We loved our time here. The water park was great and a perk of the current pandemic is little to no wait in any of the slide lines (at least when we were there). Plenty to do and see for a day or two getaway with the kids.

The first time I heard/saw about Great Wolf Lodge, I didnt really feel like Id ever want to stay there. My mother in law bought my family (husband and 4 boys) a weekend there. We didnt think to expect much from it but let me tell you, IT IS WORTH IT. There is so much to do, so much fun, and kids will have a great time too! The rooms were awesome, the food there was great, the pool area spectacular. We ended up not wanting to leave. Take your family here for a weekend, you wont regret it.

This is an amazing place but pretty pricey. We got a great deal, otherwise it would be hard to justify the price.Rooms were clean and well taken care of. The kids cabin room is great to have kids in their own area with tv.The water park is small with only four big slides. It seems iI went on each of them 50 times during our two days. The wave pool is also really fun!Not worth $630, but great for $230. Over all a wonderful experience, just look for those deals.

I have stayed here and at one in Massachusetts. Our stay over Thanksgiving break last year was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean. The water park was really fun and my boys love Magi Quest! I will also mention that we had a stay booked during the Covid closure and they refunded our money completely! We will definitely be back. This place is worth every dollar and will make the best family memories!

We stayed one night at the Colorado location while visiting family and it was everything our kids wanted. The waterpark was not as crowded as this was our biggest concern after reading other reviews. The common areas were also never crowded so it almost felt like it was empty..... but I cannot complain about that. The room was clean, the staff were awesome, and the location is perfect!!!

We went to Great Wolf Lodge last night and had the best time. When we checked in Karen walked us threw everything and she was so amazing and kind. Tessa was so amazing and helpful as well she walked us over to a shop where we got free Wolf ears. We went to the waterpark and had a great time. Today we checked out and spent the rest of our day at the waterpark. My husband went to the bar and the best bartender was there. I wish we would have gotten his name. He was so friendly and told us all about how he had just moved back to the country he was so awesome. There were two things that I would have changed the first thing the air conditioning in the rooms isn’t very strong so it got a little hot at night in the room and the second thing the straws for the drinks were cardboard so if u didn’t down your drink then the straw would get soggy. But this won’t stop me from telling everyone I know to come here. My family had such a great time we can not wait to go back. The last thing I will say is in this time with this pandemic customer service has really been lost in a lot of places but not at The Great Wolf Lodge every person we came in contact with was so nice and friendly. We are counting down the days to our next stay. Thank you so much for giving my family such a great time!!!!!!!

It looks like they got us too. Weve had our reservations for 4 months! Recieved an email at 830 am telling us they were excited for our stay.Recieved a phone call at 4 telling us we were canceled! Two days before we were supposed to go, 2 days! We obviously got canceled because we were staying 1 night at a great rate. The people who reserved later at higher costs im sure get to keep their reservations. I understand covid but they should cancel reservations by the time it was booked not by whos paying the least amount of money. And then telling us we could reschedule but would have to pay an increase in price. And no guarantee we wouldnt get bumped again. No way I would put my kids through that disappointment again. Everyone should be wary booking here for the time being!

Last month we had planned another $1k adventure when they called to cancel us. The Wednesday before or Saturday arrival. Heads up they do not care about customers and their loyalty. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! WHO CANCELS A TWIN PARTY FOR 6 YEAR OLDS?????? Great Wolf Lodge will throw you to the wolves. :)

My entire family is EXTREMELY disappointed. I was contacted 5 days prior to our reservation and was told due to new state regulations they have overbooked their facilities. This was a LIE. There are NO new state regulations regarding Covid...they simply overbooked themselves and chose to use Covid as an excuse! BEWARE if you make reservations with them. As other reviewers have stated, they will cancel on you because they DO NOT CARE!Then it even gets better. After being told my reservation was being cancelled I was told I could simply rebook for a later date and receive the same discount. REALLY???? That is all you will offer me after I have paid for other attractions in the Colorado Springs area that I cannot get refunded?I am a postal employee that was denied any leave until recently due to Covid. Christmas is right around the corner and there will be no possible way for me to rebook prior to the end of the year. Yet I should be grateful to receive the same discount I can get anytime?....PATHETIC!I STRONGLY suggest to anyone thinking about using the Great Wolf to consider this and the other reviews prior to booking. This is OBVIOUSLY not the first NOR the last that they will screw a customer over.

