A great place to go for help.

What an amazing place! The customer service, especially in the Tech Lab is exceptional and everyone is always so willing to greet and assist our groups. Wonderful!

This is a very nice place to work out. Me and my dad has worked out there since they opened.

One of the best exercise facilities in the region. Pickleball courts open daily. Dedicated and trained staff make this center even more of a pleasure to use. If you havent tried the Kroc yet, you should!

My 3 sons enjoy the Kroc Center, and I also enjoy being a member. However, I called about 30 minutes ago to inquire about when my membership expired and why I was charged beyond my membership date. I never signed a new contract, and the manager could not locate one. I was hung up on when I told her that legally I was not bound to the contract, and I wanted either a refund or credit for the two months I was charged. Its been a while since we frequented there. She was very disrespectful and condescending and she hung up on me.

Very dissapointed at this establishment. I have been coming here for almost 3 years and am never entering this place again...due to how they treat their employees...you dont find good dedicated employees that often but they had one sensational one and forced her to resign...sad but true..i enjoyed working out and enjoyed the classes but do not condone what certain staff did to this person...so please make your own decision people,but in the end you will find out what type of staff work here...usually the good workers get the worst treatment ...this person was the most knowledgeable person in her field and someone out there will be lucky to have her on their team.. she will be missed...do not join this place there are so many gyms out there...personality in people keep clients coming back remember that...it is supposed to be an enjoyment working out not a chore...shame on you......

Family Oriented.

I have found the lower management in the fitness center to be quite discriminative. Certain managers (Seth, Debbie, and Erin) tend to give extra leanancy to preferred personnel, and bully their less preferred personnel. They prefer less qualified individuals for employment and rid the more qualified personnel to satisfy personal obligations. They recently told a great longer term personal trainer employee they would scale their hours back due to being too personal while attending the fitness area. This is discriminative. After scaling back the employees hours they then made references of death type threats if any of the information about the reduction of hours for the employee were mentioned outside the room in which they were talking to any fitness members or non members. To attempt to keep the establishment from legal issues they allowed the employee to continue working minimal hours that would prevent proper income to sustain a normal life and would therefore force the employee to quit, rendering them from any legal discriminative actions from the employee.The point is the management is corrupt, discriminative, bullying, and manipulative. Dont become a member of such establishment, or work there. The Salvation Army should be ashamed to have management like Seth, Erin, and Debbie.

My daughter had her kindergarten graduation here. She attends Richard Allen Preparatory Academy. Very nice amenities.

I play pickleball there. The venue is great, with 6 indoor courts. The staff members are very helpful and kind...every one of them. You always get to play a lot with so many courts.

I love what they did with the after school thing because they have Classes were kids can learn something

Social skill for the receptionists was very nasty today... She new how ignorant she was she wouldnt tell her name..today at five she answered.. rude and hostile

I always enjoy myself when I go to the Croc. Center wether it is the Sat. movies or Spa night or what-ever event its always with my family and thats what is importan to me !
