Kids love being here, jumping and jousting. Groupons are great if you can find them. Staff is nice and found out lil ones can bounce if wearing purchased socks.

This is a great place for kids plenty of staff is around keeping an eye on the kids in each section at all times. Snack bar pricing is great as well!

The old Hanger 15 (on Nova Rd.) was SO much better. This one seems small. They have alot less jumping stations. They also seem to have alot of random rules. Like you can not bring an outside drink inside (Im sorry I dont want to buy a $4 soda). My daughter and I were very disappointed in this location. She used to LOVE Hanger 15, we had quite a few Birthday parties at the old location. However, we will not be returning to this new location. It is sad, because it was once a fun place for kids. Not so much anymore. :-(

My only issue was being told the wrong price (I called about an hour before we left), and also not being told about the special socks you have to buy. When I addressed it I felt like more should have been given in the response to explain why they couldnt honor there word.

Its basically for little kids, and the reason I went there is because I was part of a group that had a Spring break party deal. Second thoughts, maybe its too dangerous for very little kids. The park is completely indoors, and it consists of various netted off areas to play various high schoolish type sports - except on trampolines. So: you can risk your neck playing dodge ball, or, what seemed to give the trampolines more of a work out, basketball. What tends to happen at dodge ball is that everybody eventually loses interest in jumping around and just concentrates on nailing the opposing team. If you dont like competitive sports - and it can get surprisingly competitive - theres free style jumping around. The facility is like a school gym, locker room, and lunch room all rolled together: there are lockers, areas to buy food and eat it, and, of course, lots of tramps.There are lots of rules, and staff members to semi enforce them. We didnt have any problems, most of the protests were in jest. I guess the rules would prohibit riding a hog on a trampoline; always wanted to try that, dont think the park would appreciate someone riding a chopper in, Judas Priest style. Probably a wise, unwritten rule, as I imagine it could be literally, potentially, neck breaking.

For starters the announcements were different than the posted rules..telling everyone must where a mask when everyone was NOT. telling an adult how to hold there child while jumping, meanwhile the announcements said no flipping and there was flipping everywhere( of course the post said u could). the check in staff and the young ladies that helped with the party were amazing!

Nice place smaller than you think though fun and clean recommend ages 6-16

I miss Hangar 15 atmosphere and lay out. Not sure why they thought this location is better, but at least they should make it similar to what it was at the old location. There was a reason we didnt visit Skyzone too often.

Friendly outgoing staff, no space for babies to play (who are barely walking) also cant go into party room until the end of the party we couldnt store anything in there or let the babies play with their adults. It was empty until the last 30 minutes. Would like to reiterate that the staff was wonderful though!

This is a great place to take your children they have a blast my only complaint is we took my grandchildren down in Naples Florida they have more to offer her children with a running slide to hit a bell they had a pole that you slide down like a fire station they had a swing that you could swing out into the foam squares they just had more to offer they had more options for children smaller children Daytona one was set up more for adults or teens I was disappointed in that but it’s clean and a fun place to take your children

This place was so epic for my 2 sons, they are 3 and 6, they had an absolute blast. The workers were knowledgable, they played with the kids, started games and were very encouraging.

Kid loved it when it was SkyZone. Was packed every day and nigh . Hangar15 was always empty and needed to use Groupon to try to attract customers. Now that they were taken over by Hangat15, the new operators seem determined to ruin the place like they did the Hangar15 location. Now my kid hates this place. All the old Skyzone employees hate working there as well. Dodgeball - gone.

Awesome! They have 3 different Warrior Courses here. No complaints. Took my daughter age 6 and a friend age 3 and they loved it. We went in the day and practically had the place to ourselves, I home school. Staff was over the top helpful, everything was clean and we got a deal on Groupon so cost was great!!! We’ll be back and my daughter said she enjoyed it over the other trampoline park in town because of the Warrior Course here.

My 5 year old had her birthday party here. They did a fantastic job! It was worth the money. My daughter said, “That was an AWESOME birthday.” The staff went over and above to make sure it was perfect! They even made sure Nana had a fresh cup of complimentary coffee to-go. ;)

My 1 yr old had a blast once he got used to the trampolines. Im not too fond of the price for a 1 yr old to jump but other than that it was great. And they also have team members who, along with you. Watch over the kids. I would definitely go back

Marcus one of many employees who work at Sky zone, always has a smile and a good demeanor. His presence is definitely a benefit to the establishment. Many of the other employees also make the environment very pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the good work and the rest will follow your great example.

First time at sky zone with my 4 y/o grandson he had a wonderful time. Ashley greeted us at the door and was a pleasure to deal with she was very helpful the whole way. And Lynette she is a great people person. Very sweet and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Also great with the kids. We will be returning.

