I bought a brand new mobile home. Was very excited having a new home. However it might as well be made of paper. Everything is falling apart. The molding on the ceiling, the molding on the walls, the molding on the kitchen cabinets. It’s a paper house. I have black mold on my ceiling because the roof leaks. Looks like they knew and painted over it. I have a cinder block missing in the foundation which leads to feral cats fighting in the crawl space. We have a brand new laundry area. If you like wrinkled clothes, guess it’s for you

A peaceful and affordable place to live! Wonderfully kind and helpful neighbors make it a quaint community of down to earth residents. Many of the homes have such meticulously landscaped yards, which provides beauty and tranquility as you walk along the grounds. My little paradise that I call home.

Very ugly, dirty park for Mobile Homes. Barely any yards and pretty much just placed anywhere. Would not lease or buy here, no way...

Terrible customer service, called and they rushed me through the call, did not care to answer my questions and since they did not get the response that they wanted from me, they abruptly hung up on me. Would not live here.

Just moved here 2 months ago. Very nice place to live. Not at all like Leisure Village.

Its a place with trailers, that people live in....looks clean
