Great train and Conductor Nick is a great guy who cares about his job and the satisfaction of his little passengers.

Every time we go, we end up charged something different for the same 4 of us (1 adult, 3,2, and now 1 year old (who is a lap child and can’t even sit in a train chair on his own). First time we were told 2 and under is free. The next time the same man told us that under 2 is free, and another time that 18 month and under is free. And today he charged me for my newly 1 year old who isn’t even old enough to even understand it nor can he sit in a seat on his own. I don’t mind paying for a 2 year old, but it would be nice to get some set consistency for ages. It’s always the same guy changing the rules with us too (older male with white beard) , which is frustrating.
