This place is amazing! Fun for mini ninja warriors and parents alike. The only complaint I have is our pizza was way undercooked but I didnt come for the food anyway. Staff reheated it for us no problem. Socks seem to run small so order a size up!

What a cool place! So I have visited trampoline parks, but this is that plus more. I really like that there is a play area for small kids who may otherwise not enjoy the trampolines. This play area is multi-level and has many obstacles that make hiding or playing fun. There are areas for doing flips, playing dodgeball, climbing walls, basketball goals to dunk on using trampolines, and four different obstacles courses set up Ninja Warrior style. They offer a snack area as well as pay for massage chairs. There are different pricing options. The highest price option allows you to access all areas. Other pricing options only allow you to access certain areas. The best thing to do is check the webpage and choose your local Urban Air to determine your options. The Conway location staff was super friendly and amazing. They allowed our group to come in during off hours. Definitely check them out if you want something different than just trampolines.

Usually its great experience but today ran into many problems... Was less busy then I have seen on Sundays but today seems1. Very low staff(need more training)2. Took 20 mins to check in3. No WiFi4. Out of few food items5. Very slow food service (especially when they only serve nachos, pizza, hotdogs and drinks)6. Manager unavailable for longer than usual

My boys are 9 & 5 and love this place! Urban Air is set up where a parent can see a lot of the places without having to run all around after them. Snacks ate a bit expensive, but thats pretty normal for any venue.

Very awesome well worth buying a membership keep kids busy. theres a sitting area so you can hold parties or go have something to eat. If you have no extra money theres a water fountain. Wonderful massage chairs. The place is very handicapped accessible and stroller friendly.

Recently had our birthday party here! Host was helpful and was super affordable to add virtual reality band to those who wanted to experience that.

Staff acts like they arent getting paid enough, or are being asked to do more than they want to do. They are always more worried about gathering in small groups away from the customers. My grandkids didnt notice, because she always has fun.

They were amazing. We had a party there planned months in advance. Well some negative things happened and they were so gracious to make sure we still had an amazing party. Thanks for making it a great experience. Staff was AMAZING and understanding even the owner was awesome with our situation.

Our son loves this place. He can literally play for hours. The reasonably priced snackbar is a big bonus too.

As far as the activities for the kids, it was great, there is a lot to do, but evry employee acted like they hated their job, not one did I see a smile on their face! This is a kid friendly environment, if you dont like kids youre in the wrong business, if you are working around and with kids, put a smile on your face! The concession stand was horrible. Several people walking in and out and would look at you but wouldnt stop to help you. You will easily wait in line 10-15 minutes. They told us they would bring our food to our table, after 15 minutes of waiting, I went up there and it was sitting in the warmer. I had to ask for it! No customer service skills at all. The play areas that require an adult worker to help out such as the ropes course and bumper cars, half the time would have no one there or only one person which made for longer wait times. We drove 2.5 hours to have tons of fun. What he kids had fun, bit will go elsewhere because of the terrible service!

My family and I love this place. It is great for the whole family. Super fun. The only issue we had was my nephew wanted to play the VR games and we were told 5 and up could play, but what they really mean is 6 and up. You have to be 6 to play the VR games; 5 and up implies that you can be 5 to play. His little heart was broken that day when we had to tell him that he could not play it after being told his age was enough. He just turned 6, and we did take him back to play. We still love this place, but maybe the wording needs to be different for that particular rule.

Great place to bring the kiddos, wonderful staff, great activities. Would recommend to anyone. Get the membership to save a lot of money add the parent pass in case you get a wild hair . Great snacks and fast service throughout the entire area. Burn through your kids energy and keep them in good shape. Thanks to the owners, what a wonderful place!!!

This place is absolutley incredible!! From the trampolines and the climbing walls, to the Ninja course and Virtual reality games( which is really amazing) this is the place for kids and adults to play. There are endless play plans that allow you to pay a monthly payments from $6.99 on up to $34.99. The food stand is also great. The pizza is especially good.

Great place to bring the kids! The staff was very patient and kind to the younger kids. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. If I had any complaint it would be the lack of comfortable seating for adults. But that is a small issue to deal with when compared to how much fun the kids had. We will be back for sure.

If you little kids this is a great place to take them and set them loose. Everything is safe, clean, and well staffed. They have a kids day which is great for the smaller children.