We stayed here for my daughters birthday two years ago and LOVED our time here. I have been talking it up to everyone I know ever since. We booked another stay 4 months in advance to celebrate back to school with our children. My husband and I work full time to provide for our family, even during all of Covid and the quarantine because we both work essential jobs and we cannot always afford to splurge. We saved up and requested time off for our trip to Great Wolf Lodge. My kids have been counting down for the past 4 months. I recieved a confirmation email this morning at 8:34 welcoming us on our upcoming arrival in three days. At 4:30 this afternoon, we recieved a phone call that our reservation was being cancelled, three days before our arrival! Im pretty sure that this location cancelled us because we didnt purchase any additional upgrades for our stay. My poor children are going to be devastated. Thanks a lot. We were huge fans of GWL. What a terrible way to treat your customers.

We made a reservation 1 1/2 months in advance for my daughters birthday for this weekend. I received a call from them 2 days prior to our stay stating they overbooked. We were forced to cancel our reservation due to their error. Now I have to tell my daughter we have zero plans for her birthday. Terrible service. Dont pre-plan anything with them. Great Wolf knew it was for a birthday since we ordered the birthday package.Update: After a response to my review, they asked me to email my confirmation number, which I did. They have not contacted me. This speaks to their level of service. 1 Star is generous. They earned zero.

I would like to review this location; however, I will be unable due to the Great Wolf Lodge cancelling my reservation. These are unprecedented times. The phone call I received explained that the county health department had decreased the occupancy allowance for this property and as such they were overbooked. They were calling to ask if anyone would be willing to rescheduled for another day and they would provide a small (insignificant) credit for the hassle.I told them we were coming in from out of state and we would be meeting other family there, but we could talk about it and let them know. We talked and decided to continue on our trip. It was only out of kindness that I even called back to let them know that we considered the offer, but would have to decline. It was during this courtesy call that I was informed that my reservation would be cancelled, regardless. I could either choose to reschedule or they would refund my money. They would not guarantee my room rate for any other time, only apply my payment toward another day. Now, let me ask you...If you were to get kicked from an airline flight due to overbooking, they would give you a certificate for a flight. You can use that certificate to fly on any flight, not just at the price you paid. This is what I asked for, another day in the same room. They refused to honor my price (I had gotten a good deal when booking). Which leads me to believe I was being kicked out because I had gotten a better price and they were keeping the full price occupants.I cannot recommend the property because of the lousy customer service and the unwillingness to accommodate their guests when they force a reschedule and wont honor the price paid. Shame on you Wolf Lodge! My family will NEVER stay at any of your properties, EVER.I have noticed many people leaving similar reviews. Getting their reservations cancelled with little to no notice. My reservation was cancelled with less than 7 days notice. And dont leave some nice comment about contacting customer service to see what you can do. It was customer service I already spoke to and you already did what you wanted to do. Public propaganda wont work. Youve made your choice, and I have made mine.*Update: Wolf Creek Lodge did leave a form reply asking me to contact customer service. Even worse, in my mind is they keep sending emails inviting me to book a vacation with them. I get two or three emails per week asking me to book. They are hopeless.

We booked our stay months ago for my kids birthday. I paid for my stay and had our rental car booked. We also scheduled some appointments while there. I get a call a week before our visit to tell me they over booked and I couldn’t come at the date I had planned. I’m totally understanding to closing due to COVID but the fact the place is open but we can’t go and booked well before hand is a super disappointment. I had to explain to four kids why we couldn’t go on a trip they had been counting on. It’s hard enough my kids can’t have a normal birthday party but then to now tell them they couldn’t have their trip they were counting on. I won’t be returning in the future I felt undervalued. I asked how they determined who kept their reservation and who didn’t they said they look at a few things one being have they stayed with them in the past. I think that’s horrible customer service saying we don’t value you because you haven’t stayed with us before. I’m a Hilton Diamond member so we travel a lot. Let me also explain we were traveling over 9 hours to visit this resort. So this cancellation wasn’t a simple reschedule. I didn’t even get a apology only a we will give you your money back. What a joke this place is.

