What a place! This is the ultimate weekend escape. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary at this stunning resort and we had the best time. The view is something incredibly special and so was the room, service and food. There are not many places I have been to that leaves such a lasting impression on me, but this place did. We had breakfast and dinner on the patio each day, overlooking the national park. The infinity pool was our favorite spot. The care that goes into this property and the gardens are fantastic, and I can’t praise them enough. We will be back for sure!

With a wide range of amenities and comfortable accommodation options, this is a fantastic hotel to stay in Colorado Springs. Stay in one of the residential-style cottages that boast world-class amenities and breathtaking views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. There’s also a spacious living area, kitchenette, and a soaking tub to unwind those muscles.Unwind at the resort’s spa with a pink Himalayan salt dry sauna, or opt for a soothing massage. Head to the gym for a heart-pumping workout, play a game of golf, or enjoy a competitive game of tennis. You can also take a dip in the pool while your children spend the day at the Kids’ Club. When evening rolls around, dine at one of the hotel’s many restaurants that serve up fresh ingredients from local farmers.Location: The resort is just a 15-minute drive away from Hurricane Canyon Natural Area and Garden of the Gods Park. Both the Kissing Camels Country Club and Air Force Academy are also nearby.

I booked this reservation online. Price was what I would expect for a tourist-y area for a four star hotel. The lady (Jill) at the front desk who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. We rented a 2BR casita and was NOT made aware that since technically the 2BR casita is the King and 2 Queen Rooms combined, that we would be charged TWICE for the daily $35 resort fee. Our room had a Nespresso Machine (which was nice), but for a weeks long stay, they gave us two regular Nespresso pods and two decaf Nespresso Pods. On the second day, we kindly texted the front desk where would we procure more of the Nespresso Pods since we did not see them at the grocery store and they advised they would bring some to our room, which they promptly did. Two days later, we were in need of more Nespresso pods which we texted the front desk for at 8:28AM. At 8:37AM, the front desk had not responded so I requested the pods again. We left our room until 2:02PM at which time our room had been cleaned, BUT NO TRASH LINER in the main kitchen trash and NO NESPRESSO PODS. At that time, I texted the front desk again advising that I was upset now since they refused to bring us what we asked for not once, but twice. My family went to the pool and when we came back from the pool about 30 minutes later to pick up a few things, I found the trash liners on the counter and a whole sack of feminine sanitary napkins. I find this highly offensive as it seems like the front staff and/or housekeeping thinks it was funny to suggest that maybe I am on my menstrual cycle. We also had an incident at the pool where another guest was allowed to berate me and my family because my teenagers were actually splashing in the pool and roughhousing. The sanitary napkin incident, the pool incident, charging me TWO resort fees a day, and the A/C did not work in our unit makes me believe this was the worst experience on vacation ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER.

Amazing. They hosted my daughters wedding and it couldnt have gone any better. This was a destination wedding and I was a little nervous doing a wedding in the middle of a pandemic but Kendra and Allison put my nerves at ease. Everyone was always willing to help. Allison was a blessing to work with!  She was always there to make sure everything was perfect.  This resort has the best view in Colorado. The food was amazing.  The wedding cake was very elegant and tasted delicious. Been to many places and the service here beats them all. Will definitely be coming back!  Thanks again to Garden of the Gods resorts for a job well done!

It was nice, not amazing. But the food was fantastic! Granted we were there during Covid and I’m sure if we took advantage of all the “normal” amenities like the spa, pools, gym, golf, tennis... it could be better. It it right now, it’s expensive for what you can do.

Jill was great! Then downhill. If you are coming be sure to only have 3 hours at the pool max per day as you have to make reservations although the pool sometimes doesnt have more than 10 people at a time. Go here. I decided to surprise the love of my life with a red eye trip to Colorado Springs to spend her birthday weekend in the Garden of the Gods. When we arrived in the middle of the night they were still more than welcoming. However...our rooms were mixed up! They handled it promptly and offered us room upgrades for our troubles as well as breakfast. Jill the front desk supervisor is an absolute gem and took great care of us. The stellar service aside, the views are breathtaking. I usually have words for everything but this is just something you need to see in person. Garden of the gods is an apt description. The dining at this resort is phenomenal and the serving staff is very knowledgeable. But one of the best things is the location! Youre a short trip away from so much of Colorado springs attractions. All of this summed up to be an amazing and beautiful experience my love and I will not soon forget. Thank you to the whole staff who took such great care of us!