I purchased the summer pass and have taken my toddler there twice now. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating for us- even bringing out small toddler balls to an area my daughter could enjoy! I have never been there when it gets crowded- but I did overhear one staff member say to another to pull the “screen wall” if too many older ones come around, blocking them from jumping near my daughter. I felt very safe and welcomed!!

Our experience was fantastic! Stephanie went above and beyond our expectations. She was very attentive and alert. All the children love SkyZone and are still talking about it Thank you!....My only suggestion is to have more assistance for handicap children and allow a parent/guide to go along with them without having to pay.

Very very expensive. If you go on glow night they make you buy extra things. Fun though.

We went to the toddler time. It was okay. Most things were not opened to be used. Lots of staff on the floor to monitor. Lockers do cost money here, so be prepared for that. No cash for the lockers, card only. If you have Hangers sock you can trade them in instead of buying new ones. The kids had fun, but it was a bit crowded.

I bought my son and myself 90 day passes and we are very pleased. The staff are super friendly and helpful with the kids. Staff members Mike and Tobias are excellent and make everyone feel welcome. There was a huge group of kids that had come in on a field trip and they were very fair and helpful on the dodgeball court. We love it here.

Lots of fun activities! My siblings and I are all (technically) adults in age, children at heart, and we had a blast! Foam pit jousting and warrior course were quite the challenge, and the trampolines were so fun!

First off I would like to thank one of the employees for my wonderful experience. Reggie M. was able to help our group of six on a Friday evening after a rough start due to a Groupon issue. It was our first time at Sky Zone Daytona and he was able to quickly and efficiently address our problems. The kids had a wonderful time. We will be definitely returning due to his kindness.

Today was the first day I went and it was during toddler time with my son and our friends. The staff was very friendly and interacted with the kids while watching that everyone was following the rules. I do wish they advertised on the website that parents are free only if they purchase the socks for themselves and the child. The total actually came out to $17.00 for me and my son but the kids had a blast and I did as well. Overall it was a fun experience and I would recommend checking them out.

Went to a birthday party there and has a very unsafe feeling. While we were there a child broke his leg on the trampoline. Then when we were leaving the Manager was outside screaming at a customer in the parking lot accusing him of hitting a employees car. Never saw a Manager speak and act like that towards a customer before. Horrible customer service. Gave it 2 stars because the younger staff working were very kind and had great customer service. I feel maybe Management should be retrained in customer service. Wish the place could be a little safer, they mix the kids up, smaller kids with bigger kids

Big place, my kids had a blast. However they dont have a good parents area to watch the kids which was really disappointing... they do have a parent area at the front, on the 1st floor with a couple places for parents to sit and NOT be able to see their kids. In order to watch my kids I had to stand in the middle of all the chaos of children running around having fun, fine for a little while but gets old quick.

Kids loved it! A little expensive. Freezing cold so bring a jacket if your not jumping.

So where do I even begin? Perhaps creating a list will help me to make sure I cover everything. :)1. We had our little one’s 3rd birthday party here which I was interested in because my kid LOVES their toddler time. I went online to book but then followed up with a phone call where the person I spoke to, Carlton, was super nice and let me know all of the amazing things they offer from character greetings, to pizza, etc. This was in March. I was able to even put the deposit down by phone. Super easy process.2. I followed up in person (admittedly, I’m super type A LOL), and was able to speak with Lauren, one of the managers who was super sweet and confirmed everything. I was even able to pick up the complementary invitations they include as well! I was telling her how my husband and I have enjoyed having parties where all we have to do is show up and not worry about clean up at our house after etc. and she explained what to expect including that I could even add gift bags and a fruit platter if I wanted to. Of course we did! LOL They even had promotions going on for those who book in a certain time frame for the birthday boy which was pretty cool. This was September.3. Now the week of the party gets here, trying to organize all the little details and I’m freaking out and I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Jennifer another manager who was extremely nice over the phone AND in person. Let me tell you, this woman is a Godsend. We finalized the guest list, figured out the character appearances (Marshall and Chase from Paw Patrol), drinks, you name it, it was done. I even spoke with Tyler a couple times from her staff and he was also very nice and understanding. Lauren was still just as helpful as ever too! Jennifer even reassured me the day before, putting my mind at ease saying, “we can’t wait to celebrate with you guys tomorrow!”Now the day of the party is here...They certainly delivered! I think my hesitation aside from being type A LOL was because there was a review about things being unorganized for a party here. I can assure you this is NOT the case. I don’t know what company would be so warm and go above and beyond the way that these managers and staff did. We were assigned a team member named Tyra the day of the party and she was on top of it! Before we could even turn around she had the presents ready for us to load up in the car when it was all over. Plenty of water for the kids to drink during the party also in addition to fountain drinks and pizza after. We had wild toddlers running around but they had a blast and so did the parents! We had our party in the morning which was perfect for the little ones (there weren’t any big kids running around) and one parent even said “how genius to have it in the morning so they get all their energy out early.” Our little birthday boy is STILL talking about his amazing Paw Patrol birthday party.At this time of the year, it can be stressful trying to figure out a birthday party on top of Christmas being right around the corner. I got more than I could ever bargain for the price and value. We had an excellent experience and this team will forever be family to us. God bless you guys always! -The East Crew