I have been to 4 Great Wolf Lodges, Colorado, Arizona, Los Angeles, and North Carolina and this is by far my most favorite. The lifeguards by far are the best at their duties. I found this place to be the least crowded during certain parts of the year. The staff are very professional and courteous and Colorado is a great place to visit. Post covid their cleaning practices are superior and taken very seriously. Ive enjoyed taking my kids here on multiple occasions from out of state and will probably come back in the future. We have gone to great wolf earlier this year before covid and had a wonderful experience. No complaints that first time! When great wolf re opened after covid and was accepting limited reservations we booked a room. My mom came from California and wanted to do something fun with our son. We paid full price 4 a Room, the paw pass 4 my son & the food credit 2 include the breakfast & dinner buffet &lunch. I called the day before 2 make sure the buffet was still happening 2make sure the food credit would be worth it. The gentleman I spoke 2 on the phone stated the buffers was indeed happening. So we kept the food credit. We checked in @ 3 on Friday & got settled in. at 3:30 we went down the water park & we couldn’t go in. They were @ capacity. We had 2 wait 4 people 2 leave so we can go in. We couldn’t make reservations 4the pool, they took our name and said they would call us when there was an opening. So we walked around doing things on the paw pass 2 keep my son entertained, we didn’t get the full experience because things were limited or changed. The arcade was closed when we said we wanted to play mini golf 2replace the arcade the guy is like we don’t have golf on the pass.It too have the arcade and it’s closed my son wants 2 mini golf. Why make it hard? The glitter tattoo that came on the pass was traded for 3 temporary tattoos that probably don’t equal the same value as the glitter tattoo. The candy store they fill the cup 4 u once the pass was done we decided to eat We hadn’t eaten anything all day looking forward to the buffet. So we go & as we walk to the restaurant our phone rings 2 say there is an opening 4 us @ the water park. at that point, we R mad because right before dinner they call us? We walk in notice there isn’t a buffet, I was lied 2 They gave us a menu 2 use the 20.00 per person credit & u are limited options because things on the menu go to 26.00 granted, I had the 20.00 on a buffet to choose what I want and how much I want. Maximize my money. I was limited & if I go over 80.00 (4 in party) u. pay the difference. The menu sucked, the food sucked. they brought out burgers that were still bleeding after we asked 4 well done. By the time they brought the corrected food everyone else was done. Now, Amanda (I think that was the restaurant managers name) she did everything 2 try correct it. She was amazing , she explained breakfast to us so we were not disappointed, she brought out extra appetizers @ no charge and took $ off the bill and gave us free dip n dots. She even walkie talkies the water park 4 us 2 let them know we were coming. We went 2 the water park and my son’s favorite water slide was closed. The other slides looked to big and scary for him. So our first time back in the water park was disappointing because he was so excited for the slide and it was closed. We were only there 2 hours cuz it closed at 8. we went 2 sleep & rather than enjoying ourselves, we woke up extra early so that we could eat breakfast & rush 2 the water park so that we can wait inline. I get Covid I know things will be different, but if they are accepting limited reservations it should be limited reservations and full access to the water park for everyone so we can all have the full experience and since it wasn’t a full experience, when booking the room they should have advised you or if booking online put a disclaimer that says hey you might not get into the water park. the rooms should have been discounted, the paw passes should have been discounted and the food credits should have been made worth the poor quality food. given people time limits at the water park which is like go back to discounted rooms. Kitty and Leslie got involved they were equally great. And I know none of it is their fault, but when they chose to reopen the hotel they should have through about other things first. Like advising guests and being honest and maybe discounted rooms/passes.Also, my son missed his favorite story time cuz it took so long to get in water park. So disappointed

