Amazing place and awesome hostess.. The new adult nights are super fun..

Went spontaneously on a Saturday (called and gave 30minutes notice) with a group of 7 aged 12yrs to 57yrs. Something for everyone! We all had a great time. Staff was pleasant and professional. We stayed for hours and never felt rushed. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Good selection of ceramics. customer service was unfriendly on paint day, not sure of the womans name because she never introduced herself. however on pick up day, a different lady was nice.

I love Paint a Piece! I have been there with my daughters and my nieces and there is something to accommodate all ages. Ive also been there with my Girl Scout Troop and the owner and her staff were so great with the girls. We have been there with the troop more than once because Paint a Piece is always offering something new to try. The finished products are beautiful! You wont be disappointed!

LOVE IT!! My entire family loves to go to Paint a Piece. The staff and atmosphere contribute to a relaxing and fun experience. There are so many different activities to choose from and the cost is very reasonable. The owner has created a place where family and friends can relax, laugh, celebrate and connect with one another. Its a real gem :)

I just picked up my stuff and like always I love everything that my daughter and I made!! I love how everything comes wrapped and makes it extra special!! The Owner & Staff are always so friendly and helpful with everything. My daughter has had birthday parties here and she loves going to camp here over the summer and when she is on break!! I actually went to paint night, I could not believe how well my picture turned out!! I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!!! I love it here. I began coming here with the residents from my nursing home. It seemed pretty easy and fun! So I started taking niece and nephews and cousins.. everyone loves it. I made a bowl I use all the time!! I cant wait for my grandmother to come so I can take her here. The staff are very courteous and patient. They always have a positive attitude and give off good vibes!!

I had a canvas painting party for my daughter at Paint a Piece in Commack. It was such a hit! I had 14 very happy girls. The staff was amazing. they were patient and understanding. Its not easy to please 13 year old girls and they did! And thanks to the staff, all the paintings came out great!! They explained the proper techniques and had everything all prepped for the girls. I highly recommend this studio for its cleanliness and friendly staff.

AMAZING! My children and I have been a number of times, for parties, ladies night out and just a fun family day. Always a great experience. Entire staff is accommodating to every need and cost is totally reasonable. Owner is a community supporter and always offering to help with all requests. Would give more than five stars if I could.

Will NEVER spend another penny at this place.My wife went to pick up a few items after curing on a weekday evening after work. She arrived at the store at 6:04 PM. The store closed at 6:00. Now remember, this store is on Jericho Turnpike where you can easily sit at a single traffic light for 10 minutes.My wife knocked on the door and displayed her receipt. The girl in the store looked at her, pointed to her watch and stated We are closed and the door is locked. She refused to open the door for less than a minute to allow a paying customer to pick up their merchandise.When we did go back to pick up our items, my wife detailed her experience the night before. The girl working there didnt even apologize. She was completely indifferent.Where is the customer service? Where is the care for a paying, repeat customer? Not at Paint A Piece.We will NEVER step foot in this store again and I am telling everyone I know about our experience. Although it was not the owner who provided the poor service, it is clearly her failure in communicating positive values and corporate vision to her employees.Do something else for your childs birthday or on a rainy day, but DO NOT go here.

Terrible. Owner is inconsiderate and takes advantage of unexpected situations. I booked a party and my child got sick, so I called and the owner answered, i told her my child was puking and she said what can you do. She said I can not give you back the $100 deposit but you can just pick another date. So I went down and she than proceeded to charge me $76 more. My friends who showed up, I paid for them to paint and some paid for themselves so she made enough. But still, when I asked what is getting applied to the next party she said nothing.

My family and I have been going to Paint a Piece in Commack almost since its inception 5 years ago - and you could NOT find a more friendly, helpful, creative and all around better crafty experience! The owner, Stephanie Giardina, is brilliantly wonderful and her amazing staff just adds to the pottery experience. What you get is real pottery, glazed by your hand and fully usable once completed. Ive created entire serving sets over the years and get complements all the time from my friends :). But theres so much more to Paint-a-Piece now - you can create, from scratch, artful candles, pressed glass bottles, mosaic glass tiles and painted canvases... There is ladies night, usually twice a month, birthday parties (which my girls have done and are fabulous!), kids drop-off camps during the school breaks and summer and can walk-in for a bit of creative you time... You just cant go wrong here! :-)