My Husband took our 8 yr old there on a Friday evening. Staff was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They were actually discouraging him from bringing her in because there were a lot of teenagers there. Regardless of whether it was a teen night or not, Sky Zone is supposed to be a FAMILY friendly environment! He filled out the waiver and was about to pay, but because of how ridiculously UNFRIENDLY the staff was, he decided not to stay. He took our daughter to Hanger 15 and she had a BALL!! She jumped for about 2hrs straight and for HALF the price with a friendly staff AND friendly patrons.

Jaevin, Desi and Jazz made the experience totally awesome for our exchange students. They went above and beyond in every way!

By far the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is five or more interactions with the staff I had not one of them was nice or helpful. Very unprofessional establishment. They were too busy talking amongst each other and not too worried about any of the customers. I will never be returning here again

Lots of fun!!! Had to wait long for check in because there was only one person working the check in line. But besides that everything else was outstanding!!

Had a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone Daytona and it was an unpleasant experience. They could not find our party and I had to prove I paid a deposit. I had spoken to the party planner three times over the course of months, but couldn’t find our party in the system. They finally found the booking and deposit, but as a result of the mix up, it was almost an hour after everyone’s arrival time before the kids could finally jump (and it was only 90 minutes jump time) . Instead of the on-duty manager helping he was running the concessions because they were short staffed. He finally came out to help after I begged him a second time to assist with the nightmare check-in. Kids wandering everywhere and parents unsure if they could leave their kids or needed to stay because it was so chaotic and unorganized. Very stressful experience and the delay resulted in everything having to be pushed back. When it was finally time to celebrate in the party room, parents were returning to pick up their kids. Terrible experience and not worth the $475 I paid Sky zone for the party. When I called to speak to the manager on Monday, she stated it was a computer glitch and not their fault. She was short and dismissive and lacked any customer service skills. The party attendant Desi was great and once the on duty manager decided to get on board and help, they both tried to make the best of the mess. Only reason I gave two stars - most of the staff are great and the facility is clean. We will go back because my son loves to jump there and we’ve been going since they opened, however will NEVER book another party at this location.

Very well organized and the kids (10 & 13) had a great time. Very impressed with all the efforts to keep everyone safe and the whole facility clean and tidy.

Very fun active establishment to take your kids, and if young and agile enough , you can have fun too. All ages are there with activities happening. They do have party offers and sell snack type food also. Was pretty crowded on a rainy Saturday, but all went smooth. Might be a little expensive for large family, but worth checking out.

I called in to make my reservation and was treated very warmly. All my info was taken in a professional and friendly manner. The whole procedure was thoroughly explained to me and I was completely satisfied. On the day of the party, I was also treated extremely well. My party planner was Johnny as well as another girl whose name I cant remember now. Everything flowed smoothly and I could ask for any better service. They made great suggestions in terms of decorating the room and how much food to order.I was very pleased overall and will definitely return .

5th grade end of the year field trip. They had a blast. Staff is courteous, respectful, and they make sure every need is met to the highest expectations. This was our third year in a row going and they will see us next year.

We loved this place. Its pretty big with all different types of ways top jump. They have a few obstacle jump courses that we enjoyed. If jumping isnt your thing then they do offer a small area to lounge at with some arcade games to play. The offer space for parties too. The prices are fair and reasonable.

Very fun, 90 minutes and no successful flips, but the guys there helped give me tips to get better. Really good a nice experience.

My first time at sky zone, and it was awesome. I ordered two pizza pies, with blind faith and Jada made as n awesome pizza. The pizza here are great. I will come back just for the pizza. Do not let Jada go!!!

Went here once and my son loved it!! The employees were nice as well. Returned on Tuesday for the discount jump day only to be told they temporarily stop doing it...I guess because kids were out for summer break. The other jump place isnt as expensive, so we go there instead.

We had a great time at toddler hour. The team members were great and my kiddo loved the character costumes. Pretty sure he was ready to go home with Marshall. The space was clean and there were plenty of spots to jump.The bathrooms were very clean as well.