I had a lovely stay at the resort. I booked last minute (like legit 5 hour notice:) due to cancellations at another resort. I got a great casita room that was spacious, clean and very nice. Unfortunately I was not able to get one with a view but again I booked last second, next time I go back I would definitely try for one with a view! The staff are all super nice and friendly and frequently checked on me to see if I needed anything. One of the front desk members even took time to give me pointers on how to drive in the snow which was so kind and greatly appreciated!! I ate lots of meals here, the food is sooooo good! The restaurants all have amazing views. The grounds are beautifully kept and nice to walk around. The WiFi is included and fast! I ran down to Garden of the Gods, it’s super close like 1.5 miles ish. TERRIBLE customer service. Hotel didn’t notify us that we needed to book a pool time one week in advance or else we couldn’t swim. We cut our Vail trip short to come stay a night here so our kids could swim in warmer weather. They told us “sorry! Pool is booked and you can’t swim the entire time you’re here.” Told them there was no indication of this in any email we received. They did NOT care. Why would we pay $500/night for this outdated hotel To do nothing? So now we have to head home a day early with hardly an apology or care that they have terrible communication with their customers. Not worth it at all. Highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Its beautiful. It has to be one of the most beautiful resorts anywhere in the world. View wise anyway. I set up a spa day to treat my husband. His mother was in the hospital and he was visiting her Saturday afternoon so we decided not to spend the night but just drive down Sunday from Denver for the afternoon. We arrived early so that we could have lunch because it was the most incredibly gorgeous day and the view was spectacular. We sat at a table on the patio outside of the bar, ordered and then were asked our room number. Nowhere on the website or inside the hotel was it posted that our money didnt work if we werent guests or members. It was 30 minutes before our appointments so we had no time to go find food elsewhere. I have to say, it makes a place a lot less classy when they turn you away when youre hungry. It was so bizarre that even our wait person said she didnt understand the policy. I mean, what good reason can there be honestly? We enjoyed our massages but didnt stay long to enjoy the few other amenities because, well, we were about to lick the walls in the salt rooms. I was looking so forward to staying during the Christmas season but I cant say I really want to go back. Who knows? We may change our minds.

Very disappointing experience in the Spa. We felt mislead particularly about the relaxation room. We have been in the relaxation room before on a previous visit and what we received today wasnt even close. We were well aware this is an upscale spa and we were expecting upscale service but we left feeling extremely disappointed. After seeking to understand why we paid an additional $95 to sit in two chairs next to a massage table for thirty minutes while we were getting dressed was left unanswered. Definitely lacking in transparency and whether it was intentional or not, it left us feeling very disappointed and turned our birthday getaway into a sour experience. The only resolution we got was an assurance that the manager was retraining his staff. Our massages were wonderful but the upgrades and the managers explanation by email was a letdown. Were disappointed and would be very reluctant to go back!

We stayed in the Pinon Suite (1 of 3 master suites) and also stayed 1 night in their brand new master suite cottage! Both of my rooms had absolutely stunning views. If you are looking to wake up to the view of the mountains, I would recommend staying within the lodge itself. If you want something a little more modern as well as a little more private, you should stay in their new cottages.Everything I exerpainced at this resort was amazing. It was hard to believe the staff was so welcoming, none of it seemed forced. When you stay here they treat you as so much more than a guest. The place is absolutely gorgeous. However, they lack attention to simple details. I booked a room for three people with a king bed and pull out couch. Come bed time theres no bedding for pull out. House keeping would not put three of each bath linens nor toilet paper. I had to repeatedly call for the normal housekeeping duties. But what really made my nights miserable was the fact that the hotel remotely governs your AC. You cannot get room cooler that 67-68 regardless of what you set. We got little sleep. Which is ashame because this resort is gorgeous and Id love to come again but I know the lack of sleep involved with a stay. If you are cold nature then you should be fine.

