Its a nice, clean, cool 55 senior community, a peaceful neighborhood I really like in there, its a place do you really like to live.

Nice community of mobil homes. Well maintained.

Safe. Friendly. And I have such a peace of mind knowing my step mom is in a safe and happy place!

BEWARE!! This mobile home park allows people who are under the age of 55 to purchase homes in the park. The manager Vicky knew this and allowed someone to purchase the home under this persons fathers age requirement and was told to never tell anyone she had done so. She told him to lie about the fact that his father would not be living there to the other residents and gave him a contract that he signed his fathers name to fully aware is father was not on the property to sign. Very disrespectful to other owners and most disreputable behavior from the park manager.

Some of the people need to wear appropriate clothing while gardening. Theres some things the world needs not to see.

I have always loved this small community living. Although I dont live there I visit several friends and have family living there...they are all very happy.

Clean and mean. This park is well kept and is nice. Nice pool. Outdated game room. Very mean and unwelcoming people. Some are nice but I hate having to come here to visit.

I would give the park four or five stars but unfortunately because of the manager Vici I only can give 2 stars...Vici the manager singles out certain seniors and then shows favoritism to others, she medals way too much in peoples personal business that has nothing to do with the mobile home park or Common Grounds. The way she picks on certain seniors is sad, unprofessional and completely wrong! Also I have to give less stars because even though there are lots of grassy common ground areas perfect for seniors to walk and play with their dogs, the manager absolutely does NOT allow dogs on ANY grass area..not even when streets are too hot for dog paws. :( Management seems to be selective on which seniors have to follow park rules, and which seniors they let break park rules. Its a shame because its a nice clean park with some very friendly residents.

Visited the recreation center for a gathering. Super nice mobile homes! I wish I was 55 so I could live there lol

The place is kept clean, however the staff are rude and nasty. I had a guy stop me as I drove out from the lady I looked after temporarily to yell at me because he knocked on the door and no one answered. I explained I was in a hurry and had to leave and never heard a knock. He looked at me expecting Me to turn around to go let him in the yard to read some meter! And huffed when I shrugged and said I had to go. Although they knew I stayed their temporarily to help care from someone. They wouldnt allow me to go anywhere inside the place without my friend being with me. I sat in the jacuzzi reading a book and they had a fit! Bunch of nosey people who are on a major power trip!

Great place to live, super friendly and clean! Has pool and you can walk your dog around.
