I went to this place and paid for a annual membership of $490. The first time I went was the same day and went to the locker changed clothes got in the pool and made two laps and they told me to get out the pool was closed. I went straight to the front desk and got my money back. They have nice facilities but need new leadership will never go back.

Pool and massage chairs are amazing! Going back to do more for sure! Disinfectant wipes and sprays are every where for you to wipe down and the equipments!

So much fun. This is the best for birthday parties especially when the weather starts to get too chilly.

The facility was nice. The staff was wearing masks. But, I think I only saw one member actually wearing one.

Semi-new resident of Conway. I was encouraged to look into the Conway Rec Center for exercise and social interaction. Very impressive facility and the staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. $20 monthly for Coway residents. Great list of scheduled activities for all ages. Beautiful pool is just one of the options in the Center. Highly recommend.

The bathrooms were dirty, garbage overflowing. There are no changing tables for babies. The tables and floors were filthy. We booked 4 hours, but They told us we could only have 3 1/2 hours, but still charged us for 4. We only used 3 hours but they still charged us for 4. Refused to refund us for the unused hour. I will never recommend having a party here to anyone. We have 2 more parties planned, but we will NOT be having them at the Conway Rec Center.

I love how personal it is here. Everytime I walk in I see a smiling face and they actually remember who I am. I love that they ask follow ups from past conversations.

Huge pool gradual increase in depth of water. Very comfortable air and water temperatures. Friendly helpful staff. All ages of children are welcome. They have an affordable day pass for general public.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Pool Birthday party. When I called I was informed that the pool Room was not available on the date I needed. I was given another Room instead. When I completed the form and paid the deposit I asked if we ran over a couple of minutes would we be charged and I was only informed by an additional $15. As I am unable to lift I was informed be chairs and tables would be set up. On the date of the event, the pool room was available but we were not given the option to use it. The facility did not have the tables and chairs set up. We ran over by 3 minutes because we were cleaning. We were told we would not receive our money back per the director.The individuals at the facility dont seem to know what theyre doing. Nor do they seem to care about customer service. I strongly urge anyone using this location to be sure that they record the conversation to reserve rooms and be prepared to lose the security deposit.

Really liked the gym, though the bathrooms I think it might need an update. We will be signing up! The pool looks awesome and my hubby is excited about the punching bag.

We rented the room with the kitchen for my daughters baby shower. Everything was fine until people from another room kept coming in the kitchen looking to use items from the kitchen. They are allowed to get ice but that is all. It never stopped, different people kept coming in and out of the kitchen. I plan to speak to management about the incident. Overall we had a great day.

Very well maintained. They just added some new baseball diamonds for little League also.

Great Recreation and exercise facility my granddaughter was visiting from out of town it was a great place for us to go for the day for swimming. Facility was clean I was very impressed with the fact that they had a family changing room.

I love the amenities at the Conway rec center. However, I dont feel safe having my child swimming there due to the inadequate lifeguards. I have only met one, Kathryn, who was great. She addressed problems. All the other make lifeguards are too busy talking with friends or flirting with girls to address things. My daughter has been shoved off the wibit, kicked, and jumped on by older boys at the pool and no one says anything. If you complain to the lifeguards, they still dont do anything. Its sad. My daughter loves to swim, but the Managers need to do something about the older kids bullying and the lifeguards not doing anything.

This review is for the Rec center only. The facility is nice but the staff are clueless and don’t even try to help. Went there today, walked up to a young girl at the desk. She was playing on her smart phone, looked like Facebook. When I stopped at the desk she continued to Facebook for a few more seconds. She seemed bothered by my presence. I asked a few simple questions which resulted in blank stares, deer in the headlights. I found the info I needed from another member. The other employee there was also on their phone. I have yet to join this gym, still thinking about it. The employees actions certainly don’t help.

My niece plays volleyball and loves it.

Beautiful facility! Everything you could ever want all in one place. The classes and instructors are awesome. They have pickleball on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. So happy to join up and start working out again. Love it here

Pools closed due to weather ok no problem. However they say if the hear thunder they shut down for 30 minutes been here an hoir and all i see are lifeguards playing on their phones and none of them habe any doors open to listen

I went for the red Cross provisions for the aftermath of Hurricane Florence, but also received alot of information from all kinds of different sources. It was very helpful. I was very glad I was able to go and appreciated all of there help very much.

I go here to use the fields to fly my drone. Not very busy usually. Nice place to walk around for a few moments peace.

Some of the stands are outdated, damaged and very uncomfortable to try to sit on. Ya better bring your own chair. Fields were nicely kept and Rec. Staff seemed friendly.

I think I came here to pick up someone but from what I could tell it looked really nice inside. Im not gonna leave a good rating just cause I know nothing of this place except that its recreational.

Staff is super nice. Lots of classes available with convenient times. Plenty of equipment. They do come up with silly rules that seem unnecessary like specific weight placement and limiting places you can have classes on.

Its a nice place whe the children are in school but when school is out the pool is out of control with teen agers

Great water classes, circuit slam on Thursdays at 9:50 AM is awesome! Come join in a great circuit workout!

Very very busy at 6p. Small parking lot up front to the building. Had to drive around that lot 4x to get an up close spot. Cant walk far distances. Didnt like the busyness there. People walking all over the parking lot made it precarious drive and back up.

It took me a long time to get up my courage to go swimming and work out. As a woman who has been morbidly obese for over a decade, Im used to ridicule. I went to the rec center and signed up on the spot. Marcia at the front desk is amazing! Everyone is encouraging and friendly. The hours are convenient and theres everything I need. This place has, quite literally, saved my life. Thank you all, and Marcia deserves a raise!

City of Conway is a fantastic city. Still has small town feel. I think it is the City employees that make it that way.

Great place for seniors

One of the best parks around. Baseball, basketball, soccer fields, kiddie park, RC track and an 18 hole Disc golf course. Grills and shelters are there for large groups and a concession stand can be utilized as well. All free of charge.

Clean facility. Clean water. Friendly staff. Floating obstacle coarse is great for kids of all ages

Lovely place to workout and do other things

This is the gym I use every day. Its the cleanest one around this area. My only complaint is that when a piece of equipment gets broken it takes a while to get fixed.

This is an awesome place for kids and grown ups alike

Mostly positive, at times especially mornings it can be crowded, but if you go after 1:00 P. M. you can have the weight room practically to yourself. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to concerns or problems you might have.
