Our favorite theater, hands-down. Oh! & you can reserve seats online. Huge plus, if you reserve in advance, usually just earlier on the day of the movie.

Clean and modern. The theatre was comfortable with the recliner chairs plus it had a really big screen and lots of available spots to watch the movie. Good concessions, overall a great movie watching experience.

The service quality is great, you get to choose your seats, and they have great movies. The sound and video quality is amazing as well. I forgot my phone in the theater, but thankfully they let me back in to get it and everything is fine!

I would like to Thank the Manager for his generosity on Friday. I can’t remember his name but my Husband had ordered some Nachos and it was taking a pretty long time for the cheese to come out. After a while the movie started and so the manager comes up to us and apologies for the wait. He told us he would bring our order to us and for being so patient in-spite of the situation with the Nacho Machine, he gave us a free pass to see another movie whenever we chose to do so. Very nice of him

My favorite place to watch movies. They have the large, electric reclining seats and plenty of space between the aisles to stretch out. The concession offers beer and hot foods. The sound and picture are great. Bring a blanket though since its usually cold.

Serving condiments and popcorn without any gloves. God knows what kind of covid related instructions are being followed.

Great place! It’s close to my house which is great for convenience. The facility is kept clean, the seats are super comfortable and they always seem to have the latest movies and multiple showing times. With all the restaurants popping up right next door, this makes for a nice date night close to home

This movie theater was the only one to have last minute showings for star wars. My family would only go to this theater if like were close. We drove 45 minutes but were extremely happy with the entire experience here.

Went there this evening and was disgusted to find ketchup, popcorn and butter in the cup holders and on the seat. I would highly recommend the staff cleans the theaters after the movie is over. Ruined my experience while watching Sonic. Although I loved the part of sonic when he beat the bad guy. If someone wants to contact me, I have pictures to prove. Thank you.

We enjoyed visiting this moving theater and my kids had a blast with their updated comfort seats and sound system.I know most theaters normally face the main road, but with so many distractions and accidents at 1488 I very much like leaving the theater with my children and not having to worry about getting in a incoming traffic.

I missed 5 minutes of movie b/c their cash register didnt work and finally manager Nick came and he couldnt fix it and instead of letting me go in and fix later, he made me feel like it was my fault. I hope my cards werent charged the numerous times they entered them. The seats were comfortable and it did smell clean.

Originally we thought it was an escape room thanks to lack of signage but we took a risk to watch a scary movie and I was impressed. The surround sound was perfection and the screens were huge!!The seats were super comfortable and above average unlike Cinemark. The prices on the food were average and the tickets were cheaper. For a Friday night it wasnt super busy and we got really good reserved seats!We will definitely come back - also super cheap tickets on Tuesdays!

This is a good movie theatre. The seats are great and there weren’t many people in the theatre while we were watching. Many of the staff were very unprofessional. On their phones, making phone calls with friends, and workers didn’t see us because they were conversating in the back. Everything else was good and clean

It was quick and easy getting in an finding our seats. The youngsters working at the concession stand needed to be retrained. They lacked manners and initiative. I wanted to throw my drink in their faces buut I had to fill the drink myself.

This place is great. We just saw IT the movie and had an excellent experience. Super clean, comfy seats (electric) and the service was on point.

This theater is clean and modern with a standard box office and ticket machines available. Concessions are friendly with typical fare. They have standard soft drinks rather than the flavor machines, but with many flavor varieties; the machine makes good soda with free refills. The seats are leather and recline. There is plenty of leg room and the screens are large. Staff was all friendly and their bathrooms were large and well maintained. I would return here for future movies without hesitation.

We went here for the first time and we enjoyed the theater. The seats are the best they are electric recliners and you also have reserved seating here which is nice (been spoiled by this more and more with theaters adding this option when buying tickets). The concessions are decent nothing special to us but they do serve alcohol which may be of interest to others. Only let down was we enjoy getting to play in an arcade before the movie and this place doesnt have one other than that it was a good experience. Im sure we will visit this theater again.

One of the best unpacked theaters to visit. Was all alone on my last trip, not sure how they can stay in business at that rate but quiet none the less.

A theater that is very easy to get to, and with plenty of parking available. Tickets are about average when it comes to other theaters. A handful of decent foods available with popcorn and fountain drinks that is self served. Only bad thing about the concession stand is that you will be waiting about 15 mins on popular days since I usually see 3 registers open during rush hour. All in all its a decent size theater with a good experience.

Close to home and very clean.

This movie theater is DISGUSTING. Popcorn and trash everywhere. Sticky floors that look like they haven’t been mopped in days. Paper towels and straws were strewn every where. There was trash in the aisles.It’s sad because they had great seats and decently priced tickets. The staff were friendly too.

Fast and friendly check in and concessions, and lots of parking. Theater is clean, they have comfortable new reclining seats and great sound system. Bathrooms are clean and large too!

Does anyone ever vaccuum this place? We stopped going because its nasty. Dirty theaters...popcorn always all over the floors. Go to amc up the road for a less trashy experience...too bad we have waited forever for a theater in our area and this is what we got. Forgot to mention that buying tickets on their app is a chore.

Staff is always friendly, easy to get tickets, if you are part of the rewards program it is always easy to earn and redeem (staff always tells you). Theaters are clean, seats are comfy.

