Looks like a very nice place to live 55+ community. Would love to find someone selling a home there. Would be very interested.

This park has been resident-owned for several years now, which means lot fees are NOT intended to create profit/benefits for a third party owner, but rather for the benefit of the community itself. I have lived here for 6 years, and love the wooded atmosphere and quiet neighborhood. Homes in the park are maintained well, and almost all homes have carports, which is not the case in most mobile home parks. I have great neighbors, and also enjoy the regular visits by local turkeys. :) Its a nice place to retire.

The mobile park is resident owned and the park fee is reasonable. Very quiet with many nice mobile homes available to buy. Good place to retire.

I live here the people are great and friendly it has a forest look and wildlife like turkeys roaming around it is owned by its park members and because of this we are working the new ownerKinks out. I love it here
