Weve always liked this park. Great play options (swings, slides, monkey bars) for the little and the big kids! A good venue for hosting outdoor parties of 20 or more with the pavilion and picnic tables, plus basketball hoops, frisbee golf, and a walking path nearby! Well kept grounds and the people have been welcoming and kind.

Great little frisbee golf park. Only 6 holes, theyre all shorter in length, but for practice they work great. Also they have grills, unlike Western, for grilling out after a couple rounds. Giving 4 put of five 5 stars because very very little parking, and there is play ground equipment close enough to the course that messed up throw could be flying towards children. All in all Id go back.

Equipment was dated but not dirty. It has both baby style swing and regular swings. Then there are 4 different slides my daughter had fun.

Great little park for Davenport. Disc golf is the main attraction but great for kids with the jungle gym area. Also has a pavilion with grills for groups and decent bathrooms.

I enjoyed this little park course. I believe there were six disc golf baskets. Easy birdies along with flat terrain.

Has a small playground for children. Also features a 6 hole disc golf course. Not the best but if you need a disc fix quick it will do.

This park is named after my Grandfather, Richard J. Slattery. He was the park director back in 1977 until he was murdered at his Vander Veer park office on May 10 of the same year.