Theater was nice. Dont buy a hotdog. Watched them take it out of the fridge and microwave it to death. Ended up a dog toy it was so chewy. Costly lesson at that.

Conveniently located movie theater, excellent service and a great opportunity for residents nearby. BUT, I really wish they would obtain permission, certifications, or the means they need to pave entrances to FM1488 rather than the tiny driveway that’s located on Old Conroe Road. One way in one way out seems silly other than taking the bypass through Bridlewood Dr / Saddlewood Dr. This cause considerable traffic in the evenings.

The movie and theater itself were a lot of fun but when the lobby has food all over it, 3-4 napkin dispensers left empty, and only 1 machine has syrup for the soda you want it really puts a damper on your experience. Not to mention there were 4 employees talking around the station for the guy who tears your tickets. This isnt the first time I have seen the theater lacking in cleanliness, but I generally have a good experience so I had left my 5 star review up until now but something has to get them focused on cleanliness

Ive been to this theater multiple times and its always a friendly, clean atmosphere. Tonight i wasnt able to attend a showing i purchased, so i called and left a message. Daryl called me back within 10min, was very friendly and accommodating and refunded my tickets over the phone so i didnt have to drive there. Once again, a great example of how to treat and take care of customers. Looking for a great movie experience, with all reclining seats with the comfort of home feel, this is definitely the place to go.

Standard theater experience. The local Cinemark has a better experience for a similar ticket price. The customer service here is lacking but has improved; the employees still seem apathetic and bored. Also, the bathroom location is odd (passed the ticket booth). The reclined seating is wonderful and spacious, and the projector quality is good, so if thats all you care about its a decent deal.The first time I went was before anyone knew they were open (yall seriously need better marketing); it was a ghost town. I saw Solo on opening weekend with a friend and we were the only ones in that theater. What seemed like a dream was actually a ruined experience, especially for a Star Wars movie. I gave the theater another shot a week later (it actually had people this time!), but the customer service was still very poor. No one was smiling, and it wasnt busy yet everyone acted rushed and confused. This theater desperately needs better training and marketing, and possibly new management if this continues. Hopefully its just a rushed, premature launch, so Ill give it a third try after the summer.Edit: I came back to watch Halloween in October. Theres a bigger crowd now (theater is half full) and the customer service is slightly better, so I added one star, but Im still not impressed with the experience. They do have a discount Tuesday, but theyre still more expensive than Cinemark. Give me more to justify your price or lower your price to match the competition, but please improve your customer service!

This theater is for people that want to go see a movie and thats it. I like that you can select seats and pay for tickets at the kiosk.Simple food court. Pricing is normal theater prices.Seating is nice with chairs that recline.Theater seemed clean and that is including the bathrooms & drink area.

I could the young man at the concession stand was new.He could not understand (I was asking about the kids package) for a 4 year old., my request.His co-worker came to assist him.The theater was great.

Talk about a chill night at the movies. I want to bring their recliners home with me. Like any movie theater the concession stand prices are painful. But the theater itself is well maintained and nice.

It’s a nice, modern facility. Prices are average and people are friendly. Watch out at the concession stand for the nachos. The portion is very small and they charge extra for cheese and they charge extra for peppers!

The seats are arranged so that nobody blocks your view. We were in the extreme theater, 3 storys tall 4k, excellent sound system and great screen quality. Kiosk ticket ordering and seat picking so you dont have to interact with people who obviously dont want to be there. Recommended.

This is a great place to see a movie. The prices before 12 were $6. You get free refills on your sodas, the seats are huge and are recliners, the bathrooms are clean and the refreshments were good. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars are a must.

Management need to put together a plan to empower employees to confidently enforce no-smoking / vaping / e-cigarette tolerance. Someone was clearly smoking throughout a recent performance and when i approached staff they were unable to spot it. My guess is they didnt want the confrontation and i dont blame the guy for that. Enforcing these rules requires management involvement not the junior staff. Man up to your responsibilities management, else this venues reputation will quickly sour.

In my opinion this theatre is refreshing! Reminds me of a smaller version of the Palladium.. as far as the theatre. XD is fabulous surround sound, comfortable seats, buy tickets online. Great for kids! Nice helpful staff.. clean, smells new! Still all the amenities huge theaters have just in a more intimate level. Def go! Sign up for newsletters & receive a free small popcorn! Great place. Less expensive food and drink than other movie chains. Comfortable seating, and fun place. Staff needs to be a little friendlier. The last time I was there, an employee (young man) acted like he didnt want to be there but I score them 92/100.

Recently visited for the first time and have found our new theater! Lots of comfortable, spacious, reserved seating. Sound, picture, and even temperature were perfect. The best was the concessions, which offered lots of choices (even hot foods), and beer and wine. Tickets and even some concession items (read, beer and wine!) were less expensive than other area theaters. Great experience! And they offer a free rewards program.

I went to the movie everything was ok but very unsanitary it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks old soda stuck inside the cupholders popcorn just laying in there the arm rests were very greasy and the straw dispensers were very unsanitary also I will be coming back I just hope that you clean the place better

The theater is great but if ya gotta do all the work to buy your ticket why no discount? For the price of admission you can pay someone to great you and sell you a ticket. Folks that dont want to speak to someone to buy a ticket can use the phone app.
