Have a friend who lives here. Seems like a quiet well kept mobile home park.

This park has gone down hill since Ive lived there. The pool is only open for about 4-5 months out of the year also its very out dated, they need to fix the concrete around the pool there are places were you can trip. Also they never clean the pool Ive cleaned out the filters myself and Ive noticed that they are very out dated and they dont work correctly. As for the park theres nothing to do, No activitys for tenants to get involved in. Some parks have bingo and were you can do potluck dinners , try to get to know your neighbors. The So called Rec room is a joke! The place has old equipment you cant even use some of it cause its broken. Also the carpet and furniture is dirty and old. The lady that owns the park is sure quick to make the rent go up and up. Its gotten so high my parents cant afford to live there any longer. They are in the process of selling their home. I think thats Ridiculous that 2 senior citizens on Social Security Retirement cant afford to live in a Manufacturer home. Creekside Mobile Home needs some TLC. Thanks

This is a clean well kept community. The manager Karen is so helpful and always smiling...what a hidden gem.

Nice, well kept neighborhood, quiet and friendly people to bond with. Dos Lagos down the street...with all the shopping centers, movie Theater too....CANT BEAT THAT!!!!!!!

My daughter and my ex live there. Not a bad place.
