The Manager Silvia is a great and kind person

The manager of the place, Silvia is an arrogant, inrespectful and capricious person, she has no education to speak to the residents of the place, she does not care that her actions harm the children who reside in this address, regardless of the rules from the same place that she is in charge of driving, however, she goes beyond the rights of residents and the right of children to education, because knowing the dangerous condition that children and we are living due to COVID-19 and that children depend on important utilities such as the internet, the manager and her workers without any preparation or training resorted to making repairs to exposed cables at the back of our unit, causing my children to be shocked and WORRIED about the lack of access to their online classes. The error and incompetence of the manager and her employees have caused concern, stress, anxiety and insecurity due to the loss of a whole day of learning for the resident children. Due to the prepotency and arrogance of the manager and the impotence of the mother of these children to help them, she suffered an anxiety attack causing health problems that were clearly visible in the way she behaved and her bodily functions, which were cause of ridicule and intimidation by the manager and her employees. Despite the fact that she and her workers caused this problem, the manager yelled to the mother that she still not repair it, that she will not be tell what to do and refused to repair it , leaving the problem to the mother and her children to solve it by them selves.When the mother asked for the managers supervisor phone (the mothers rights), the mother was once again ridicule and bullied by the manager, refusing to provide her supervisors phone number, apologetically asking the reason and making excuses of her behavior was caused by the mothers anxiety attack. The managers refusal to provide her supervisor phone number is not the first time, one way or another she always refuse to give that right to the customer or Tennant.

This place deserves zero stars.Internet is the worst theres no options at all.Cars drive around like if it was a freeway. But yet they are more worried about people parking for a few minutes on the side of the house, makes me wonder if they made a deal for every car they tow they get money.. rent gos up every year but yet dont use that money to fix internet cable lines or contracts or even the power . It gos out many time thru out all summer . Also parking was slightly better before, now people gotta park in the streets because the front businesses need the parking but is always empty. Im sure they have contract with the tow truck another reason to make money n to sell parking permits at high price.. smh . if every person in this mobile park would get together a difference could be made since at the end of the day you guys pay rent so the park belongs to the residents.. got to demand more back, rent keeps getting higher and residents are not getting nothing in return!!!!

PROS:-Peaceful Neighborhood-Pool/Spa-Management (like HOA) enforces rules/regulations so that park stays presentable.-Pet friendlyCONS:-Very poor internet availability (DSL or Satellite at 7Mbps).-Additional monthly charges for bulky trash items (with the possibility that outsiders could be dumping).-Speed bumps are ineffective-Limited Visitor Parking-Pool is accessible to anyone (outsiders).

Managment in this park is just a joke, from the maintenance workers that are not qualify for their jobs that they apply for to the manager of this place that has a very rude and arrogant way to talk to the tennents and future residents as well. I will really think it twice.

I give it a minus 5 stars. Be very careful visiting this place when you look for park guest parking is full of cars that arent guest. you try to park by a house youre visiting, they will tow you , my first time at this place I was there visiting someone whos son had died, along with other family members when a tow truck appeared lifted a familys car whos battery was dead, and explained the situation, but the driver did not care he needed $90. or he would take the car and it would cost $500. to get it back. So we paid and noticed a car down a few homes down the park also park by the side of the house and sent someone to warn these people to move, but the driver got on his truck turned around and lifted that car and the owner came out and Im sure they had to pay as well. Avoid this place, and Im going to complain to the city about this place, and have them inspect and fine whoever is in charge for whatever they find that is not up to code, Im sure theyll find many things wrong.

I was interested in purchasing a home here but I found out somethings that basically deterred me from this location. First they have very minimal visitor parking and homes only allow for 2 parking spaces. Second the pool is ok but the rec area is so out of date and the entire facility itself is out of date. Lastly and the biggest reason I would not own a home here is the cable and internet situation... they dont have cable lines ran or any type of internet lines. So basically this place is still living in the 60s but they still increase the rent for your space annually but dont update their infrastructure accordingly. I recomend possibly finding another place to rent because this place needs to catch up with the times for sure before I would ever consider purchasing a home here.

Mobile home park centrally located in Covina. Close to all types of shopping and food places. Nice park managers, but I have noticed that there has been a high turn over rate of managers and maintenance people. That problem seems to be with the main management company, Community Asset Management.

Charged a 50$ cash only deposit for a non-smoking room. When I called to ask how it would be refunded to me, they informed me that a deposit payed in cash could only be given back to the same person in cash, and it must be done in person. This is impossible for me, as I was in the area on business and left quickly after my stay. They then informed me that they had proof of me smoking in the room (which I did not, I smoked off the property, as I was instructed to by the counterperson) and that they could not share the evidence they collected that proved it.On top of this, when I arrived the room was not made, there were dirty towels everywhere, and the bed was tossed like it had recently been slept in.During the call the attendant was curt and unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any reasonable alternatives.

Management does absolutely zero for the residents. They add more rent in and take away amenities. They want residents to do what they will not do themselves ( such as painting their property, painting the roads, and putting in speed bumps so people can not use the road as a drag strip).The Management thinks they are Gods and they control the entire park even though we pay the rent and their salaries.

Good place to live with the exception that your rent goes up Every year $100.
