Dropping a friend off, seems like a pretty clean Mobile home park. Units are a bit closer than Id like to see. Also most of the streets I traveled down seemed congested.

Great place to take the elderly with a walker to get exercise, Took hard in neighborhoods where large tree branches and made sidewalks impassable.

WAS ONE STAR... BUT BECAUSE OF AMY.... CHANGED TO 4. SHE IS AMAZING AND WE LOVE HER AND HER EFFORT AS OUR NEW PROPERTY MANAGER.EDIT - Terrible. They will nickle and dime you, charge for ridiclous things...maintenance comes around and chops down all the trees to the stumps and leaves branches in your yard, then you get a fine if you dont clean them up.... seriously perfectly good trees. Huge bum and drug issues within the park, they wont post signs or do anytjing about it. Lot rent is raised OFTEN for absolutely no reason! Avoid at all costs.... I cant wait to own this home and get the hell outta here!

This place is a joke.Someone (the maintenance jerk) cut down one of our trees in our backyard. There was no warning, no letter, nothing. He just cut it down. I spoke with Sarah, the office manager after it had happened, only to find out there were several other complaints about cut down trees. Spoke with my neighbor who said he had the same thing happen with no warning, letter, etc. The trees were cut at a damn point, which is stupid because there are children in the community, including my own and my neighbors! It’s also funny because he didn’t touch the tree next to it, which was exactly the same, as they were planted at the same time. I have received no communication back from the office manager nor have I received compensation for the tree... this was months ago!!!He put a past due notice for lot rent on my door this month but it wasn’t even for my lot...it said a completely different lot number...and he also tagged my car saying the plates were expired. When I asked him to show me, he couldn’t. They didn’t expire until November and it was June! I went to Amber about several issues, her response was “everybody makes mistakes”. Sure we do! But how many mistakes do I have to deal with before she does something?I’ve also had my car randomly towed when Amber? was manager... which, yes, is a rule but you can’t pick and choose whose car you’re going to tow that’s parked on the street! You either tow them all, every damn night, or don’t tow any of them! (I wasn’t aware it was a rule until after the fact...it was the first time I’d EVER parked on the street and I believe it was personal because Amber was incapable of doing her job, unless it was personal)There are ALWAYS HOMELESS people walking through the neighborhood. So, that brings in the safety issue and as far as the maintenance man and his behavior, I’m led to believe with him leaving his tools lying around, cutting trees that he shouldn’t be (at points) that he is abusing drugs.DO NOT purchase a home here just by looking at pictures! It’s not worth it. Make sure you actually physically look at the home first.Otherwise, if you like getting nit picked at for every little thing, sure, this is the place for you. It’s all about money to these people. I’ve lived in worse parks (older) than this, that treat their tenants better. Yes, I own my modular home. It’s to the point of us moving it to a different location.***EDIT***I would just like to add that in the last two-three weeks we have gotten a new manager and I find it amusing that the ratings shot up on this place AND reviews from people I’ve NEVER EVEN SEEN have appeared .I’ve spoke with the new manager, who is on the same kick of “I don’t think anyone intentionally cut your tree down” so this should be fun. Another manager that wants you to follow their rules but not take responsibility for when their staff screws up!
