We love it here. Its quiet and everything we need. The problem is the HOA fees are REDICULOUS!! $460 per month. Recently the neighborhood was sold to Home Town America. Hopefully they manage the site a little better. Especially snow removal. The roads in the park here were never plowed. Theres no trash pick up. You have to drop it off yourself. Mail boxes are next to the trash/recycling drop off. No street lights. Roads are very dark at night. There really are no other amenities here. No gym or walking trails, or how about a dog park!? We all have dogs here!! Sure would be a better facility if they actually had some amenities for all that money. Were looking for other options locally

Live in this mobile home park 20 years very nice

The reservoir itself was decent, it was the service that was bad. The buildings themselves are meant for use in the summer or spring and yet they have no air conditioner. The tennis court and basketball court is there,but there is no tennis rackets or basketballs to use while you are there. The building was well isnt taken care of as well as it should have been. The bathrooms were horrendous. That is just a few of my complaints. I hope this helps you decide on if this place is a good idea to go to in the future.

Completely ridiculous!!! If youre thinking about buying a home here, DONT!!! Why would anybody want to buy a house located on land you have no chance of ever owning? Even if you buy the home outright, you still have to pay rent, property taxes and hoa fees. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Trust me, keep looking, even if you have to spend an extra $100,000 for a home located on land that you will own, youll be saving yourself a whole lot of time, money and headaches.

Its a great place if youre looking to find a cozy to home. Very friendly neighborhood.

Pleasant community. Speed and loud auto and motorcycles gives it a negative slight impact.

Wonderful place for picnics for small or large groups. Horseback riding, walking trails and golf, too.

Nice well kept and quiet community

You pay taxes on the land and a rental fee it goes up every two years. Expensive to live here. Lots of rules to follow.
