I saw Tenet here, but I would recommend somewhere else. I like louder sound at the movies, and even for me, this was NUTS. Insane! Like someone screaming right into your ears. You couldnt enjoy it when your ears were being hurt half the film. When my brother asked for them to lower the sound (there were literally 3 people besides us in the theater) it didnt seem like we got any change, which is offensive as a customer. Im looking forward to seeing Dune and some other upcoming films, but I wont be seeing them here...

Awful experience today me and my son went to watch the movie countdown at 2.20 pm there was a lot of kids in the room (around 14 or 15 years old) playing around running,throwing popcorn to each other,taking pics turning their light in their phones, talking loud,etc I think that 1 person complaint about it and a couple person from the theater came to see what was going on it but it really just work while they were there after they left this kids start doing the same thing I just dont understand why this kids were here they were doing everything else,except watching the movie. Please dont allow this groups of 10 or 15 kids to ruin the experience for others some people really want to watch the movie you know.

I been going her almost 30 years love it here. Professional service great prices. The whole movie experience not some hyped up fancy over price modern spot like the movie tavern. Old school the way we all remember from the carpet to the entire set up. So many great experiences hapoened here. Like my first date.

They offer great service but the state of their seats is simply unimaginable. They have stains all over them. See for yourself.

I went to go see the movie Invisible Man and it was surprisingly good. I didnt feel like eating popcorn because it usually hurts or gets stuck in my gums. So I got nachos and they were so good! The vibe there is good too. If you dont like alot of people then I recommend...I also shopped in the Marshalls to wait for my movie. That day was amazing.

This theater was located in a large shopping center. There was plenty of parking fairly close. The strange thing about this place is that the front entrance faces the back parking lot and the back entrance faces the front lot. The theater is spacious. There were no lines. We purchased tickets online and that sped things things up. The staff were friendly and efficient. We got good directions to our showing. Seating was comfortable and ample. We practically had the movie to our little group. We saw Doolittle. I enjoyed it, especially seeing Robert Downey Jr playing a character other that Iron man.

The best thing about this theatre is it is cheap. Gives good bank for your buck.On the downside, some of the screens are too small and sound is not so great.For movies with lots of graphics and sound effects, you may want to try some other theatres.

Great low rates. The staff is courteous. . My only concern is a theater all the way to the right and the back, I think it might be #16. it has a mildew odor and to cover the scent they use carpet fresh which makes it that much worse. I wish they would close just that particular theater #16, until they can get it repaired. But other than that its a great neighborhood theater neighborhood.

The call of the wild is a feel good family movie I highly recommend. Harrison Ford is a favorite actor and the cinematography was great. The wilds of the Yukon were shown with grandeur and beauty. It is worth going to see.

Got tickets on AMC app, surprised by the cheap price but figure its because its a very old mall. I was pleased the seats were assigned, service at the concession was decent and it has stadium seating! Clean bathrooms too!Finally decent theater near our home. I guess there were changes in the last month. We will come back!

Its was clean & noticed workers spraying everything. Also many seats were left open for distancing.

$25 for five tickets. Thats cool. They updated their food and snack selection. Much better. The only thing missing here now is. . . .

Favorite movie theater due to convenience.....

This is the staple in the community when it comes to movie theaters. As a kid I used to come here. I love the star lights at the entrance, NEVER CHANGE THEM! I love this place and its important to keep this place going. Also, free drink refills!!

You defiantly get what you are paying for. Its cheap tickets and as a college student that whats to see movies with my other college student friends, this is ok. I mean yea sticky floors, messy sometimes, uncomfortable seats. The food is like super expensive like holy cow. Its probably cheaper to meet papa John himself and get a pizza from him then from the tiny pizzas or anything they serve here. Just joking but it is a little too much money for food for the quality it is.WARNING!!: There is a big lack of security here! You can walk in with a bag with anything in it and they wont check it. I have seen people sneak in snacks but sometimes I just hope they are just and only snacks.

Mainly people visit to watch movies at the cinema. Cinema is pretty nice, and draws a decent number of people but not too crowded. I especially enjoyed two movie premiers there. Theres a couple of shorting places there, but few people go. Feels quite empty and lonely if youre not there to watch a movie (a bit deserted).

Not the best place to visit after all new malls and cinema theaters opened up. But not the worst place to watch a movie. could use some reinvention of the place by improving the customer experience and ambiance.

Love this theater. This is one of the older sites but you will love it for the customer service and cleanliness. Prices are great.