Its pretty expensive here, and its not that big either. They do stay open later then their competitor which is nice, and they also have food which is also a plus. All in all is definitely cool place to go I would revisit

My son was bullied, and I tried to inform Tyler but when i did he had 3 other people walk in to try and intimidate me. Ive called the news and filed a report. It was my sons 10th birthday and it was horrible there. I asked for management and Gaevin hung up on me, and that is unexceptable for any business, by the way thanks for not contacting more Mrs Cortez greasy example for your employees!!!

We just had our boys birthday party this past weekend and it was a blast. That would make our 3rd time going to Sky Zone and EVERY time we have gone I am so pleased with their customer service. Its an excellent place to take kids of all ages. If you have real young ones they will block off an area for them. Last time we went the employee in charge of the Dodgeball was in there with them playing and I thought that was awesome. Its a really fun place to go to!

Update: currently since June 2020 I noticed online that hangar was offering several incentives for elite pass holders; one being cafe discounts. Two months later after signing up I’m being told they are not offering the cafe discounts after I have been getting the discount on and off for two months. Some employees knew about it and some didn’t. False advertising.....I was told the website and in house are different offers. Be careful when signing up as you might be misled. Frustrating....My kid and his friends had so much fun Saturday 10/7 spent time in their favorite area (dodge ball). The game was a blast. They played several different gaming rounds.

One of the safest trampoline park my child has ever been to. They have dodge ball, noob fighting, Jacobs latter, an obstacle course, foam pit, and a whole bunch of trampolines.

My daughter LOVES THIS PLACE!! Its great for ALL ages from 1 to 70!! They have awesome employees who make sure that nobody gets too rough and everyone takes turns! I love that I can just enjoy watching my daughter and not having to make sure other older kida get too rough! Really low prices for an awesome experience!

Doesnt compare to hanger 15! So much more to do at hanger 15. I dont see why you have to buy your socks when a person already has a pair from another place. Wont be returning unless invited for a birthday.

This is a great idea for the children, and they have a league for children and trying to get a league for adults. Check it out.

What a great place to take the kids for an afternoon of fun.. and exercise! A wide array of different challenges and things to do! They also have a small arcade and they have party rooms and offer different party packages. Besides the big trampoline rooms they have trampoline basketball and a foam pit and a challenge area where you can walk across a balance beam kind of thing. If you fall, theres a foam pit underneath. They even have a sort of zipline kind of thing where you hold onto like a T handle and go across another foam pit. I read impressed with the clean, well lit facility!

I went with my son and he had so much fun he wanted to go again the next day. when I took him the next day he wanted to know if we could move the trampoline park to our house. Its fun for kids and adults, we had a blast. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. They offer snacks and food

We just had my daughters birthday party here and it was an awesome experience. Our party host made sure we had everything we needed and the kids all had a great time at the kids glow party. We will definitely recommend to others.

I will not return to this location.it is inappropriate for a 6 year old. Very ethnic loud place with mumble rap and obnoxious rap music with staff that is more concerned with dancing to songs and rapping along. We came here because we had a gift certificate but this place is expensive and small compared to hangar 15 and doesnt appear to be as culturally divested either.

I took my 7 year old for a day of fun here at sky zone and he had a blast.. Sky zone was clean and a very friendly environment. This was are first time here and due to the great staff Shana we will defiantly be back... I had ton of questions due to us never being there and she was able to assist us with everything we needed and made sure I fully understood everything.. Her patience is great lol I couldn’t thank her enough

Super awesome party. The staff here make it so easy and enjoyable. My daughter had a great time at her party. I only had to hand out the provided invites and bring the cake! Both of my kids are looking forward to coming back very soon!!

I take my 2 & 4 year old boys here for toddler time and let me tell you, 2 hours is all it takes to wear them out. I personally love the trampolines. Plenty of room to play with your kids without hurting other children as well. my oldest loves the foam pit. He climbs the ladder & falls in, no problem.They also have different cartoon characters each week or month? Not sure. But my boys love it!Will always be back.

Went to Sky Zone with my family and had the absolute best time! The staff is super friendly and the management are wonderful. I have 3 boys all different ages and there is fun for all of them to have. The pizza is fresh and they make it right in their fuel zone. I love racing my son in the arcade, really a great time, i am definitely going back!

Bria is very attentive and goes above and beyond! All the workers here are great and keep this location clean and running smoothly. Would recommend and will be coming again.

The staffs friendliness is the best! If you see the worker Ashley talk to her she is super nice! She definitely deserves a promotion or a raise. The ninja course is Super cool! Great place for a group event! We visited with a group of international students from Embry-Riddle. We had a blast! The staff were very helpful in arranging our visit, and very accommodating to our needs of the day of our visit. They were patient and kind throughout the process. Highly recommended!