Had a great time with the family. We did the platinum package so we could use the VR unlimited. Obstacle courses, trampolines galore, kid’s area, rock wall, and battle beam. We got here early and had the whole place between us and two other families for about an hour.... which doesn’t seem like a long time, but I wasn’t used to jumping around and climbing, etc, non stop. We stayed about three hours and it was well worth the money. The staff there was great. Very friendly and helpful/informative. We’ll definitely be back!Edit: went again for birthday party. Urban air is a gun place to go to if you want an interesting work out. However. Many parents treat the place like a babysitting center. The only staff presence is at the front desk, concessions, and the ropes course/climbing walls, everywhere else kids are running around ignoring any and all rules with no staff. I realise that this is predominantly a kids place, however, it would be nice to be able to jump without having to worry about hitting a kid.Also they hide the water fountains in the back.

The kids loved it and it could be so much more, but everything is booking into pay per section.

Our kids love to go to urban air. We have been several times and it is always a good time.

We took our kids here and we got there around 4:50pm and they closed 10 mins before 6 for a private event but they charged us full price even though it was less than an hour our kids got to play.i wouldnt recommend this to anybody the way they are running this business is wrong. And their employees are rude to kids.no one yelled at your employees but for now on we will go else were thanks

I went here with my family and had even more fun than the kids. The trampolines were fun but I had the most fun doing the rock walls and ropes courses. I recommend getting the package that has these features!

They offer a great variety of packages. The platinum package may be a little pricey to some ($30 per child), but they have so much for kids (and adults!) to do with that package and dont usually implement a time limit on it, so it is definitely worth it to this mom of 3.

This is a fun area to bring your kids when the weather outside is unbearable. Its pretty large with a play area for smaller children that works gross motor skills with tunnels, slides, and obstacles inside a netted area. There is a large area with several trampolines for all ages and a few different climbing wall options. It also has a fun ninja warrior and ropes course for the older kids. We went during their jumparoo time (Friday they offer a toddler jump for 5 years old and under for only $5 plus the cost of socks). Once you purchase the socks once (under $3 per pair) you can wash them at home and bring them back so you dont have to continue to pay for them.The only issue I had was that their balls in the ball pit under the ninja warrior course werent super clean (obviously this is hard to do with so many in a large area) but it was passable and my toddler enjoyed jumping into the 3 feet deep balls even if she couldnt reach the course ropes. We just washed our hands afterwards.Great place! Lots of fun!

I really regret not going to this place sooner. I bought the Platinum Membership for my sons and boy, have I gotten a #BangForMyBuck. This place gets super busy, but youd never think that once you walk in. Its layout is well thought out. When either myself or my wife take the kids we can easily spend 2-3+ hours there.

I would advise an older adult to bring a seat cushion.Virtual Reality:Only one of the systems is working at a time when they have 4 that can be used.Video Games:The video games are also (NOT) working out of order.Concession stand:We go to the concession stand to order to nachos and the nacho machine is out of order.Decided to order a hot dog instead and there are no hot dogs.They do however have a variety of chips fountain and canned drinks, hot pizza, selection of candy bars, and mini melt ice cream.Massage Chair:I decided I wanted to use the massage chair and have a seat scan my debit card and get a network error.The massage chair would not take debit cards like it is clearly designed to do.However it would accept cash.Overall: We had a good experience just wish the things were working as they should be.If youre providing a public service then the things youre providing for the public should all be in working.Had they all been in working order I would have spent even more money during this visit. This current visit we spent over $150.00 because we took advantage of the gift card that was being offered. We also all purchased socks

We had the absolute best time here!!! We paid $38 for a child and adult. We got to do ALL the activities for 2.5 hours. I highly recommend the ultimate package. They have other packages for cheaper. But the best value really is the ultimate. Kids ultimate is $24.99 and adult add on is like $7. Socks are $2.50 each, and you keep them and bring them back so you dont have to buy more upon returning.

Took my two little cousins (9 and 6) here for a special day out. The six-year-old liked the ball pit obstacle course but hes kind of small and kept getting stuck, sinking down and getting stepped on by other kids. I had to rescue him a couple times so its good to stand by. There is staff supervision but there are a lot of kids to watch in peak hours. The nine-year-old loved the ongoing game of dodgeball in the trampoline section. of course It can get kind of rough depending on which kids are in there at the time and its not refereed so just expect that nobodys actually going to go out its just a bunch of kids hurling balls at each other. For the most part the kids seemed to only Target kids their own size and leave some of the little ones who tottered in there alone. Theres a large open area for trampoline jumping and a long strip tumbling trampoline but neither of my kids were entertained by that for very long. There is a snack bar that serves your standard not-so-healthy options but its nice that its there! As far as the atmosphere goes, Im not a big fan of it--loud music and lighting to hype every body up, but you might love it. I think one of the reasons I wont likely take the kids here again is that for the price you feel like you need to stay several hours to get your moneys worth and its just a bit of a sensory overload. Im old-fashioned! I want to have conversations with my kiddos! I want to be able to hear them when they scream from the bottom of the ball pit! This is a great place for kids to get the wiggles out but it wasnt my very favorite for the price.

