Management needs to look at over crowding in their park because we are getting an overflow of their tenants parking on our residential street. Leaving their cars for long periods of time and also leaving trash that we home owners are having to clean up!

Thanks for the horrible experience Rosie Rivera. thank you for always avoiding everybody and not doing your job. thank you for all the difficult sales and times you give everybody for no reason.Such a horrible experience, i can not get a hold of the manager even if my life depended on it. she does not answer her phone or even bother replying to you.. have been dealing with her for over a month now and only recieved one or two replies. i am not suprised to see all the negative remarks left on here because of rosie rivera the manager.very sad for all the tenants and anybody trying to stay here in the lot. good luck to you.please if you read this. get to doing your work your ruining this place

Horrible experience with this park DO NOT buy or rent here, Im still trying to get out of here, the manager in charge is very hard to contact and hard to deal with. I have been trying to sell my newly remodeled home for over four months now and they wont approve any of my clients because I dont want to use their realtor or because I want to sell owner to owner also I feel they take my clients or scare them of. There is a list of home owners that I have obtained all their signatures and are going through the same or worst nightmare. I have tried so many times to contact a regional manager but the last one that was supposed to help me quit and now Im back to square one. If no one helps out we will have to resolve it legaly.

My younger sister bought a móbil house for me to live in and I moved in about 1.5 months ago and all my neighbors have been very welcoming! !!! Móbil house is a single but it has everything I could possibly need and whoever owned it prior to my sister buying it did an addition of a room which in time u hope to convert into a guest bedroom! ! !!

Great place to live quite, always clean for me its a decent place to raise my children.

Less than one star. Manager is mean and doesnt obey the rules, writes you up for dumb things. dont recommend this place to anyone. worse place I ever lived. Manager will get you for the stupidest things if she doesnt like you. people are nice if you get to know them. Rip off of your money mobile homes stay empty long times and are not so clean inside. Wasted money time and life there, dont buy here.
