My daughter couldnt even touch the trampoline because he put her too high and played on his phone the whole time. Waste of time and money

$7 for 3 minutes??? Um ok.. So i just cheer my kids on. Jump yall, do a flip, go backwards!!! Yayyy ages 9 girls had fun!!

The girl that has been working the mall jump is absolutely AMAZING!! We go back repeatedly cuz 1. My son loves it and 2. She is great, the best very friendly and works great with my son. I enformed her that my son was autisic and she already knew cuz she could tell because she has a younger brother with autism and she saw the similarities. I will tell u when someone is great with ur kid and understands them it makes things so much better easier and just a overall great. Aleays a great expirence with her. I am very pleased with this girl. Definately will be going back especially if she is there. Kudos on hiring sucha great person.

While I was letting my daughter jump, the girl working it, her name was Ashley was very nice, caring and made sure we got the best time for our money. She was too sweet and made sure my daughter was completely safe. I will definitely bring my baby back and recommend to my friends. Well done Volousia Mall Jump!

Overpriced. And made one of our little girls get on a scale in front of friends. Not discreet at all. Tweens struggle with self concept anyway. Please train your staff to be sensitive. If you are going to weigh one child then weigh the rest of the group. No one wants to feel embarrassed to jump.

I cant speak from personal experience for this fun looking activity at the mall. Im a little long in the tooth to be doing this but I enjoy watching the little kids here. The smiles on their little faces says it all.I dont know how expensive it is but the looks on the kids faces are priceless.

There where more Dillard stores then anything there I do like Dillards to a certain extent, three in under one roof hmmm

Our expirence today made us very disgusted. The girl shows up at 11:26 saying it will take her 20 mins to open. Ok understandable but I have a son on the spectrum that is very impatient and we walked around the mall waiting for her to be ready. We show back up with a line formed. This caused my son to have a meltdown causing us to have to leave. If she were open Ontime this wouldnt have been a issue. My son loves the mall jump but this expirence has me not wanting to come back at all. Sorry it had to be like this. Im really not pleased.