AMC stubs is supposed to have a separate line in concession as well, but every time I go to this theater the lines can be long with one person working the register.They also never know how to resolve an issue with crediting your account if a reward isnt credited after cancelling a ticket.Im so over it!

Comfy seats good ticket prices. Of course concessions are way overpriced, but tickets are way cheap. Kinda dirty lost of the times I go. Always having to brush out popcorn or something.

Being so that Morrow doesn’t have the greatest of reputations I have literally gone around town all the way to Decatur even looking for a reasonable movie theater. I still think this one is the best. I finally accepted this one is above standard and started using it for all movies. Til this day, we have not had any problems with them at all. It’s always been pleasant and welcoming.

I have been to AMC theaters in several states, and this is not up to the AMC standard for theaters. There is no outside entrance, it is at the end of a hallway inside a mall with vendors in the middle of the hall space, creating a very crowded bottleneck. At the entrance area to the theater are ill-placed ticket-buying kiosks, creating multiple lines in the limited space, and another long line that everyone has to go back and go through for entrance into the theater lobby, whether you bought your ticket on-line or at the ticket kiosks. And there was ONE PERSON manning the ticket lines! Yes, LINES, there were 2 lines, one for electronic purchases and one for paper tickets. And all this in a dying mall where 2 out of 3 shops are closed down. Surely there must be a better way!

The price for tickets are cheaper here than other location. The seats are dated and it is older but that makes up for the prices. If your not bothered but seating then I think it is totally worth coming to this location. You also pick your seats now when you buy your tickets. I always come here just wish they had the 4.99 refill popcorn buckets this year. If you have a bucket from 2019 you bought at another location you can still use it here I been told.

The theater is nice, however the reversed seating system should be done away with. People without a reserved seat having to move for someone with one is irritating. Its not a sporting event, its a movie. Either give everyone reserved seats or give them to no one...the whole VIP system causes confusion and contempt. I will be avoiding this AMC at all costs.

I like this theater. In fact it is a lot better than many of the other higher-priced and newer theaters. The people there are very nice and they keep it extremely clean. In fact after almost every movie Ive attended the cleaning crew comes in when the movie ends. It is also very safe. Of course, the popcorn and food is expensive but it is no more expensive than any other AMC movie theater.

Nice old style theater. I know ita old because I used to work here 30+ years ago before AMC bought it. Theaters 13-16 dont look like theyve changed in that time. The chairs look the same but seem to fake leather instead of cloth and now have cup holders in the arms. Other than that. Same as 1985.The rest of the theaters are bit nicer but no real AMC updates . Bit thats good as this keeps this theater tickets prices very low.Of course the popcorn and cokes are typical AMC super high priced.AMC is the ONLY THING keeping this mall alive. The rest of the mall looks like a haunted house where even the ghosts got bored and left.And the food court. Aye. Put a fork in it. Saturday night and only the Asian Noodle place was open.All in all AMC here is a great destination for cheap ticket prices in a no amenity old school theater format.

Its not the nicest theater and theyve moved the entrance to some weird side door down a long hallway if there mall that used to be exit only, but the price is right and the popcorn was fresh. Get there slightly early or someone will probably be in your seats. We still enjoyed ourselves.

I havent been to the movies in over 10 years and I really enjoyed it! Im so glad there was a handicapped section easily accessible! Being able to purchase tickets online was great! The popcorn was delicious! The only complaint I have is the sound was too loud!

I simply loved the ambience of this Cinema Hall. I watched My favourite heros movie i.e., Super 30 over here. I also loved the cafeteria over here. The staff over here here is also co-operative and helpful

New seats and options for reserved seating. This would be five stars but the lines are long because people have to stop and choose their seats before they can get their tickets. Silly to require this during a weekday when there are only 20 people in the theater. Great pricing.

I love going to the movies at North dekalb Mall because it is not expensive they have moderately priced snacks also. just wish the people that cannot handle watching a scary movie without screaming/cursing or kicking the back of your seat every 5 seconds what just stay at home and wait for it 2 come out on Redbox

Was at the movies on yesterday. Went to see Aladdin which was pretty good for only being able to see half of the movie before having to exit the theatre. Some simple minded person decided to pull the fire alarm. The entire theatre had to be evacuated! There was no direction from any of the staff because there was no staff in sight. It was total chaos! This will be my last visit to this theatre. I used to really like it, but it has declined in service and the up keep of the theatres. They have also started where you have to select your seats which is a total rip off because when purchase your tickets online they charge a convenience fee. I wouldn’t mind paying the convenience fee, if the theatre was upgraded and the service was much better. I will be contacting them to get my refund this week for Aladdin.