Horribly displeased with this place. First of all I was not allowed to bring a seizure detecting service dog which was probably better behaved then they were. The service was absolutely terrible. Not one person there could explain to us how to get to the Manitou incline, the pool and everything else in the establishment was temporarily closed, we asked for a microwave which we never received, the nimwit over the phone had stated it was on the way however we never saw sight of it. I waited for over an hour with my cold food to warm it up and ended up having to get some food elsewhere. The dishes were dirty and there was absolutely no one around to ask for help. When a family member met us at the hotel with my dog before we headed out to the hike, one of the maids snitched to the front end and they tried charging me an extra $200 for the dog (which never even went into the room). Terrible money hungry a-holes run this place. I will forever let people know not to stay here. We stayed at the Hyatt the rest of the week where we were treated much better, the room at the Hyatt was nice and the staff was welcoming to my service dog. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Incredible resort with the best views in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend staying if your budget allows it. Tons of fairly domesticated wild animals as well that roam the area. We’ve visited multiple times and have always seen some birds, rabbits, and deer. They have “reflection” pool that’s just for show (pictured), a family friendly pool, and then an adult-only affinity pool. Their spa includes both a hot and dry sauna, and they have a weight room/gym, yoga/pilates room, and spin/cycle room.We had our wedding here and stayed a couple nights following in one of their suites. The room included a fireplace, private patio, walk-in closet, and a self-pouring wine machine in the kitchenette that had a both white and red option. Unbelievable experience.Only disappointment was the frequent turnover of their event planners during our wedding planning. Information was relayed incorrectly multiple times and frequent changes were made to their wedding packages throughout our planning process of less than a year. No complaints with our stay at the resort though.

You’ve got a ton of lodging options in the Colorado Springs area, but there are only a couple that bring you almost into the garden. This is one of them, and for that alone, this resort could be a shack and still deserve five stars for its unparalleled views. We booked a “Luxury King Club Room” for two nights toward the end of Thanksgiving and were very pleased with our entire stay. I was torn between splurging on a casita space and this less expensive option, but am so glad we chose this. The views from the club room patios make all the difference at this resort if you are specifically visiting out of love for the park. At 550 sq. ft., the room was spacious and included a fireplace, fully furnished sitting area, work space, huge walk-in closet and adjoining dual vanities/sinks, electronic wine dispenser, top-of-the-line hot beverage station, mini-fridge, safe, etc. The hotel is directly across the street from Garden of the Gods and minutes from multiple dining establishments, Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and shopping/museums in Old Colorado City. If you’re a sissy, like I am, never fear: you will not have to navigate mountain roads. There was heavy snow and ice during our visit, and it posed no issues. In fact, the garden was more beautiful than ever capped in fresh snow! Staff: from beginning to end, hospitality was polite, accommodating, and even surprised us with complimentary treats upon our arrival as we were celebrating a special occasion. We ordered room service twice; it arrived very quickly and was delicious. Admittedly, I was concerned when we pulled into the back parking lot as it is hard to see the hotel’s real beauty from the entrance. The valets were not immediately present upon our arrival, and we hauled our luggage across the lot (not an issue for us, but would be for some). The actual bathroom is very standard in the King, so if you prefer a spa vibe, you will prefer a different room. Worth noting: There is a nice Frank Lloyd Wright feel to the hallways with beautiful natural lighting. We didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy amenities, but this cozy resort has seemingly everything on site from gym to sauna to pools to restaurants and bars. We are generally comfortable in jeans/flip flops, but this establishment does require guests to dress according to a code. We wore nice jeans, boots, and business casual apparel and fit in fine. (I am not a fan of dress codes, but this was not as stringent as I imagined and dreaded after reading the emailed guidelines.) I’ve recommended this hotel to many since our stay and salute its management and staff for making us feel at home. Many thanks! See you next time.

