One of the best trails weve been on in Corpus. Its so peaceful. The informative signs are awesome and a great learning experience for all ages. We enjoyed taking a break at the many benches they put along the trails. It helps to rest, look around and smell all the plants around you. Just love it.

It was great everything is beautiful. I would say you should go at least once to see how beautiful it is Then never go again so it stays beautiful for me. Also please pick up after yourself and leave the animals alone. One last thing obey the signs and dont ride your bike in areas you are not supposed to.

Excellent jogging/walking trail, even great for bicycles or longboards/skateboards but then you cant go on the jogging trails and are limited on choices. Also dog friendly, and everyone you pass while on the trail is very friendly and it makes the whole experience more enjoyable. There are some gazebos to gaze out on the water and the flour bluff area. The nature is also very beautiful, with many birds and other animals just roaming freely.

The Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve contains a few miles of easy to hike trails. Trails are either dirt or crushed gravel and are fairly well maintained and flat. The Preserve is dog friendly but they must be on a leash. There are multiple lookout points in the preserve with views of the bay and out into the wetlands. The preserve has a small nature center open during business hours as well as a playground.Even if the gate to the parking lot is closed, there is walk in access next to the gate and street parking.

Cant coment on the facility but its a nice little walk. Corpus could use a greenway and more nature places like this for outdoor activities. Tempted to rate them lower as I used to bike here before they made it a park and outlawed bicycles. If you have feet and joint problems and prefer to bike, dont come here. Otherwise you and the dog (on a leash) can stretch your legs for a mile or two.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful park, and preserve. My parents took me, my cousin and my grandparents here, since they were visiting from England. They L O V E D it! The staff in the learning center were very kind and accommodating. They told my little cousin and grandparents facts about the snakes, and even showed us the shedded skin! They also searched for the centipede, that had burrowed in his cage, so that they could see it. Overall a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Great free day out for the kids. They have a science center with microscopes to use, frogs, lizards and other small creatures to explore. There is kenetic sand to explore. They have a beautiful pond to watch the tadpoles in. There is a playground, a small hill that we enjoy flying kites on or just running and rolling. There are picnic tables, indoor lavatories. There are hiking trails with creatures to see. Its a wonderful bonding with the kids kind of place. Shut the cell phones off and explore.