The movie tickets are some of the cheapest around but the seats are in need of repair. The last time I was there a spring came through the seat and ripped my pants. I had a small scratch on my leg but it wasnt enough to report the injury. There are lots of teens there but they seem well mannered and not disruptive during the movie. The sound system is good and the movie screens project clearly.

This AMC location is well-staffed. The wait for concessions usually doesnt take long. The theaters are clean even though the seats arent the most comfortable. The folks who work there are polite and helpful. Go to an early showtime and it is an affordable outing.

Tried to see Little Women at the late matinee. Projector was malfunctioning and they promised to run it with no previews. After waiting 35 minutes, it started but with no audio. They offered guest passes which are no use because we are from out of town, so we were told to request a refund at the Guest Services desk. We waited there for 15 minutes or more and someone (not a manager) finally came. Tickets were purchased via Fandango using Paypal and they couldnt process an electronic refund, nor would they give us cash. A manager (we think) finally materialized and insisted that all she could do was give us two guest passes. We demanded four, but she refused to give us more than three.Also, the entire theatre was a mess -- overflowing garbage cans, piles of food waste on the floor throughout the auditorium and the lobby.

I am an A lister and when I arrived people were sitting in my seats that I reserved oonline. unfortunately tickets to the previous show was overbooked and those people were given my seats in order to make up for it. Popcorn was all over the floor as if buckets were overturned on it! Thank goodness the movie was good...otherwise it would have really been a disaster. I might not come back here for awhile...sometimes its worth it to pay a little more.

So I have a love and hate relationship with this theatre and its not all the theaters fault. So the theatre is older in the comforts of its seating but still clean and comfortable. Apparently sometimes there are power issues but that may not be their fault they gave us all free passes so they made it right. The popcorn is fresh, butter is plentiful but there was no popcorn salt. Audio is good screens are good.Now the bad the mall sucks. I mean it really sucks its not even really a mall anymore its more of a couple stores connected by a giant empty hallway. This place needs renovation.Now the best part, its $4.99 for a movie and Golden Corral is in the back corner of the parking lot.Youre welcome!

Cheap movies! Good for off-hours shows, to avoid frustrating long lines. Print online tickets at home because onsite machine malfunctions and attendants dont often have a reader for e-tix.

Great ticket prices. Horrible experience. I had the opportunity to view the new Aladdin film at this theater. Everything was great until the fire alarm cut on a third of the way through the movie and completely ruined the experience. According to the staff, the fire emergency was not in the theater but in the attached building. However, all movie patrons were required to exit the building and stand in the rain. To add to this, we were not allowed to receive a refund nor pass on the day of this visit. There was not a manager on duty to resolve the issue and the staff did not seemed concerned about the experience we were given. It is very unlikely that I will be returning to this AMC Theater location.

Chairs are durable but not great. Food preparation was fast and efficient.

We went for an AARP movies for seniors free screening of Motherless Brooklyn. The theatre was adequate. Seemed to need a heavy cleaning of carpets and upholstery (seats). Motherless Brooklyn is a fabulous movie!

They only had one kiosk for purchasing tickets if you didnt want to stand in line. While in line, I had time to download the AMC app, select a seat, purchase ticket, and use bar code to enter the movie. Thank goodness for technology!!

We have been coming here for years mainly because of the lower priced tickets. This place has seen better days, to put it bluntly, the entire place is filthy. We purchased tickets online and for some reason we had to select ticket seats. The seats we had selected smelled strongly of urine and some kind of very strong spray fragrance, we had no idea before we selected our seats. We were in theater 13. The perfume and urine smell was making me sick. My kids wanted to watch Endgame so badly that I thought that maybe we can move and stay. We moved and of course we were sitting in someone’s seats and had to move. Well, I think this movie theater recently started doing assigned seats. I checked back to my past movie purchases through Stubs, there were no assigned seating for any of the movies we went to see. I did go to the manager and she allowed us to go to different seats, however when we sat down in our new seats the floors were extremely sticky, as if they hadn’t been cleaned up in a long time and someone definitely spilled a drink on the floor where we were sitting. My daughter also noticed she stepped in chewing gum on the floor where she was sitting and I got some stuck to my leg! GROSS! Can’t think of a reason to come back. I will have to suck it up and pay more for a better experience.

