I own a home in beautiful Rancho San Jose one the few all age mobile home communities worth living in, for the area, the manager while strict really cares about the property and its residents. Rarely is there a open space and when there is they get sold fast. Great community!

One of the best looking and maintained mobile home parks around. Although spaces can be a bit tight, there are plenty of other amenities that satisfy the atmosphere like trees! Its are good walk through the park and although they did get rid of their pool, you wont miss it. Laundry is a bit small and takes long to get in and out...theres a great laundry down the street if you really need one. Close to markets and shopping centers (Walmart/Target/Sams etc), 5 city blocks away but makes the neighborhood still feel secluded. Joey the manager can nitpick but overall the park is in good shape and has a great atmosphere. Low prices for the area also.

These homes are beautiful and the park is always clean. My great grandparents lived there for many years and I lived with them for a few years when I was very young. I will always remember how amazing they personally kept the place clean and how nice the park always looked.
