A very Nice place to have an event. Its large, the bar area and dance floor are huge. Theres even a second floor and patio here. The food was good.

This is the old Max and Ermas they have an upstairs, the place is comfortable they have live music and plenty of space. Pool tables and good music. We bought fish and it was good, you did not get a lot however it was satisfying and inexpensive. The food was the lowest priced item.

Paid for event on February 23rdSoul Fusion- band advertised was not Soul FusionBooth purchase not necessary- seating open to anyoneReceived no table service, ordered several food items service slow and when we finally received order- food was cold.Very dissatisfied first time in establishment- trying to contact management -no response?Received phone call from management she has offered to make things right. Will accept a second experience later this month.

The Live Band was nice. The Restroom was clean. Took 45 minutes to get my food, they didnt have everything on the menu , and it was over priced. Took 45 mins to get a glass of Wine, not filled to top of the glass and over priced. They seem unorganized ! Not a big crowd, I see why they have a Cover charge. I liked that it was nice size Club, need more seating.

My experience was excellent and the live band was wonderful. I just was disappointed by the bar, and the staff when getting food but, it was a extra large crowd! Happy 1st Anniversary, The Savoy Club!

Good atmosphere.

When we arrived, no one greeted us at the door. We had to find a waitress to flag down to inform her that we had a ticket for reserved seating. She told us to go to the bar and inform the manager. Two people were serving drinks in the bar, so we werent sure which one was the manager. Once the manager was located, I showed her our electronic ticket from Eventbright, but she asked me to show proof that Id paid $10 for reserved seating. The ticket is proof that I paid $10 for reserved seating. After taking 5 minutes to find the confirmation that had been emailed to me (which actually showed the amount), we were seated. We waited 30 minutes, while a waitress passed us about 5 times and not once asking if we wanted anything. We spotted a man that appeared to be the owner, flagged him down and informed him of our dilemma. He was very apologetic, then informed us that people order at the bar (the manager made no mention of this when she seated us), then he had the manager come take our order. The manager took our drink order, brought the drinks, but no napkins. The music was great (Nini Love), but with such poor service, I will not be returning.

Cozy atmosphere but get there early to get a good seat. Great performances.

No cover, great drinks, pleasent staff and to top it off... fantastic live music. Great time will return.

I would give it a 5 star for the awesome jazz performance by the live band, but the one star is for the poor service by the staff, especially the bartenders. Very unprofessional in appearance, hospitality, personality and bartending experience. Example, I asked for 1738, she poured it in the glass but there wasnt enough for the full pour, so instead of letting me know to see if I wanted something else she went and grabbed the Remy bottle and mixed it in with the 1738. I couldnt believe it. There were other bar issues and I heard a few others complaining as well. The band was amazing but the Savoy club didnt shine with the band.. Its a great venue, but they need to update their staff or give then some training. We had a great time, thanks to NiNI and her band.

A very laid back place...upper scale decor(easy flowing wood)spacious,great customer service&fabulous entertaunment!!! Yasss yawl!For the grown&sexy!I got to see a band called Mimosa!Those Sistahs weresang in honeys!And the musicians(rhythm section)were superb as well!!!I plan on going back all year&hopefully for years to come!Finally some classy grown folk!!Dress code on Fridays&Saturdays!Next time I will have to pump my attire up...well it was my first time there...that experience was refreshing!!