This is our neighborhood good theater. To some, its past its prime. But to us, its comfortable, affordable, and convenient. Its like pulling teeth to get us to go to any other theater.

Just came from here. Watched Endgame. The theater room was bigger than what Im used to but that was okay. The surrounding shops and parking lot looked pretty run down. I met with some of my friends there. They had to walk all the way across the mall because they went through a different entrance to get to the theater. So that was inconvenient. I ordered cinnamon pretzel bites which were pretty tough and hardly had cinnamon. It was like someone get the cinnamon challenge and then coughed on stale pretzels. How are the staff there are welcoming and helpful and the movie was fantastic so it makes up for the slight sketchiness of the theaters surroundings. I think at the moment they are filming a movie there probably a horror.anyways, all in all I would probably only go to that theater again if absolutely necessary. But not really.

My experience was HORRIBLE, we purchased our tickets online, it was so crowded at the entrance we couldnt tell which line was for prepaid tickets, when we finally found the right one the line was ridiculous with one person scanning our electronic tickets, luckily we arrived 30 minutes before the movie started otherwise we would have missed the first 15 minutes. Although normally they may not have large crowds its a Holiday weekend and they should adjust their staffing accordingly.

Presidents Day was an amazing day to spend at the movies, however the line was beyond long.

This movie theater is very inexpensive, but its regularly not very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the later showings often smell of urine or severe body odor, even when the theaters are empty.

I have been going to this location for a long time. Went recently went and had to pick our seats. That ruined the experience. The ticket line was long. We went on a whim, which is not unusual for us, and had no idea we had to pick seats. We did not have time to get in line for popcorn because the ticket line was so slow. Now it seems you have to buy your tickets in advance in order to not get bad seats. That kills going on a whim. People were already in my seats, because people were already in their seats. I just want to go to movies when Im bored, or in that part of town, and not have to have confrontations just to sit down. I will not be going back until they stop this nonsense.

I cant say I would choose this location over my preferred location with recliners. It is cheap tho. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Theatre 13 smelled like pee and the popcorn tasted old. They also took away the jalapenos for the nachos. It didnt help that the Rise of Skywalker was pretty bad.

I used to love this theatre but the last time I visited, the theatre where I saw my movie had a smell. Although, when the movie was over the cleaning crew was there to clean up. Maybe they need to have some professionals come in and do a thorough cleaning, every now and then. Atmosphere is nice, friendly staff.

This was the worse movie theater EVERRRR!! The seats were old, the smell was unpleasant, the theater was dirty and the line was EXTREMELY long if you purchase tickets from the app. They should consider Remodeling or closing.

Okay, so this movie theater kind of sucks. I know, it seems crazy to say that with a 4 star review, but hear me out.The place is in a weird, seemingly half-dead mall thats creepy good fun (if youre into that). Theres apparently no direct entrance to the theater, so you either have to go through a store (Marshalls or this crazy home furnishing store). If the stores are closed, you have to use this sketchy hallway.The chairs are kind of stiff, stained, and in desperate need of replacement.We got sodas, and they have two of those Coke Freestyle machines. They are super fun when working properly, but one had few flavors on it, while the other was dispensing warm, somewhat flat sodas. I used to work at a place with a Freestyle machine, so I know those things are awesome for customers but awful to maintain. So, no fault of the staff at all.So, it already sounds like Im ripping this theater pretty badly, but there are two huge selling points.1.) Cheap admission. For two people, for an evening show, we only paid maybe $15. Not too bad.2.) The staff are SUPER sweet. Seriously. Theyre doing an amazing job with what theyve got. They are clearly trying their hardest to give excellent customer service and keep the place as clean/tip top as they can.My husband and I just caught Spiderman Far From Home and Once Upon A Time... in Hollywood there..... ending up going two nights in a row to catch these films before they leave the theaters! I have a feeling this is going to be our go-to theater, in spite of all the flaws.

If you are looking for economic tickets this can be yours movie theater but seats are not much comfortable. Also, you will feel awakward smell inside the theater. But ticket are so cheap in prices though.

Place is dirty and old. But coming here for the last 20 years and it is never packed so if a new release is coming out and youre worried about a seat here there arent any problems getting a seat. Very convenient, its not fancy but does still show 3D movies

The theater is cool. The customer service is awesome. They have plenty of theaters, and its AMC, so......You just have to get the membership. The sound is great, and its the best part of North Dekalb Mall, or whatever is left. I go there for every movie I see.
