with the supervisor position in 2018 and I recommend this to be anyone’s first job. You may not get payed a lot to start but trust me you’ll get there with just hard work and dedication. Miss you guys-branden

We went back twice to the arcade and bowling alley. We received professional personal attention from everyone especially Zach.There were some problems with some of the machines but the attendant was happy to help us and made sure our experience was fun.Since we hadnt bowled in many years Zach gave us great advice finding the right ball for each of us. Also, the attendant was helpful and patient with us finding shoes with the right fit.We had so much fun we purchased a second game.

I had a good time here.What I liked: full service food and drink bar (at bowling alley next door). The movie didn’t seem that long having refreshments and a glass of wine. The comfy couch like seating doesn’t hurt either.Opportunity: places like this would be five stars if there were some type of ordering, waiter, busser service. Apparently they used to have this, but no more.Still the best movie experience I’ve had on the Delray/Boca area as of yet.

The theater doesnt seem to be well maintained. They gave my order for food to another person. It took 40 min to get chicken tenders. At least the people working there were nice.

Love, love, love this place! You can bring food and drink from the bar into the movies. Bowl after your movie or just hang out. Its a great vibe!

Nice location and helpful staff. My family and I watched The Lion King in 3D Imax here and the theater was very clean and spacious. The only problem I had was the seats. I swear they are so irritating especially for kids. My kids are 5 and 7 and it drove me nuts just seeing their seats constantly try to close while they were in them. It took so much work for them to keep the seats folded down so they could be comfortable enough to watch the movie. Other than that everything was fine.

Its so cool. It has more than what a regular theater has. Bowling, movies (of course) but IMAX for better quality, and an arcade. Now be warned, it is not a big arcade. But it has good variety of games

Bowling on Sunday evening is a good deal. Otherwise it is expensive.The place has a good atmosphere but it needs a serious cleaning as the floor is sticky and not clean.

Cost of admission was reasonable and theater was in good condition. We were there on a weeknight so it wasnt crowded at all. Good seats even though they werent the new style recliners.

More than a handful of the games in the arcade were out of order. The ladies bathroom was filthy, urine on the floors and toilets covered in urine. No toilet paper in any of the 4 stalls. Thank god I had tissue in my handbag. For an upscale bowling and arcade in West Delray I was really disappointed in how this place looks. Wasnt like this when it first opened a years ago. Wont be visiting again anytime soon. Not recommended!

These new owners are unbelievable, I use to come here all the time for drinks and to watch the fights. Now these cheap new owners don’t show the fights. Looks like I gotta find a new spot.

The only reason they have a 4 Star from me is the food is tough to swallow. As for the movie experience, and being able to take Liquor into Movie that makes up for shoddy food. They also have a an arcade for kids along with multiple lanes of Bowling hence the name. Great atmosphere & friendly staff always on hand to assist you. One of the top Movie cineplexs to watch your favorite on the silver screen. It is always nice to be able to reserve your own seat also, and not have to worry if your running a little behind.

I can recommend bowling and catching a movie but thats about it. The food was horrendous. None of the sanitizing stations near the bowling alleys worked so forget about cleaning your hands after its your turn to bowl. The gaming section is extremely unkempt. Some games not even working and if you want to spend your tickets on any kind of prize it is extremely slim pickings. So bad I asked the guy working the prize redemption area if they were closing/going out of business because it was empty. Such a shame because I remember when everything here was great.

Had a great date night here just for some drinks and food! Highly recommend.

Really like this theatre. Beautiful lobby. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the seating. If they would invest into the recliner seats it would be 5 stars easily.

Great fun place to come to the movies. Large popcorn Large soda will get you unlimited refills on both. Cant go wrong with that deal. Unfortunately lights went out in the endgame movie because of a lighting storm, right in the beginning, like the first 10 minutes. Oh well back to free popcorn. Power outages are in no ones control. Bowling alley is right in the building. Bar right in the building. Great theater.

Great combo of entertainment. Somewhat of a challenge for the two elderly and handicapped folks I brought to get to the front door. Theatre was comfortable and the sound was great.

Really great place to go to the movies the seats are really comfortable and they dont price gouge any more or less than most American movie theaters.

I have been here a few times, but New Years was the 1st time in months. We saw Jumanji 2, it was being shown in a smaller theater. No complains we had geeat seats.... but then when I looked at the seats the leather was ripped on each of the 4 seats we had. I had to coax my 5 year old to sit down. I dont recall the last time I had gone to a theater with ripped/worn seats. This will be my last outing to Franks.

A great local movie theater that is affordable and on the newer side. Some of the theater seats are starting to crack and could use a overhaul. Overall, this is a good movie theater and I will be back!

Very cool place. The family and I went bowling and had a great time. The service was very good. The gentleman taking care of us at out lane was awesome. Take the family. You will have a good time.

Cool vibe, definitely a hang out spot. Had a 30 to 45 minute wait so we never bowled. There is a full service menu with good food options. Also like the movie option as there is a full size theater if you decide not to go bowling. Liked this place, interesting combo.

Used to love to come here after work and enjoy the fights. Not anymore. The new owners are too cheap to buy the PPV.