Excellent value, if you can snag a Groupon. Smooth customer service. The water park is fun. The kids love it!Parking was difficult to find. I tried three lots at night and drove around for at least five minutes. People on my visit tended to park outside of the lines, which wastes space. The resort provides plenty of opportunities for you to spend money. If your wallet is light, consider planning one or two meals inside and then bringing food in from outside restaurants. Or, you can shop grocery stores to make your meals in your room. All rooms have microwaves and large mini fridges. No freezers. The water park is always warm. And the scent of chlorine is always present. As an asthmatic, I became short of breath and light headed. Not accepting cash is absolutely beyond my understanding considering its national currency. I was told that cash is dirty. So what prevents employees from handling it with disposable gloves (I have exact amount too)?? And my credit card was touched by tons of employees within the premises without any extra safety precautions or gloves. So how is that different? And the cherry on top: half of the arcade and vending machines ONLY accept cash. So don’t feed me lies that you are a private business that goes contactless. There was plenty of contact, half of the guests were not wearing masks in the hotel in public places, yet I couldn’t use cash to pay for the arcade. The staff was pretty rude and had no direct answer when asked cash related questions. Concierge compared hotel (tourism) to McDonald’s and Walmart (funny enough they accept cash and even give change ). Do not recommend attending their restaurants either. Food is garbage that was microwaved.

The water park was the biggest hit! There are 4 big slides. 2 of them you have to be between I think 40-47 to go. The other 2 you have to be 48 or taller. Those two were a tube ride that sat 4 and ended in this large cylinder half pipe thing. The other one you stood on a door that dropped and you went straight down into the water slide from standing position. The two where you had to be between 40-47 was a tube ride for single or double riders and a mat ride where you raced four at a time. They also have 3 other slides for those who dont fit those requirements and a toddler area with 3 slides. They have a wave pool that goes to only 5ft. And life jackets for the kids and towels for all. So wonderful!! The staff was so accommodating, incredibly gracious and thoughtful. The place was clean, filled with activities for the kids, and equipped with food places so you dont have to travel if it ends up snowing on your trip (like it did for us).

A fun family adventure! An Expensive Fun family Adventure-that is...Let’s see...when you make your reservation, you will choose your room - we got the smaller wolf den suite - which was AWESOME! The kids LOVED IT!! There’s a separate little room with bunk beds, painted walls, their own TV...roomy, microwave n fridge. What you need to be careful of are the packages-we were told we were getting a “special” for $25 pp-turns out what we got was not what was told. Included with your stay is all of the water activities...then there’s the basic upgrade that gives you golf, “bowling” (which is a SMALL - fast throw “bowling”), Rock climbing and the obstacle course...this was plenty for us - however, we were only there for 24 hours...you can choose late check out for an extra $50...we did that and it was worth it.For $100 pp extra you get build a bear, glitter tattoo, and lots of other things - If you were staying a long time - I might would do it for one day...I would recommend bringing snacks for your kids - food is pretty expensive...there is a Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast tho!Our kids loved the little shows the lodge put on - dancing n singing with them... and the characters that walked around...Anyways, a fun place-just expensive...

Such a fun place, but very expensive! The water park is pretty awesome. There are a few really cool and fun slides, a kiddie are, and a wave pool. They have a lot of different attractions, a few restaraunts, a bar by the pool, a candy shop, build a bear, and some gift shops. We went on their re-opening day from being closed since March. They did a great job at keeping the place cleaned and sanitized, and made sure everyone was wearing a mask. We got the Kid Suite Cabin, and it was clean, cozy, and cute. We had 6 people (2 adults and 4 kids), so I suggest that room for a big family. I also suggest buying one of the attraction passes to save money. Right now it is only 50% capacity, so lines were not long when we were there. I would for sure reccommend going there at least once!

I wish I could give this zero stars. They called us 5 days before our planned trip there and taking time off from work that they have cancelled our reservations due to overbooking. They blamed it on new Covid regulations which there has been no new Covid regulations since July, its just a cop out because they do not know how to run their business. They have terrible business practices and terrible customer service. My kids were so excited to go and then we had to break their hearts and tell them they cancelled on us. Now reading through the reviews this seems like a very common occurrence. Heed my warning do not book with them nor tell your kids because you will probably just end up breaking their hearts.