Upon check in, we had a great experience with Jill at the front desk who took care of us when our room key didnt work. We enjoyed the hotel room and comfy bed. The TV on the huge wall above the fireplace was too small. However, check out was the kicker. First, no how was your stay, etc. The guy who checked me out said I would need to pay a resort fee. I said yes I thought I already paid it when making my reservation; let me look it up and check. Then Bryce who was standing next to him chimed in. He proceeded to talk over me and was extremely condescending. Then the main guy I was dealing with said, well you did authorize $100 incidental charge--which lets face it had nothing to do with the resort fee. I looked it up and showed Bryce my receipt on my phone. He would not look at it, talked over me and I said I would deal with it when I got home. There are a million other ways these guys could have handled the situation. So disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Then, no thanks for staying with us, have a good day or goodbye. The nice doorman opened the door, and I let him know, those guys are seriously rude. Disappointing ending to a nice overnight.

We booked a 4-night stay over the thanksgiving holiday week / weekend. Drove down from Denver to enjoy the stay and try to spend some time relaxing in our limited time away from work. They did not have a single available slot for us to get a massage throughout our stay, which was the entire purpose for our entire trip and why we decided to pay for a room at a “resort and spa” assuming the spa would actually be available. Ended up booking a massage at a different nearby resort / spa that we weren’t even staying at, fortunately they had plenty of availability... Will stay there next time.

It was interesting to see all the beautiful rocks and there different formations. It was also a nice day while driving thru with hardly any traffic. The signs posted all around the rock are very informative.

Terrible experience. No attention to detail. Didn’t hold multiple reservations. Charging luxury prices with second rate service. Will never stay here again. What a waste of money.

This is a very nice place. Its expensive but worth it. Its apparent from the quality of services that the people the people who work there work hard to provide the very best. I cant think of anything to complain about. We had the Thanksgiving buffet. It was amazing! My favorite part of any fancy dinner is desert and the goodies they had were some of the best Ive ever had. A truly excellent feast!

Positive: The staff and room was amazing. Thought I was getting a hotel room ended up being a separate cabin all to ourselves. Negative: New construction so there was some left over dust and rocks behind from the tile floors but nothing too serious and the rest of the room was clean

Our suite was amazing and beautiful inside, and really enjoyed our time inside. However when we went to dine in the restaurant, we were treated rudely and were treated with disrespect. Being a fellow bartender for over 15 years, I found this totally unacceptable!! Our dinner was totally overpriced for the quality that came out, on top of it, we werent told about the 18% gratuity was included in our bill and ended up tipping another 20% even with the poor service. It seemed like all the staff was unhappy and fighting with one another which made it very uncomfortable!!! This was on Christmas Eve too!! Since this bad experience, we enjoyed an overnight stay at The Braodmoore Hotel for another special occasion and WOW what a hands down amazing experience!!! Worth every penny!! The staff was above and beyond wonderful, we always felt welcomed, and treated with respect! I highly recommend The Broadmoore over this resort!! At check out on Christmas morning, we spoke to the front desk about our poor experience, and frankly they couldnt care less. Guess they get enough out of town business that the locals just dont matter!! With this being said, I in town with lots of tourists, that I will not recommend this Resort in any matter because I dont feel that anyone should ever be treated in this matter ever!!!

We stayed here for two nights to kick off a road trip, and it really began the whole holiday on a high! Waking up to the beautiful view out of the room was a real treat, and it was very conveniently located to get out and explore the Garden of the Gods. The room was spacious and comfortable with its own fireplace and balcony, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on site food was great quality.

Wife and I stayed there mid-August of 2019...Facilities were awesome. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Views were amazing. Food was top-notch. This resort offers a touch of class overlooking a place that God certainly touched with his own hand. We highly recommend!

Im a member here, and I am enjoying it so much! Im young (early 30s) so I wasnt sure how it would be, but WOW its gorgeous and the amenities included in your membership are worth it.. the views are sensational! The new gym and spa are also worth checking out. My husband plays golf all the time and the course is well-manicured and the golf staff is truly nice to work with. The brunch on the 1st Sunday of each month attracts my Denver friends down to the Springs for bottomless mimosas and fancy delights!

Beautiful property, staff was very attendant and willing to help.Only downside is that some rooms have exterior doors/access and when it’s cold outside it’s not the best to be rushing to your room and with connecting rooms you can hear everything your neighbor is doing/saying.

The staff here is incredible. Jill, at the front desk, made our trip so special. You could tell that she didn’t care only because it was her job but truly because she loves her career and the people she works for. The entire resort is gorgeous, well maintained and worth every penny, but the service is what makes it stand above the rest.
