Great local craft store with lots of selections. They always have great weekly sales. They also have a huge selection of beads, cloth, yarn, art supplies, and much more. Customer service is always great.

Spectacular. I had went to 3 stores to find what I was looking for and none of them had it. I found it within 5 minutes of being in Michaels. Plus they had excellent attitudes and made me feel like I was welcome and they enjoyed their job!

I went looking for a specific item. There were associates at the entry making sure carts were clean and available. I asked where I could find my item. I found what I wanted and I was on my way very quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Love Michaels, but this one needs help in the staffs attitudes. Also the sales are never clearly marked and are hard to understand what is part of what sale sign. Also, when you go to ask, some are very helpful while others act like you are bothering them. FYI: this involves night staff since that is always the time of day I go.....

Had a good selection of cricut stuff. Went to the other craft store and they had a huge sale of cricut stuff. Shop around and save money. I still like to shop here.

Michaels is one of the best craft stores. I have been to. They have big sales. They sell things. In bulk or in single packages anything for your craft needs that you want to do or want to try to do. They have staff there that will help you. You can find anything and everything there at Michaels that you need to do. Any Home Project craft project. But just for the kids to come in and pick their own and have fun. I love Michaels and will always go there. Thank you for everyone there. Who is so kind?

I went in when they first opened to make a return. The cashier, a heavy set, middle aged woman, was up on a ladder stocking some shelves. She huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her when she saw me waiting near the register.She was very rude and condescending from the beginning of my interaction with her. She first told me that I couldn’t return my item without a receipt. I told her I had my card to look up the purchase, which I have done previously. She told me she couldn’t look it up with my card.She stated she would have to give me a store credit and when she tried, the item wouldn’t scan. She continued to mutter things and mentioned that she was going to get in trouble for doing this return.She finally called her manager.The manager asked the cashier what the problem was and asked if she tried to use my card to lookup the receipt.Long story a bit shorter, the manager used my card to find the receipt (which is what I initially asked the cashier to do) and she refunded my card (which the cashier told me she couldn’t do)Unfortunately because of this experience, I will not be back.

My wife has always done the trips here. She was stuck at work so I said I would swing by for her. Wow is all I can say. Not my thing, but if youre into the artsy crafty stuff I dont see how you could miss here. Their online site even tells you which aisle to find the things in. I would highly recommend checking that out first. Otherwise you could be wandering forever. Also the staff was very helpful in tracking down additional items when they only had 3 on display and I needed 6.

Has everything I need but it can be a bit pricey. Some of the things I can get cheaper elsewhere. 5 star if they bargain better.

The best craft store in town. You go in to buy arts and crafts supplies and youll walk out with said supplies plus a smile. The staff is so genuinely kind and helpful. I couldnt ask for more from a arts and crafts store. I love it and would recommend it to any artist or DIYer.

Great prices and selection

I like the store and the merchandise and the chain advertises that they accept competitors’ coupons (and have for years!) ... however I presented one from AC Moore today, a national arts/crafts hobby store. Cashier gave me a hard time about accepting it and tried to tell me she couldn’t accept it because there were no physical AC Moore locations within 100 miles..... (there is one in Jacksonville approximately 100 miles north of here ... but still, I NEVER heard of this policy before? Anyone? She only begrudgingly agreed to take the competitor coupon when I said never mind I wouldn’t buy the item and started to leave.... then she said she’d take it...

Its Michaels people. If you need to craft, draw, paint, build, scrapbook, sew, stitch, etc., theyve got it. Its got great selection. Kind of hard finding staff to help if youve got questions, but other than that its great. If staff was more accessible, easy 5 stars.

Absolutely loved the store, very clean and had plenty of sales. Me and the future mrs. Were able to get alot of our wedding decorations. Not so much happy with the cashiers and whom we believed to be the manager, after price checking a couple items using the customer price check machine on the end of a isle, the prices rung up differently than what the machine told us, and the cashier nor manager would give the items for what we were expecting from the machine. As a LEO, I do believe that would be considered false advertisement. Maybe it was our fault for using the price check machine, but we arent very happy with the customer service.

This is like an crafty persons dream. I love it. Everything I needed for my even coming up. I will say one of the women back by the picture frames wasnt so friendly however, everyone else I spoke too were and they were helpful and I could spend hours in here. Can someone say shopping spree

Love finding a new craft to make or finding a 40+ percent coupon ,they have the best Halloween decorations that you just cant walk past and not buy and admire! Its not necessarily that I dislike Michaels. I feel that it is a little on the pricey side because there is limited competition for this type of store. There are some very nice things. If you use coupons and look for the specials youll make out a little better price wise.

Store was empty on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Employees were friendly & attentive. Not my usual Michaels so stopped on spur of the moment.

I actually love this store they have a wide range of pretty much everything you could need craft wise and for decorating the only bad thing was one employee was very rude there was broken glass on the floor because there were children running around and 1 of the children 3 to 4 years old knocked glass off a shelf and it busted so I told a lady that works there and she said yeah well get to that later very rudely the entire time I shopped and checked out she never went and had the glass taken care of or ask anyone else to take care of it and she was not even busy she was just leaning up against the counter but 1 bad seed shouldnt ruin it for the whole group everyone else was wonderful! Several other employees were friendly helpful one greeted me as soon as I walked in asked me if I needed a shopping cart was willing to go get it for me without me asking her to.. Over all its a great place to shop!

I make Xmas wreaths and I go here to get the straw wreaths to build on. I think that the prices are a little high on the silk flowers. This Michaels is convenient tho wines and more is right there and so is best buy.

Great store. Has coupons to use for purchases if you sign up for Rewards program. However, disappointed that it doesnt carry art protective portfolios found only at Hobby Lobby and the store has some more expensive products labeled as Everyday Deals that are not included in any coupon savings.