Listen, we are Colorado Springs residents and frequent GWL a lot. We booked our room when they ran a deal in the summer (July), and just got cancelled for our Labor Day weekend stay. I was fed some BS about capacity, and even the lady on the phone asked if cases were bad and things were shutting down here (she was in another state), and I informed her that actually our COVID numbers have dropped, children are back at school and everything is open with precautions. So, here is my theory. GWL was booking at a limited capacity already when I booked in July for September then Im fed some BS about having to lower capacity again (when numbers are better than before) so my best guess is they had a lot of hits of families wanting to stay at the normal rate for the holiday weekend so they cancelled all of us cheap room/rooms on sale folks so they could make the most bang for their buck. I will not be booking again until they are back to normal capacity. Sadly, we were celebrating one of our childrens birthdays this weekend while at GWL and I just got to break the wonderful news to him that along with most other things in 2020 his birthday party was also cancelled AT THE LAST MINUTE! Bye bye GWL. We will stick to camping for now.

My teenagers enjoyed the green slide that drops straight down - never caught the name - and I must admit, as a bit of an adrenaline junkie, it was a thrill for me too. The view of the front range stuns and the proximity to Summit and Hollywood theaters along with multiple top notch restaurants makes this a great getaway.

We took our 7 year old for her birthday. It was way better than we had thought it would be. The staff is amazing. With hundred of little kids running around everyone was so kind. The place is very clean. the staff friendly. The kids can stay busy all day doing everything from Build-A-Bear to swimming and mining and so much more. The best thing for us was how welcoming everyone is. Bria in Build-A-Bear was great. Ahmari in the candy shop was the best, my kids spilled candy all over the place but he just smiled and helped us clean up. He never mad them feel bad for that. So thankful for him. Things I thought could be a little better, the food was just ok. Us old people could use more places to sit. I found myself sitting on the floor a lot waiting for the kids to play and have fun. We will be going back. I did love it.

Fun experience overall. There were a ton of people. Rooms are pretty pricey. Paid $400 for two queen beds and a pullout sofa. Beds were comfy, pullout sofa not so much, even for a 75 pound 11 year old boy. The $400 included all day passes to the pool(we spent about 5 hours in the pool area)Its a cool place for younger kiddos ages 4 to 13. Not much for older kids to do. There were quite a few choices for restaurants around Great Wolf Lodge. Restaurants inside are also pretty pricey.

A fun getaway for the whole family! The food was delicious and more than enough activities to keep the kids busy all day and night. Its overly priced but thats to be expected. Do some research before going to cut down on the costs. My family went on a weekday because the room rates were half the price compared to a weekend. Also, there are refrigerators in the hotel rooms! Bring your own snacks and drinks! My kids really enjoyed the waterpark and obstacle course.

A fun getaway for the family. They have everything you could possibly need. There are multiple restaurants on site including a pizza place, Dunkin Donuts, Ben & Jerrys, a bar & grill and more. They have rock climbing, put put golf, an arcade, a bowling game, and some other cool things that Im not even sure how to describe. I have even talked about the water park. Wow. Its got everything from a wave pool to multiple big slides, a toddler area, a Lilly pad for balancing, a rock climbing wall in the pool and multiple smaller slides. They have a small gym if you need to workout and there are some nearby trails if youd like to go for a run. The area is super safe and theres also a bowling alley and movie theater next door. Theres also a Starbucks and Macaroni Grill within walking distance. This is a great place for a family trip.

Our stay at the GWL was touch and go.We only came because of a gift card we received.... Which they lost, and we had to pay the balance. I cannot tell you how badly that sucked as a young mother on a budget trying to give her kid a nice birthday weekend.BUT the experiences and the rest of the hotel staff made up for it.Even the kids who were clearly only there for a summer job were kind and efficient. The life guards were diligent at the pool, the bartenders were kind, so that helped. There was a ton of stuff to do !Most everything is kid driven, so really only a good place for family oriented trips.I really recommend getting the middle tier paw pass. It more than pays for itself. We also did the middle tier birthday package and it was so cute!! Cake. Balloons. Birthday wolf ears. He felt so special.I DO NOT recomend you go to the loose moose buffet. It was not even close to $22 per person. There was literally barely any food. There are 2 restaurants near, a 5 minute walk to both and they were great. The brewery killed it and Cheddars was better than GWL dining. The view from the rooms was stunning. Colorado springs is so beautiful. We did have some troubles with our room that I wont get into, but in my opinion, after loosing our gift certificate and having room problems, we should have been compensated in someway. And this is from me, a girl NEVER looking for a hand out. Just completely brushing us off was bad hospitality. They said when we checked in that they would contact us before check out with an explanation and resolution, which they never even remotely did, we had to approach them at check out just to be told we were screwed.Over all, mixed feelings. If the front desk had their business together, it would have been 5 stars. I mean, just for moving rooms due to cleanliness issues at the rates they charge should have warranted a couple cocktails at the bar for the head ache. Gross.I am undecided if well be back. But 5 stars to the young staff members, they were amazing.

