It is quiet and clean. it has a on ramp to the river walk/bike trail that is always open. she when covid is over maybe the water park will be open for the kids.

This is the second part I saw in Columbus with a great water park that is an open.

I love to take the bike trail from Rigdon Park to Alabama. Its an amazing ride. I hadnt yet met anybody that will ride it with me but it would be better with a significant other or friend.

Its best to go early so u can have a place to sit with your family, and its not a lot of ppl there when it opens

If you pull in through the parking lot you cannot see the playground. Ballfields a pool and so much parking

The park was fun. The playground equipment was a little old & dirty looking. Also it was a really long walk to get to playground from parking lot.

Bring family here often... kids loves the pool and we enjoy our Easter events here every year...

Nice park. The pool is awesome. Concession stand is a little pricey and they never have the items you want but other than that its pretty cool

Loved it! Just wish it wasnt as crowded and people actually watched there kids.

Peace of mind, activity are great, the sports, young football game, people respect each other. The city of columbus polices presence are very good and security for the children football game are great.

A nice place for a bbq with friends. It sports a basketball and volleyball court in the heart of Columbus south side.In the back of the park and a few yards from the river stands a clean pool/ water park thats sure to make a hot day cool.A nice place with an urban feel

Although during the day Rigdon Park looks like a family oriented sports complex for our up and coming junior athletes but at night , the invitingly clean and wholesome looking sports complex changes .Ill be gentle as I can but I will not sugar coat it considering I grew up playing sports there. The park is not open after dark but I may be wrong , it may close around 11:00 pm.Either way at night Rigdon Park is not a friendly place , drugs , alcohol and other things of that nature are common.Theres also a gang type of mentality with a certain element in that area which could possibly get you hurt , robbed , raped or even car jacked..Thats about were I need to end my assessment of what used to be a nice place to meet , make friends and play sports.Although these types of behavior surely dont happen on a daily basis if you frequent this park your odds will get better at being either a witness or involved in one.I HOPE THIS HELPS.

Nice park, over All with access to the river walk, swimming pool, with splash park, baseball areas. Lots of parking. With exception of no rest room areas.

Riding park is a nice quite park. My husband and I went for a little league football game. We had a great time.

Great park, convent to Columbus ,Family friendly with lots to do.Including a water park in the spring with two water slides,as well as River Walk along side the Chattahoochee River.

Large recreational complex, I havent seen very many people there. I think it might get used for tournaments. Also has a water park and easy access to the Riverwalk.