Very long wait to check in even though the line isn’t long at all. Seems like very young workers here who really don’t know much about customer service and a sense of urgency. They are friendly. My son loves coming to this place so we tolerate the meager service. We spend a lot of money here. Just wish an adult was running the show.

We had a birthday party at Urban Air. The staff member that handled the party went above & beyond to make everyone happy. We had several adults and kids from 3 yrs to 12 years old. All had a great time. The birthday girl didnt want it to be over when it was time to go home.

Our kids most definitely had an absolute blast. We took 3 boys ages 4, 6, & 7. They were totally exhausted after almost two hours and still didnt want to leave. All of the attractions with harnesses ( rock walls with amazing designs, totem poles, and a course in midair) were amazing not to mention the ninja warrior course and the TUBES. They had awesome, upbeat music with even cooler lighting effects! Even my 32 year old husband had way too much fun! Its cheaper than LR, plus with more time offered, closer to us from Russellville-and not even including the arcade! We will most definitely be back very soon!

Adult pass with kids only $5. My son is 5 so he only cost $8.99 for 1.5hours. You get a lot of play time in for 1.5 hrs. Great value. If parents dont want to goon attractions they dont have to pay to watch the kids!!!

I would not recommend Urban air . They were awfully rude and they dont have their priorities straight due to the fact that they had horrible costumer service and they cut our jump time short because of unorganized events . I recommend going to a better facility such as Altitude or 3rd realm that will treat you better than expected . NO STARSAnd they should also have more respect to the adults that are there as well

We were glad to see a trampoline park in Conway and we were excited to go. While it was fine on the standpoint of a child it was a nightmare from an adults. It was poorly run from the moment we walked in the door. In fact all we could do was walk in the door. The line extended all the way to it and moved at an absolute snails pace. The thought process behind checking in was decent but they failed completely to execute it. We waited about 20 min with little to no movement in the line. We finally made it to the kiosk to fill out jumper info and sign waivers and conveniently even payed at the kiosk.... but it doesnt help much to pay at the kiosk because not every one payed at the kiosk and they finished before us and moved ahead and then we now had to wait in line behind them to get to the counter. At the counter there was a young man on a stool talking to the girl working a register. He was yawning and just sitting there..... Hello every inch of the place was lacking personnel and you are flirting at the register in front of 20 people waiting in a stupid long line!!!! Finally we get to a register 29 minutes since we stepped in the door. And they require that every person buys a pair of their socks in order to jump.... so we are forced to buy 3 pair of socks. Except they have only 3-4 sizes of socks which are incredibly cheap and Ill fitting. They tell us if they dont fit come back .... well since you gave us socks labeled 2-3 sizes smaller than what we asked for they arent going to fit. After standing in the return line 2 times they finally said oh well you can just cut the socks to get them on.... just my opinion but if you are going to make it mandatory to buy you socks.... get some people can wear. Next we had to rent a locker .... another expense.... everything in there was a separate charge. Im surprised they didnt charge for the bathrooms. The locker kiosk continued to mess up and no one could open or rent one. And the employees said its not the facilities store so they cant help you have to call the 800 # listed on the lockers. So after the socks and the lockers burned another 30 min of time up, we have now been here an hour and have spent a ton of money, burned 30 mins of our jumping time and havent even touched the trampolines. So we bought the $19.99 package, and for $20 you still cant use 3 sections of the gym!!!! My son tried to get on the high bridge and they said he had to buy the most expensive package to do that whole 1/3 of the building. So in order for them use everything you have to get the ultimate package and spend almost $30.... wow can you imagine a family with 4 children? Thats insane. Now when we finally got on the trampolines my son was thrilled, he didnt stop moving for the next hour and I admit I had a good time as well. Until we got to areas such as the foam pit.... it has posted rules such as 2 people at a time, must wear helmets, blahaha.... but there isnt any supervision at all or an attendant. So while I was there monitoring my kid no other parents were around and a dozen kids of all ages and sizes were just on top of each other and falling off the beam onto the small kiddos. I wont be spending my money here again. I would much rather go to altitude in little tock.