This place was much better than I ever would have expected. The resort was beautiful, and very well maintained. We stayed in a basic room with a balcony. The room was clean, in good shape, and themed well to the resort. The view from the balcony was great. All the staff we encountered was helpful and pleasant. The water park was large, and had a surprising amount for our two year old to do. She seemed to have a very good time, and the hours of the park were very good. They have lifejackets available for all sizes of kids. I watched the lifeguards, who seemed to have been trained with a routine to walk around and look around in patterns to ensure the whole area was monitored, I was very impressed with how active they were. While I was originally skeptical of this place, I now look forward to visiting again soon!

Kids had so much fun here. The slides are amazing and the wave pool is so much fun. There are dozens of life guards that are incredibly vigilant, so you can let your kids get lost and not worry about them. The arcade is great and the restaurants serve good food. Its all pretty expensive, but its worth doing at least once.

Great place, there is a lot of up-selling though. Room was moderately expensive but does include the swimming and slides. What you dont realize until you get there us there are several things your child will want to do that each cost up to $30 each per person (Obsticale course, magic wand game, etc.). Food was on the upper end but not ridiculous, several restaurants near by helps. All in all a good time was had by all.

We stayed one night with our two toddlers and had a good time. Check-in was great; they gave us Great Wolf Lodge branded animal-ear headbands, and asked if we needed a complimentary pack-n-play for our youngest to sleep in (which came with a fitted sheet). The waterpark is included with the purchase of a room; most anything else is an additional purchase. There are three different packages available for purchase if you want to do a lot of the activities. The waterpark is obviously very chlorinated, so the goggles we brought for the kids were helpful. We also used tons of moisturizer because our skin got very dry. There are activities in different areas of the resort throughout each day; youll get the schedule when you check in. Food is only ok and at resort prices. There are four restaurants (two fast food, two nicer) and two bars. I think the perfect kids ages to visit would be between 6 and 12.

This was our first time visiting and it met my expectations for a family resort. Let’s start with check in. We came about an hour after we were messaged that our room was ready and previously checked in online. That wasn’t extremely smooth as it still took us 30 minutes to get our room keys. Our room was very nice and spacey. Our tv didn’t didn’t have great functionality as some of the apps didn’t work. They gave us a list of things we could participate in that was great for the kids. Unless you get the passes, you could find yourself spending a great deal of money on each individual activity area (except the water park which was free with the room). Food was pricey and not really all that great. The buffet was a disaster... but overall I guess no worse than any other. It was generally a good time... just bring your own food lol

Finally made the trip to Colorado SpringsAnd it was amazing from beginning to end! The atmosphere was every friendly, there are a few places to eat hungry as a wolf pizza, the snack bucket, Ben and Jerry, candy bar, and the buffet for breakfast and dinner...I enjoyed the breakfest more than the dinner for the buffet due to the dinner being a bit on the cold side, and maybe our fault for getting there 30 minutes befor closing!! but they have great managment !! And reenbusted my dinner to the barnwood witch was delicious and there service was incredible ...the bars have a great happy hour selection....the moment we walked into the room the kids jumped right into their swimming gear and took off :) the facility had so many actives for the kids so they always stay busy. I was bummed when I found out that they didnt have the lazy pool, but didnt affect anything maybe next time! I have great memories here now!!! And we plan on more to come!! I hope this help your family to have great memories and time when you decide to visit the Great Wolf Lodge CO

The Best Family Vacation! We had started making plans for other vacations before going and now every vacation we are going here. They have so many indoor activities and passes. It was beyond convenience, we didn’t have to think about anything and everything was amazing. Stay for 4 nights or longer to get the full experience, or brake the experiences up into trips either way it’s loads of fun. We suggest getting the passes while you book your room or when you get there. There are many places to eat!

