Dont go there, unless you dont mind having your water turned off at random times and with out notice and off for the entire day. The park allows the kids to play all hours of the night and have parties every weekend. Not worth it for how expensive it is.
It looks nice,but no one is in the office to help you to see a mobile home for sale
Great safe community, Pool is nice and deep up too 8.5 ft. Friendly Neighborhood. A big clubhouse to host private family functions.
Overall pretty peaceful and Juan park manager is awesome and extremely helpful and kind.
Nice place to live compared to other mobile home communities.
