Its a hidden gem with some really beautiful trails, and theres never anybody there. The only downside is the trails are marked extremely poorly and there are lots forks and side paths to easily get you turned around. There also doesnt seem to be any kind of comprehensive map available online, which is weird.

Navigate to: 8230 S Wolf Creek Pike for entrance to Ghost Hedge Nature TrailMy experience today was a 2-star experience, but hardly because of the location. There are a lot of bugs, but even that wasnt so bad and could have been easily overcome by some pants and a thin long sleeve. The real downside was the spider webs, which I ate one of about every 20 feet. Even with waving a stick, they persisted. However, the trail itself was a nice easy walk (a little overgrown in a few spots), and would have been very pleasant otherwise.Anyway, consider this location for spring and fall, when longer layers wont make you too hot, and the bugs are less plentiful.

It’s not an awful park, but it’s only okay. The bigger pond is fairly pretty. Combined with bad signage and wayfinding - there’s plenty of better options.

Went for our first time today with the horses, the camp grounds were very well maintained the horse trails were pretty nice too . Biggest problem was all the horse flys. Soon as we got out of the truck swarmed by horse flys and the whole trail ride was nothing but horse flys. So if your looking to trail ride there maybe go in the fall when flys arent as bad and itd be a nice ride ..

Great fishing. Have enjoyed the picnic area. Not anymore crime than anywhere else in OHIO. Everyone carries a stick when they walk. Lots of 4 legged animals.