Only decent cinema option in the area. Our screen had a line going all the way down it from the previews onward. Werent many people there which was nice, but our reserved seats had people sitting in them which is pretty annoying and other reviewers mention the same thing. Cramped super small bathrooms but they do seem to keep them clean. Dont order the red wine - it was obviously from a bottle opened a least a day or two previously. Their bowling is an awesome setup, one of the best ever, but its VERY expensive and always packed. Overall, I would say the staff is friendly and trying their best, and its a newer modern facility.

Awesome! Great Tuesday deals and much more then just a theater. Only downfall is it’s located a bit north in Delray Beach, but if you don’t mind the drive then your set!

I used to come here a lot because of convenience since I live right next to it. Now, Id rather drive all the way to Cinemark because its a better overall experience.The seating is so uncomfortable that I wished I hadnt bothered to come at all the last time I was there. I am a swimmer so I know what it feels like to sit on a bench for hours at a meet. This is about just as comfortable as that. I came out with a sore back and I am 20 years old.Popcorn isnt great either. Prices are ridiculously high for food. Just get your snacks at the Publix in the plaza before you go.Image is okay in the theater but sound is lacking if I remember correctly.This theater needs a renovation if they want to bring their customers back.The only thing they have going for them is convenience and a very friendly staff.

Went to the movies 2/15/20 and came home with BED BUG bites on my back & other places.Horrendous experience. Now I have to deal with transmitting them to “my tv chair!”

It a place for everyone to do something. My husband had a date night. We was able to have dinner before the movie. We was not able to eat our dessert before the movie. Our waitress brought it to us in the movie. They had a game area and bowling spot under the same roof. I can not wait to bring my family here for some fun time.

The ticket kiosks did not work, the only place to pickup your tickets were at the concession stand where you are waited for folks looking to buy tickets to choose their seats along with folks who just wanted to buy popcorn.What really earned Franks such a low score was that they oversold the seats. I spent the opening of the film dealing with the manager since someone literally took my seat while I stood up (sitting next to my kids) since they were issued the same seat numbers.The manager did the absolute bare minimum to resolve the situation.

Not as clean as it used to be, some of the workers at the concession stand haven been less than courteous. Its a movie theater...as long as the movie plays and the sound works does it really matter

We had a great time, our server was really good and took care of everything to perfection. Its a nice environment for the entire family since has multiple activities for everyone.

Nice theater, reserved seating, comfortable, good sound. Current movies. Tuesdays offer discount admission and popcorn. The restaurant is okay and there is a small bowling alley and bar.The strip, Delray Marketplace, is fresh and safe, with some shops and restaurants. Good place to bring the family. Parking is not great but got better with the expanded parking lot to the side.

Tonight was the first night my family came to this place. Reading the reviews, I was a little uncertain whether or not I was going to have a good experience. The only downside was the price of the bowling, which came to 45$ for me and my family to bowl. Such a good experience and my two year old son had such a good time and one hour was just enough time! The service was great and our server was super helpful. Definitely will be back!

Lovely small plaza. The young guy getting my popcorn hes and basically wiped his mucus onto his shirt. Everything else was fine.

When this was owned by Franks, it was 5 stars!Paragon bought them out, and the changes have not been great as quality has suffered. Its just not worth the long drive for us anymore.

My home theatre. I love this place, Thursday night premieres are always a non hassle and the crowds are pleasant. All fans who want to see these films not talk over them.

Great concept destination. Nice bar and seating with really good food (loved the chicken quesadillas). Comfortable clean stadium seating theater.

Best place to watch movies with families and friends

This place is hugh, there is bowling, arcade games and great food at decent prices, however the movie seating is aweful, not enough room to stretch your legs or move the headrest back. Saw the movie Irishman it was great, but I would have loved to move in different positions for a 3 hour movie.

This is one of my favorite movie theaters to watch big blockbuster movies. The IMAX theater is awesome. The concession stand is expensive as usual.

1st time to this theater. Ordered tickets online. We have twins who are 30-35 pounds and they could not fit in the terrible seats. They kept falling through or off of them. They had the worse booster chairs I have ever seen. We ended up having to hold them on our laps even though we bought their tickets. It was a terrible experience because of the horrible chairs. Every theater in there have these horrible old fashioned type seats. I did complain and they gave me free tickets to another movie for another time, but we wont ever be able to take our boys with us there.

Absolutely the worst Movie Theater in America. Total and Complete waste of money. My friend and I went to the 12PM showing of the newest Brad Pitt/Tommy Lee Jones movie. Two older women sat behind us and chatted throughout the entire movie occasionally taking a break to take a call on their cell phones. My friend went out and reported it but there was no interest in correcting the situation. Complete and total waste of an afternoon!

Attempted to go bowling. Told it should be about a 25 minute wait. 45 minutes later they said it should only be a 1/2 hour more. When I said that we were told 25 minutes.... 45 minutes ago, the guy said well it changed. We left and took our money with us.

No excuses, the power outage was an hour ago. Why we have to wait is beyond me.

How can you build a new theater and not have recliners?? Also it is inconvenient to have to go to the concession stand to get ticket printed. They wont just take it off your phone. Sorry this is just not my go to theater; actually not even my go at all.

Love the IMAX experience. My little guy lost a toy somewhere below the seats and the staff were so wonderful with their assistance! Will always come back to this fabulous theater!