3.5 stars: GWL CO Springs is a great time for the kids and adults. SUPER corporate so be ready for over-optimized for cost reduction and sheepling. Rooms are great and beds are comfy. Couple tips: look for promo discounts online, use local phone number to call for assistance - everyone was helpful and mostly happy on the staff, expect a walk and challenge parking, and especially: arrive early and stay late the next day to maximize value. You can use the park features the entire next day after overnight.STEM TIP: Wolves are known for taking long journeys in the spring and will often follow the same route, guided by urine scent marks that sometimes are multiple years old.

What an awesome place! So much to do! This place kept our family busy having fun from dawn to late night. Such a great focus on entertaining the kids. Awesome water park with some really good waterslides, ropes course, mini bowling alley, mini golf, arcade, Mining experience, climbing wall, and magic Quest scavenger hunt. Not to mention the arts and crafts, story times in the morning and evening, small activities throughout the day, and the fire pits with S’mores. Best part was the late night kids dance party to wear the kids out before bed! Beautiful views of the mountains and good food at their restaurants. A couple other restaurants are close by too. Lots to do for all ages. A little pricy, but you can’t say you won’t get your money’s worth if you try a little of everything. Check Groupon for midweek deals.

Came here for the first time and our 2.5 year old had a BLAST. We actually live only 30 minutes away but had been wanting to come check it out. We got a crazy deal on our room which made it $99 for the night and added the dining package and the Pup pass and both added packages were TOTALLY worth the money! Our little girl loved the water park the most but had so much fun doing everything else too. Every single staff member that we came in contact too was extremely friendly and super helpful. So much to do that we didn’t even get a chance to do everything but regardless we had an amazing time. The only downside was that the dinner buffet was very sad. Hardly a selection and lots of entrees were either empty , needing to be refilled, or stale. The desert section was pretty sad too but the morning buffet was way better. Other than that, we had a great time!

I am so disappointed. I made my reservation way back in February for my daughters Birthday and with the closure due to Covid I have had to change the date 4 times. Each time they raised my rate. This unfortunately was the lat time amd they wanted to raise my rate over $120 but thought they were being nice and giving me a deal by only raising my rate to $80. We have been there several times but not sure I want to go back. :-( Hopefully I can find another place that my daughter would like to go to celebrate her birthday.

Its a great place to visit. Naturally its a family friendly resort type hotel. Its EXTREMELY expensive. We paid TOP dollar for our hotel room and that night the wind was so bad everything in out hotel room vibrated causing us to not sleep well at all. The hotel gave us a VERY SMALL credit but compared to what we paid during our stay it was an insult. We spent close to $1000 for an overnight stay. So when going be prepared to spend a ton of money. And that wasnt us partaking in everything available at the hotel. Hotel and we park are clean and customer service was decent. If you purchase the breakfast buffet they tell you the tip is included and only $2.85 of what you spend no matter the size of your family will go to the server and theyre not paid well so tip your server.

I loved it. I went with my family back in April and had a great time! The design is amazing, the hotel room was amazing! It was spacious, nicely kept clean and decorated. It was great for even 6 people to be in it at once! Most of all, the water Park was great! Lines where pretty short and a fair variety of rides. But not too wide, thats my only thing. Theres only 5 slides so it gets old. However, its so fun! The drop slide is my favorite! Do if youre someone looking for a good hotel room and good water park experience, I recommend this as long as you dont get bored easily!

Seriously amazing. Id give them more stars if I could. Our entire family vacation was perfect and we never even had to leave the grounds. Everything we needed was right there. We have a 10 year old and a 2 year old who we took for their birthday trip and there were things for both of them do it. They changed the wristbands after we had booked our trip though which is unfortunate because there were so many great things on the old ones. Both kids got special birthday ears along with a special birthday howl when we arrived and the staff was amazing. You also get your very own assistant that you can text at any time with any questions or needs!
